The staff is Kind and hard-working. The facility is clean and all the machines work really well. Nothing out of order and open until ten pm! 5 Stars!

I will say, this place has been SO MUCH BETTER compared to before specially now that there is an attendant available if you need help with things.Still kinda cramped specially on busy days but its okay

I really want to give this place a positive review because the laundromat is pretty clean and machines are relatively in good working condition compared to other places. However, its nearly impossible to get a hold of management when there’s an issue with machines. There isn’t a number to be found anywhere at the location, website or Yelp page. I lost money back in January and couldn’t find a number to report the issue. I emailed the company and got no response. It wasn’t until today, Feb 26th, that there were comment sheets with phone number available. And not surprisingly, there are now signs asking customers to comment on “how they’re doing”.It reflects badly on a company when they make it very difficult to get a hold of them and when issues that are reported go unanswered. There isn’t ever any staff member on premises. I’ve filled out a comment card regarding the Jan issue. I hope they take ownership of their issues, respond to the report and give back any money lost by their customers especially if they want us to patronize and stay loyal to their business.**Update as of 3/3/21 : Got a text from the company acknowledging my email and request for a refund. They honored the refund. Also, the last two visits I have noticed staff presence. I’m glad management is taking heed of customer concerns and feedback and improving their customer service. Changing my star rating.

At first appearance it looked good not crowded but once I got my clothes in the washer and it was time to dry I found all the dryers were full and stopped clothes sitting in them so I had to wait and wait and wait. The place was not kept up nobody cleaning I dont think I even saw an employee....disappointing I wish I could share photos

Renovated, new and clean! Its my go to spot for coin-op laundry

There is a new Mexican employee and she was very rude. She told me to go home and not do laundry anymore. She did not let me finish drying my clothes and is rude to customers. The old Mexican employee is nicer.The old Mexican employee would wait until I finish drying and doesnt tell customers to go home. The new Mexican worker did not wait for my clothes to dry and is impatient.I told her My clothes were wet but she said no and to get out. The new Mexican lady is very dirty because there were lots of dust on top of the washer. She did not clean the dryers and went home. She needs to be nice to customers. OWNER please let the new worker know to be nice to customers.

The machines do NOT wash the clothes for long enough, and the rinsing of the clothes is for such an incredibly short time, that the laundry detergent is still in the clothing when the wash cycle ends, damaging clothing fibers, and causing skin irritation. It is absolutely ridiculous.

I come here often and not once have I seen an employee working here. Today the change machine took my $5 and didn’t give me any change. There is no phone number posted anywhere in the facility to call with concerns. There is a machine failure comment box that looks like it hasn’t been looked at In forever. The lid is all dented and has easy access to anyone looking to take its contents. I did not leave my personnel information in that box due to safety reasons.I was in the laundromat for a good 2.5 hours and not once did an employee come to check out the facility. Very disappointed in today’s experience

Coin machine took my 20.00 dollars and no worker or number to call horrible experience.

Only was in town for work. But it was easy to find and a quick stop to wash 1 load (multiple washers & dryers)

It seems to me a very good service, only that it needs a bathroom service. Also please fix washer number 55 because it has faults and takes much longer than scheduled for the washing process.
