This office has a drive up mail box that is alwaysClose or out of Order sat sun locked, right now out of order, it’s time to do your mail and bills thru your Bank, no Wonder there losing Business

Huge line every time at USPS only one person working can’t handle it

Post office P.O. Box room is locked after 5pm on weekdays and locked on weekends. Impossible to access them if you have job during business hours.No other post office I know of does this. Also, outside mailboxes are locked on weekends.Tried to call about renewing my PO Box. Estimated wait time on hold was 33mins. Been on hold for 56 minutes now.This post office does not want our business.

I received reprehensible service from an older asian woman with short hair today. Upon asking for a pen, because they had none, she told me to ask another clerk who was clearly helping someone else. Dumbfounded, I asked her again for a pen to which she shouted, ASK HIM! ASK HIM!!! pointing again to the other clerk... The other clerk reached over the window and handed me a pen. Ive never been talked to by anyone so disrespectfully at any place of business and I will make sure to never come back to this post office again; I would advise anyone else to do the same.Unbelievable

Small but efficient Post Office. Staff is knowledgeable on products and gets customers served and out the door.

Apparently, they dont want your mail here. The mailbox to drop your mail, for which you paid the postage, is locked on the weekends. Idiots. Good thing, UPS store is nearby.

That Korean woman is very rude. She is not suitable for this job.

There are 2 elderly people (Id say around 50) that were very rude. Chong is the females name and I forget the other guys name. The 1st time the helper was the male. I packaged everything accordingly but he purposely told me to repackage my parcel with essentially the same box. Basically felt like he wanted to feel empowered and flaunt what minimal authority he has.The second time I went into the post office, they denied me use of free priority tape. It is my prerogative to use the priority mail tape when use USPS priority mail; however, they hid it from me. I approached Chong to ask for the tape, she stared at me stupidly. I held my ground and she flustered away to the back and started chatting with her coworker/accomplice (the elderly man I had problems with the first time). She came back and finally said we dont have any we are out of stock, which is a complete lie. I asked to see her supervisor and she pushed responsibility by saying he was not here. Man the staff here are really bad, please hire better employees. For gods sake, I should be able to see a supervisor.

A woman named Chong is so rude to customers,she even yell and treaten customers,the worst customer service Ive ever seem in the states,I wont be back in this post office any more as I wont want to see her again!

A gentalman Chinese Staff was very nice.He was very neat and offered good service.

Lines can be real slow. Because they always ask if you want insurance, postage, extra services, etc which takes more time. Korean lady clerk with short hair is the rudest, meanest postal employee. She always scolds me and is impatient with me. Well excuse me Im not as intelligent as you Koreans! From now on I just put stamped mail through the slot or print pre-paid labels and put it on packages and drop it off inside without any human interaction. No His or Thank yous.

Good service, I like the feel of the building.
