I was having an issue with my mortgage and home owner’s insurance, but she helped me take care of the matter professionally and even when I kept bugging her about it, she never hesitated to say no. Never seemed annoyed with me (even if I bugged her all the time haha). She is awesome and I appreciate her so much for all she’s done to help me.
