Crappy service, got my name wrong, and hurt like crazy. The guy who did my brows, Darius, kept going on and on about how my brows had been “over waxed” but that he would try his best to “fix” them. My brows were fine! In the end he didn’t but ruin them, but he didn’t leave one shorter than the other and he was like “just grow it out” and keep coming back. Whatever. The only reason I came was because I had a coupon for a free shaping, I do regret giving a $3 tip though. I won’t be returning and if I ever get my brows done again I will go back to waxing at my usual salon!!

I have been coming here for over a year now and have always been pleased with the service. Darius saved my eyebrows and I cant thank him enough.

Horrible experience! The place was completely empty, my wife waited 5 minutes at the chair for someone to do her eyebrows, and the associates were too busy buying shoes online. Very unprofessional and not a place I would recommend.
