It is unfortunate that the staff of the post office does not wear masks/ comply with the city wide mask mandate. This is a government agency that should be under better direction to protect the health and safety of the Ardmore community.

Tori, from the PO, called our business here in Ardmore and said that they have a package to be delivered to us, but that the carrier said the pkg is too big for her vehicle. Tori asked, Doesnt somebody there have a truck!? I told her wed wait til next week when they had a larger vehicle available. I asked if she was refusing to deliver, she replied, Ill just mark it refused. We did NOT refuse. We wont do their job. Postal incompetence trying to place responsibility for delivery on the customer and then lying about our refusal.

Horrible service. I would give this 0 stars if I could. The USPS delivery app said they Attempted to Deliver the package while I was sitting in my living room. No one even knocked on the door or bothered to set the package outside. Also, no notice was left. This happens all the time. Theyre just plain lazy. Its pathetic.

I have been looking for a packages for two weeks....can’t get to a live person and have already opened a case with no response! If there was a rating less than 1 star I would use it!

My major complaint is the Misinformation/lies given via the tracking system. DONT TELL ME YOU ATTEMPTED DELIVERY TO ME WHEN I WAS HOME ALLLLLL DAY, NEVER LEFT. NOTHING LEFT ON MY DOOR, NOTHING LEFT IN MY MAILBOX, JUST UNPROFESSIONAL!! SO I have no way of even requesting pickup or redelivery because theyre limited hours Saturday and closed Sunday and closed Monday due to the holiday. My packages are two pair of prescription glasses that I desperately NEED. Since Covid closed my VA Hospital for a couple months I wasnt able to make or get my eye exam done. So when they FINALLY OPENED 2 weeks ago and called me I jumped at the appointment they gave me for my exam. They ordered my glasses the SAME DAY. USPS informed me through Informed Delivery System yesterday that they had ATTEMPTED delivery! Well I was HOME ALL DAY and NIGHT and NO KNOCKS at my door. I also have a dog who would have barked if someone had knocked. Anywho NOTHING NO NOTICE, YELLOW SHEET, PINK SHEET...NOTHING WAS LEFT ON MY DOOR OR IN MY MAILBOX! SO PLEASE STOP LYING TO ME & THE PUBLIC! WE PAY DEARLY FOR SHIPPING AND WE DESERVE BETTER. IF YOU CANT HANDLE THE GAME, LET AMAZON HANDLE IT! JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS ALREADY!!!!!!! AND PLEASE FORWARD THIS TO THE POSTMASTER GENERAL in ARDMORE OK OR OKLAHOMA CITY OR MARIETTA OK since postal employees dont see/read this. SMH

I order stuff from eBay and it has very fast shipping. Idk why anyone would not this company. Ardmore is doing good

Their driver literally ran over my dog and left. I’m coming up there for some beef whoever did it be ready.

I have lived in several towns in my life, and this postal service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with. I have noticed that customer service in general in this town is terrible everywhere. This post office is notorious for losing mail, saying it is delivered when it has not been. The delivery drivers are lazy. They told me where to put my mailbox for my business, I put it there, 3 months later a new driver comes in and tells me I have to move it because they don’t deliver to this side of the road because they have to cross traffic to get to it! So my business mail has not been delivered in a month now. It is despicable the way these people treat their customers!!!

I paid for two day shipping it’s been 5 days get ready to give me my money back

Very nice and helpful. Mails are sent without delay. Service is fast. I havent seen long queues in this office.

Terrible service. Lost package over 3 times and is still not willing to fix the mistake they made. And over a week later they lost the package again and still refusing to fix their mistake. Terrible service 0 stars

I have been waiting for a USPS Priorty mail delivery at my home. Just checked my tracking info and it shows Notice Left ( no authorized recipient available) I am sitting right here. No one attempted delivery to me!

They have not even tried to deliver any boxs to my home . That mail carrier lies and says dog is the reason, lazy is the real problem. I have a camera that shows her not even attempting to bring the boxs. Now I have to make 2 and complete

THIS POST OFFICE IS FILLED WITH INCOMPETENT IDIOTS, I SEND OUT OVER 1200 PACKAGES MONTHLY AND THEY WERE THE ONLY POST OFFICE NOT TO ALLOW PADDED FLAT RATE ENVELOPES INTO THEIR STATE AND DECIDED TO EXTORT $15.00 FROM A CUSTOMER, I ASSUME THERE MUST NOT BE ANYTHING GOING ON THERE, LOSERS!!!!!!!!!!
