In June of this year the lease on my Rogue sport was up. I was determined to never drive another Nissan again. I did, however, need to ask the dealership some questions about the car, so I walked into Piazza Nissan. It is now under new ownership and what a difference! 3 short hours after defiantly telling them I would never buy or lease another Nissan again, I was driving away in my new Rogue. Ag, Josh, Blair and Charlie were fabulous and made the entire transaction a breeze. Best of all, I got a car with infinitely more bells and whistles than my previous Rogue Sport and they structured the deal so that I could trade in the Sport, keep paying the same monthly rate and put no additional money down. It was all seamless and fabulous and I was thrilled. I honestly could not recommend them highly enough. Especially at a time when cars are so hard to come by in this sellers market (a bi-product of the pandemic).Fast forward not even 3 months later… My beloved new a rogue was totaled by the flood waters of Hurricane Ida. I was devastated and scared as I knew that there were even fewer cars available in the market place and I was convinced they would never be able to replicate my previous deal. Not only did they miraculously find me my exact same car (down to the color, even), they also matched the deal. All the while showing incredible kindness and compassion through my copious tears. These guys are true professionals, true gentlemen and they truly care. Go see them!

I got my car serviced there today and I had such a great experience. When I scheduled online it offered a rental car instead of waiting but I chose to wait because of the local spots near by like Whole Foods, Starbucks etc. I walked down the street for a coffee and sat in the outdoor seats so very convenient. There was an option to be driven home too!Everyone in the facility was SO kind. I mean literally everyone. ALL of the employees wandering around said hello and asked how I was.The service advisor who helped me was Samantha and she was SO sweet and helpful. She also included coupons that they have to ensure I get a good deal. I definitely will be back to this location and highly recommend you go here.

Scheduled a time to come test drive a specific vehicle. I took the time out of my busy day to come do the test drive and had spoken with a sales person on the phone about this. Upon arrival they did not notify me that they did not have any test vehicle for me to drive. They did not apologize. They continued to waste another 20 minutes of my time and still no apology. A simple acknowledgment and apology was all that was needed for their mistake. It was very rude and unprofessional. They lost a sale and I will spread the word about how unreliable and rude their sales team is.

The staff at Piazza are friendly and very professional. My car has been to two other dealers 5 times for the same issue, took it to Piazza once and the issue was rectified. Joe who was my service representative, kept me informed along the process to assure me they were working diligently to get my vehicle in good standards.

I’ll start by saying I went to a few car dealerships before I came here and let me tell you Blair Crew is one of the best car salesmen I ran into my whole life. Blair Crew was fantastic he went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and also made me feel at home, not too many car dealerships you go into, they offer you refreshments and let you use their charger but Blair did. The entire experience was exceptional. From Paul who works in the lobby (he walked us out to our new car holding an umbrella over us,) to our salesperson Robert (he noticed that we forgot our EZ Pass in our old car and grabbed it for us,) to Sales Manager Josh (he gave us a better deal than we expected in one email and earned our business.) We have a Nissan dealer within a five-minute WALK from our house, but we will drive the 13.4 miles to get the car serviced because of how the sales process went down from both dealers.

Waist of time, unprofessional, one hand doesn’t know what the other does, And very deceptive experience I had. Nissan Rogue sun roof started leaking and after cleaning the drain myself I figured that drains needs to be replaced I called to schedule an appointment and verified the price of $280 to fix the problem. I had to leave the car to learn 3 hour later they didn’t have the drains and I will have to come tomorrow again and pay additional 210 dollars for drain replacement, not just that but the next day they called me and said I have to schedule an appointment in a week as now they have the drains in premise but they never said that it would be replaced the next day. I have a roof leaking problem 2” of water … I didn’t like that experience and will never use their services again.

I bought a car on 5/31/21 from Chaz Bond. I thought I was going in there to see a 2016 gold Ford Focus but it turned out to be red. I took it for a test drive but it wasnt ready to be sold, as it had yet to be inspected, but I bought it. I came back the next day to pick the car up and it had been detailed, but there were still things that needed to be done. I went back on 6/2 and had the tires balanced, a spare key made, new inspection stickers and a bit more cleaning. Tuesday I will go back for some paint touchups that were missed the first time.Through this all, Chaz has been great with handling my concerns. He answered all my questions honestly, telling me which expectations I had were realistic or not. Although the holiday had made it very busy in the dealership, he made sure that I was taken care of and that my needs were met. He even helped me through the insurance transfer process. I am confident that if any issues come up in the near future, Chaz will address them. I highly recommend him.

