Super amazing place, I’ve never had a salon take so much time to make sure the shape and texture of acrylic is even. I’m very impressed !

Waited 2 hours for a manicure I never got, as they were trying to upsell pedicure customers into buying a manicure, pushing everyone waiting back even further for their service. Appointments made for 11am weren’t taken care of until 1:45pm. Walk in customers kept coming in and being seated being told “20 minutes” and never being spoken to again for over an hour.The place is pure filth…. Dirty utensils everywhere, workers doing pedicures and going directly to a new customer for a manicure without washing hands firstMy niece got a pedicure and they burnt her legs with the towel and blazing hot microwaved lotion. She protested and they said “this is normal”Absolutely would never ever go back and would never ever recommend

Polish job on my toes could have been better, looks as if my niece did it. Massage was great and I loved the scrub for the Pedi.

Staff were friendly and the service was very good.

This place was not clean at all. all of her utensils were dirty as well as her table was not clean either. and in the middle of the lady doing my nails told me she would be back in 5 minutes and she started doing another women’s pedicure. 10 or 15 minutes later, she came back to finish my nail and didn’t even wash her hands after touching another lady’s feet. this guy also called my choice of color “basic”

Lady did my manicure was very good and very kind, but an older man who did my pedi kept laughing g and joking with another male worker who was doing someone elses pedi. Makes ya feel like they are talking bad about the customers. Unprofessional but did my pedi good.

Booked appointment at 3 pm. Waited for 20 minutes then they came up to us and told us to choose a nail color, then made us wait another 20 minutes while assisting everyone else. They’re about to close in another 20 minutes. They also told another couple to leave because they didn’t have enough time. Should not book so many people at one time and expect everyone to get done.

Wanted French tips and they still do the whole damn nail in polish. Not really get what you want to have

Great place, they. Will have water, soda or even wine for you (free of charge) while you get your nails done. Girls are very friendly. I got a gel manicure $30

The employees were very professional. They got me in on short notice and gave me a great manicure with gel polish. I was not overcharged at all. Overall a great experience!

My daughters dragged me there for a pedicure on my daughters birthday. I have to say sitting in the massage chair with my feet in warm water...They could have left me there a month. Very friendly staff and they did a great job on my wifes nails and my two daughters toenails. If my girls drag me into a girls day again I might not resist 😜

Nail tech didnt do what I asked. Didnt explain anything... cut my natural nail and was going to start adding fake tips. When I said no, he kept pressuring me to do it and made me feel very dumb. Im not going back. My nails are pretty but short since he cut them.

This is the only place I go for pedicures. I love it. Everyone is so nice and friendly. They remember me even when its months between visits. I have never had any issues and have been coming to get pedis since 2015.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL I am so mad never go here my nails look nothing like the picture I asked for even he agreed it looks nothing like the picture I asked for ombré and they said they can do ombré...I wanted red and black you can’t see the red at all..... if you can’t do it we can do something else and he insisted he could do it and the whole time he was coughing and he used 3 different reds for the ombré and you still can’t see it and I wanted a fire nail and it has 1 flame all it looks like is a red tip

This place was horrible. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and this is one one the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The lady had no idea what she was doing and completely ruined the shape of my nails. The work was incomplete and I was completely ripped off. I even told them I was not happy with the service but they still charged me $72!! I paid to avoid making a problem but pleaseeeee consider going somewhere else this place will rip you off.

They overprice and will not tell you until the end! They charge for “length” and add random things to charge you. For one color they wanted to charge my sister in law $50 and then still argue the fact they never explained the extra details they were charging you. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IM WARNING YOU!!

We just LOVE this place. Its our go- to for pedicures. The service is always fun & friendly. They always manage to get us in in a timely fashion ( we usually show up without appointments, as its a last- minute decision). Weve always been happy here.

I got the $50 pedicure, cant remember the exact name. Was convinced by the girl who did my pedicure. My relative got the same one. The girl said she would really massage my feet which I needed so badly. She didnt massage them much at all. The guy doing my cousins massaged her feet for a long time, she loved it. She also never gave me a good callus treatment which was included in my package, my feet are still horrible. She was fast and seemed rushed. She microwaved something and then squirt it on my foot and burned the top of my foot. The rest of the staff were very nice. If I ever go back which not sure I will that girl will not be doing any service on me.

The color was not the color I originally chose they picked out a different color for me I asked for dipped powder nails they gave me acrylic they didnt even remember to clear coat my thumb on my left hand also the nails are very thick and look like they need fills and I just got them done 3 days ago overall it was overall it was very poor quality

Been here three times and service is consistent. A plus is wine and refreshments while you relax in the massaging chairs. Relaxing!

