I called late in the day on a Friday when the AC stopped working. I was first greeted kindly and professionally on the phone. Secondly, the tech showed up less than 1.5 hours from my phone call, quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back going, he also took time to explain everything along the way. Thank you Graco!

If you Have any problems at Graco, ask to talk to Curt. This is who is in charge he can not fix problems unless he is told. We had a issue today and was confused how it all went in hand, it was unrelated and he fixed it for us. Great guy, if theres problems with any tech it can not be fixed unless you contact him

I had an AC issue I was concerned about so I called and spoke with Kirk. He sent someone out right away and they got the repair done. Very timely and professional!

Ive used this company for years but apparently with a change of ownership theyre not interested in maintenance only replacing a system.They called offering their spring tune up, clean condenser coil, up to 1lb of refrigerant ( didnt specify r22 wasnt in the offer), clean evaporator coil, change filters and a check of the system overall.Tech came out didnt clean anything and said refrigerant was low and wanted $162 for a leak check, capacitors were bad (possibly but I replaced because theyre cheap) and that evap was damaged and system wouldnt work, didnt perform any of the cleaning services or add refrigerant only said to replace the system. Sure Ill replace it when my money tree blooms this year, until then do what youre offering when you got paid. They also couldnt even replace the air filter they removed when I had 3 more. I will not ever use this company again.I will say the other company I called in Ardmore came out and took good care of me and for less than these people wanted for a leak check and I got half a pound of refrigerant. Dont care if Graco likes this review or not but Todds Lake County did what I needed and for a very reasonable price. Its a shame when large companies buy small ones just for their name.(Think acs from okc)

I only give them a star so I could leave the comment to NEVER use these people! They are now with a corporation and will try to sell you a $5,000 unit for a problem that was replaced easily for $1,400. Theyre no longer the good ol hometown boys. Im so glad i got a 2nd opinion at Vernons plumbing!
