Awful representative. I purchased a policy in February 2020 and was assigned this representative. The policy was never pushed through and was in process for weeks. I called multiple times and always got different representatives, trying to push through the policy. I then get a notice from the DMV of intent to suspend my registration for not having insurance. I finally get in contact with Joanne and shes unhelpful and rude in handling my situation and policy. Either get a different insurance company or request a different representative.

Very unprofessional and rude. She was extremely unhelpful and rude over the phone every time I tried to contact her about processing my insurance and basically told me to call the customer service number because she does not know how to do her job correctly.