Came in to get a lease. Anthony was transparent and answered all my questions. It was an easy painless process.EDIT: I changed this review from a 5 to a 2. I havent received my registration yet. This is understandable as it is something that the state controls. However, Ive called over 13 times and left 5 voicemails and left messages with someone 3 times for someone to give me a call back with an update. Not one person has called. Typical sales practice. Once you sign, the white glove service drops off.

My visit on Saturday Aug 7th:Not an impressive visit. Any mechanic could have rotated my tiers and changed my oil and filter, plus gave me a State Inspection pass. I came to Ardmore dealership to address my concern of humming / dragging noise in my transmission. Plus unpleasant clicking noise I have been hearing in my breaks.Instead of addressing my main issues with my car, you referred me to take my car to Devon Nissan. And recommended me to buy two new tiers. This was not why I leased and then purchased my car from your dealership 6 years ago.It was hard to take an appointment with you, I got a repair visit at Devon Nissan easily since it was close to my work. They worked on my car for a week to diagnose the transmission noise issue. After several months the problem did not go away completely.You even pretended that such issue was never encountered for Nissan Rogue 2016. When you google search it, the problem is right there. I took my car in for a transmission recall issue. I let the service advisor know that there was also a small stall between pushing the gas and the car going. She stated that they would need to charge me $60 for diagnosing the issue, I declined to pay for the diagnosis. Interestingly, the tires were replaced the week prior (by another company) and tire sensors were not set up therefor the tire light was on...they said nothing. even more interestingly, they did notice that my air filters were dirty and only charged me about $200 to replace. how can they diagnose filters and not see the tire sensor issue...and still want to charge to diagnose the transmission which was what the recall was for.Sheisters!!!!

The general manager at this location is Horrible Do Not Buy or Lease Your Vehicle from this location. I have a credit score of 823 and he refused to sell my husband and I a vehicle. He gave us a interest rate of 4.99 without even seeing my credit which means he already had his mind set that he was going to charge me way over the amount I for a vehicle. He made up fees ex. Tire fee, online fee etc I cannot remember all of them and I had a vehicle to trade he gave me 1800 without seeing the actual value of my vehicle. Once I calculated the price myself it went from $605 to $465 or $456 a month. I did the calculations and once you broke the price down into 72mths my monthly payment would have been $391a mth. He said I would never get it for that price and I heard him say it’s no way a dealer was going to buyout her car which was also inaccurate, the other dealership didn’t have the color I wanted and because I was referred to this location I figure why not give it a shot Absolutely Never Again will I get a car where a Chinese manager is in charge. He was very unprofessional and Other then his staff He’s the Worst. Don’t Buy from this Location and check your credit report to make sure he didn’t try Any Slick Mess by running your credit.

Bad experience at this place salesman knew I was driving 1 hour and 20 minutes and didnt give me the updated miles on car the car was never cleaned to make it look like what they advertised 2200 mile but in new condition it was very dirty looking things over under hood the radiator over flow was empty the mechanic said must have came from factory that way but shouldnt they have checked this before trying to sell another thing they advertised was on it didnt work correctly so they said they are going to remove it . And the extra miles was because manager was driving it to put miles on it so the price they could sell it for matched the miles. Made offer for it and they wanted $200 then the e price it became very clear the manager wanted to drive the vehicle more than sell it they should told the car is not for sale till manager is done joy riding it .. Most unprofessional place I have been too.

I had a service schedule the 8th that I scheduled on 4/03/21 I received a phone call today stating that they couldn’t take my appointment because they were short of staff and I would have rescheduled I asked was it someone there in the service department that I could ask a question to see if it’s a need to be looked at ASAP or it could wait the lady then say well where did u get your car from if it wasn’t from here you should contact the dealership you got your car from I said when did that matter my car is still under warranty I asked was she saying all this because they didn’t want to take my appointment she said well yea but you can reschedule for a latter I will never go to this dealer ship again and i been here before.

I brought my car to see what the humming noise was with my steering wheel. I was hoping my warranty would cover the visit but of course it didn’t. I was told pretty much what I’m hearing is going to be a thing. It was frustrating because I obviously didn’t buy the car like that and wouldn’t if I heard that during my buying process. I’ve had this vehicle for 6 months and it’s a 3 year old car. I’m most disappointed in the end due to no resolve. So no I won’t return!

