I tried Loyal Cleaners for the 1st time... Extremely professional, everyone I spoke with were kind and helpful. I must have given them 60 plus articles to clean with a mix of dress shirts and dress slacks. They have an app that tells you when your dry cleaning is ready and how much... very high tech for the cleaners...just a cool option. The clothes smelled really good. The price was not only less than I expected, it was more than reasonable. The two other unnamed local cleaners were more expensive and my clothes always smelled funny... Almost like... they werent changing the cleaning chemicals often enough. Loyal Cleaners was quite the opposite. Off the charts Fantastic... what a great experience... I will always use them from now on. The best part is... they are fellow Rotarians of Arcadia... Win Win!!!

Needed to get a large beanbag cover dry cleaned. The gentleman working there was respectful, and very helpful. Only cost $18 to do and was ready a day earlier than I was told, which was fine by me! The cover was perfect, smelled amazing and soft again. Will come back.

Plz dint let other reviews defray. Especially the 1 star. Not sure if others were having a bad day but nothing but good things from me. They were extremely nice and prices were great! I lost my receipt and they were able to give me another a week later and still extremely nice about it. Thanks guys! Im from another state and they were great!

The couple of super nice elderly Chinese who run the shop is amazingly nice and attentive, always open right on time and Ive only had the best experience and service in the past year that Ive been using their services. Warmly recommend!

Worst cleaners ever ! Very unprofessional ! Have nothing good to say about this Cleaners.
