Clean, affordable and customer service is wonderful. My only feedback would be to update color samples or keep them out of the sun. I asked for a color but it was faded. Sampling the color always helps too! Thank you!

After numerous poor experiences with COUNTLESS other salons, I found QQ Salon🥳🤭 and have never been happier!!!That was several years ago and I havent even thought of going anywhere else since then 😃Lilly is a Master at manicures (especially with dipping powder) and Annie is the Queen of pedicures for me😘. Also, Kyle deserves a lot of credit too. Hes so very kind and patient with me 😇 which I know must be difficult for him🤯 cuz I talk way too much and have a very dry sense of humorMost importantly, EVERYONE at QQ is GREAT and treats you like ROYALTY !!!!!

Was happy to walk in on a Friday night after work (and before a holiday weekend) and be seen right away. The spa is very clean, and the ladies take their time. Annie paid a lot of attention to detail on my manicure, as did Anna with my pedicure. They had a whole powder station which I have to come back and try.

Did a walk in during the morning. Was welcomed by the staff. They were genuinely nice and inviting! I told them what I wanted and they gave me something better. I cant stop staring at my nails. The ladies were so gentle taking out the cuticle. I got a gel pink ombre and pink gel pedi. I definitely would go back and recommened! Also I accidently messed up my nail and the lady didnt sigh or make a face or anything. So sweet. Loved the atmosphere.

I love this place! I got Lena to do my dip manicure and she was so sweet and made sure she did my nails just the way I asked. The prices are pretty fair and theyre good about scheduling in same day appointments.

They’re all very nice and it’s clean but got charged $74 for nails and eyebrows. My one of my eyebrows had a tail and my nails were uneven...

Absolutely wonderful salon! Kyle was able to make me a same day appointment for a pedicure and acrylic gel manicure. Anna and Lily did my nails and both did a fantastic job and were really meticulous! They have TONS of powder colors so theyre able to do this cool ombre effect. They also have a lot of gel nail polish and matching regular polish colors so you can choose either without worrying about matching later. Overall the staff is really friendly and accomadating, the shop is relaxing, and best of all- my nails are fabulous!!

I’ve always gotten my nails done in Pasadena. After my experience at QQ.... I have OFFICIALLY switched over 😍 The techs here are SO professional! They do not try to talk me out of a nail job just because they don’t want to do it... They also have a point system, 2x the points on Wednesdays and a nail “happy hour”Look, I love to feel like the place I do business with cares enough about returning customers. You won’t be disappointed!!!

My first time, I and my wife came to Dazzling Nails and Spa. The Deluxe pedicure was wonderful and a girl took her time to do my feet. She also spent more time to massage my feet that’s my favorite part in pedicure. I would say their pedicure were amazing! My wife had her nail done with simple design, but she loved it a lot. Compare the prices to Florida, their prices were cheaper and the service was good. We had done with manicure/pedicure in many nail salon, but this salon had an amazing pedicure. It called “Herbal Pedicure” that you can choose many herbals to mix it for your pedicure, I thought. The manager suggested my wife to do her facial. Wow, I could not tell until I saw my wife with a happiness on her face. She had nail done, facial done, and her eyebrow done in a good shape. We were happy. We would come back for next time visit. Thank you for a good job done for both of us! We prefer this salon for everyone!

This place has lots of pedicure spas, love their check-in system to earn points for discounts. They have cool music and tv going at same time. Massage on chairs actually work very good. Everyone is very nice. They also use plastic covers while doing pedicures. This is my spot for pedicures.❤️

I love QQ nails in Arcadia!They are professional and friendly and best of all, Lily takes great care of me! I’m pretty picky and she gets it right every time! Love her!❤️

I’m NEVER coming back! They have 5 people doing pedicures and 1 person for nails! I was being patient waiting 25 minutes for someone to work on my nails then the guy says it’s going to be about 30 more minutes. If he knew how long he should have been upfront since the very beginning instead of wasting my time when I could have gone elsewhere!!!

Highly recommend!!! QQ Nails offers great services. Pedicures, manicures, waxing, full service salon where you receive great customer service and leave happy with the results. I have been coming here for years and even though I moved from Arcadia to Rancho, I still make the drive because I am never disappointed.

The service was great. Kyle was amazing brought me magazines and refreshments as I got my pedicure. I will definitely come here again

The ladies here are so sweet and funny. They gave me recommendations and are so accommodating. They have dip nails which is a big plus!

I hate to say this only because it will make getting an appointment harder, but I really like this place. Its so relaxing and the ladies are very sweet. No TV just relaxing music... Double plus in my opinion!