The staff at the reception desk were professional, however as a new client not as inviting and friendly as I was expecting. The communication from the techs while waiting on service was not acceptable, I waited almost 6 hours for a call back, finally I just showed up cause I had no updates as to when my car would be ready or what was going on with it. The tech completely missed the red warning light on the dash that I had asked them to look at and addressed a whole other issue that wasn’t relevant. I left the dealership and had to look up the light in the owners manual bring the car back and explain why the light was on and what the issue was. They eventually cleared the light but this was very disappointing. They did however find damage to my car that would have gone unnoticed and that was great. All and all I am willing to give them another shot but improvements are needed to keep my business.

I had an amazing experience with Brian was amazing! I was extremely indecisive about what I wanted and was very limited with options financially. I explained my situation and was heard each time I shared what was on my mind. I test drove many cars until I found the perfect fit. Brian made sure he was able to get me what I wanted within a great budget. I am beyond grateful for his help and assistance throughout this entire process!!! Will definitely recommend. I will never be going back to this Nissan dealership again! A complete scam!!!! I took my newly purchased CPO Nissan Rogue ( purchased in NJ) in for a state safety/ emissions inspection. As I am sure you can imagine, I was shocked when I was told my car failed the safety portion of the exam. I brought my boyfriend with me when going to pick up the car, he was very skeptical that the service department was trying to take advantage of me. They failed my car for heavily rusted rotors on inner surface claiming it was affecting the contact with the brake pads, thus deeming it unsafe. Just purchasing this car from another Nissan dealer, it was given their 167 point CPO inspection, theres no way a dealership would allow me to drive off their lot in an unsafe vehicle (might not be the case at Piazza Nissan of Ardmore). We went back and forth with the service department manager who insisted his mechanics inspection was accurate. Looked at the paperwork for the inspection and of course they had already quoted me for new rotors and pads in the front. In the words of the service manager my brake pads are perfect and only the rotors would need to be replaced. After that contradiction I knew they were trying to take advantage of me, a young woman. I took my car to a reputable mechanic I had used years prior and they re-did the safety inspection for me and told me the rotors were in perfect condition and no signs of rust at all. Shocker! Piazza Nissan of Ardmore committed fraud on a PennDOT State Inspection! Take your business elsewhere, this place does not deserve it.

The car was in the shop for three days and they could not figure out the correct source of the noise. I then brought the car to the Firestone next-door who immediately figured out the sound and fixed it.

Had a very nice sales rep named Micheal lasky who helped me make my purchase. he was very nice and helpful. I originally choose a Nissan kick and traded in my 2013 Altima but the kick drove poorly in my opinion and I just wasn’t comfortable with the car. Micheal was so kind to answer my text messages promptly even after his work hours to reply to my concerns on the vehicle. The management team was very respectful and helpful at assisting me to find the correct car for me and allowed me to switch out the Nissan kick for a 2020 Nissan Altima. Very professional location and kind staff.

I have never done a review before but I feel like this matter needs one. I recently purchased my first Nissan from out of state. I wanted to take the car in for a state inspection and wanted to go to a reliable Nissan dealership instead of some random shop near my house. While there I told them that the car was making a rattling/whistling noise when accelerating. I agreed to the extra $70 fee that they were charging to look at the issue. In the end they said I would need to have my transmission replaced due to some internal issues (replacing a transmission costs thousands of dollars). I declined the work and a week later I took it to a random shop near my house and they easily found the issue. They found that the car had an EXHAUST LEAK, and were able to fix the exhaust and the noise went away. They did not even charge me any $ and were able to diagnose the problem in a matter of mins. I am very disappointed at Ardmore Nissan since their specialty are Nissan vehicles and they diagnosed the issue completely wrong. This comes to show that smaller shops are just as good and in this case even better than big dealerships shops.

Do you want to buy a new car? DONT come to this place. We had a very bad experience with a salesman that was very disrespectful and lied about cars. So, we went to Toyota and bought our cars there. It is a shame that a company like Nissan hire this type of people.

Overall my car was repaired. I had to ask them to clean the greasy footprint that was left on the floor of the driver side. They removed the grease but left the leaf trash under the foot mat. So no customer courtesy was being offered at this Nisssan service department.

Took my vehicle for an oil change and service for a grinding noise when braking. I dropped my car off at 1 PM. I heard nothing from the service department until I called the next day at 11:30 AM. I was not told the service would require keeping my vehicle overnight or called and notified that was the case. To compound this issue, even their own paperwork which I was handed when picking up the car says it was expected to be completed by 17:00 (6 PM) the day I dropped it off.The only redeeming factor here is that they provided me a ride home from the dealership in a Lyft, and would have provided me one to come pick up my vehicle if needed.