Great service, personal, thorough

The nail tech was very rude, he insulted me pretty much the entire visit. Most of the nails are crooked and poorly done. It was a very tense atmosphere. The nail tech even shouted at me once because he just pointed at the sink and didnt tell me what he wanted me to do. The people are rude, they do a poor job and the atmosphere is not relaxing like a spa should be.

Came in on Monday March 19th for a pedicure and had a fantastic experience. I didn’t catch the man’s name who did my nails but he did a wonderful job. Great attention to detail and really made me feel like a valued customer! 5 stars!

This place was awsome. The two of us got in right away with no waiting. Each of us got a pedicure and manicure done beautifully. They even stayed open later for us to complete our nails. And props on having commentary wine. I will definitely be back and I dont even live in the area.

I had a great experience with this salon. They not only accommodated me at close to closing time, they really took time with my ragged bitten cuticles. I asked for mood color - the kind that changes color with heat and the nail technician said she wouldnt recommend it because it was created for acrylic nails and not to be put in the nail itself. Now I understand why my nails were shredding! No one told me that before. They were kind, funny, helpful and a good price. I rarely give 5 stars to anything, but my experience was good.

I have been here about 4 times in the last year. The only good experience Ive had was with, Brian. Brian is very friendly and a hard worker - but the rest of the staff (including the owner) are extremely rude and do not do your nails how you ask, instead - they ignore your wishes and do your nails how they want to. Today was the worst experience of them all and its safe to say that I will never be back.Below are some concrete examples of my experience from today:-appointment was made for 1:30 (a fill for me and a fill for my mom and a pedicure for me). We did not even get started on until 2:00.-my mom asked her staff to make sure one of her thumbs was filed shorter because it grows faster than the others, the lady did not listen and actually made that nail slanted. My moms nails cost her $30, when she went to give the lady her $10 dollar tip, the lady didnt even look at her and said bye in a rude tone.-I had the owner doing my fill. I asked him to make my nails oval (the same shape as they were), he nodded his head yes but actually made my nails square. He was very slow (it took him 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete a fill) and he did an awful job on the shape of my nails and the polish. He was very rude throughout and actually made red marks on each of my fingers from digging his nail into my finger.I am not the type to write these reviews, in fact, this is the first review Ive ever written.I was appalled at how my mother was treated and myself. If you are looking for a place to go relax, enjoy yourself and have your nails look professionally done - I recommend you do not go here.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The technician who did my pedicure and gel manicure was very friendly and made sure my services were done to my satisfaction, however I am disappointed in the quality of the products he used... after only 4 days my pedicure was chipped (every other professional pedicure I have EVER had had lasted several weeks, if not months, without chipping) and my GEL manicure was chipped after 4 days, and one nail completely peeling off after 6 days. Every other gel manicure I have had from other establishments has lasted 2 weeks, if not longer. Also, I went with a friend and the technician who did her pedicure and manicure was unfriendly, didnt speak a single word to her except to confirm the services she was getting, and rushed through the services so quickly, she finished well before me even though she started a good 10-15 minutes AFTER my technician started mine. I will not be returning to this nail salon.

I will never go back to this place. Horrible service. I got a fill with the shellac nail polish. He did 3 or so coats, I said I could see through it and he said No Complaining. We also got our toes painted and all of them are smudged up and once again he then said No Complaining. They never greeted us. Never talked to us. Never going back.

The service was ok, pretty rude. My girls had fun, but I felt my mother-in-law and I did not get the best service. Plus, the polish on my fingers has almost all peeled off and it hasnt even been 24 hours. My daughters was coming off last night already!! I was charged almost the same price for just getting mine painted as my mother-in-law did for a full manicure. Will not go back!!!

90% of the staff are awesome...2 are not overly friendly but still do a good job. They do the best and fastest job on my eyebrows too. :)

After reading a lot of reviews saying they did a bad job or had poor service I realized that it wassnt bad at all perfect? No. But a very nice job. I would go again. I also appreciated that as a guy they did not judge me unlike other places that did after I walked into the door

I went in two days ago for a simple manicure. After I left I noticed the second layer of polish was sloppily put on, so you can see the difference where the first and second layer start. Thy are already chipping off. The woman who did my nails did not even greet me, much less look at me. She just pointed to a chair and began. Not very relaxing atmosphere due to the attitude of the staff. It was almost as it it were a nuisance I stopped in. I will not be back and recommend if youre reading this to book an appointment and get quality work done. Not only all of that, but I noticed they added an extra dollar to the already overly generous 5 dollar tip I left for a 15 dollar manicure while looking at my checking account. Dont waste your time or money here.

Awful! From the moment I walked in they were rude. While the lady was doing my nails she didnt even talk to me, she painted my nails the wrong color and when she went to trim my acrylic nails she used a clippers causing them to crack and break a few days later. I also noticed under the nail stations it was filthy. I could see wrappers and various other garbage laying around and the carpet looks like it has never been cleaned 😟 Yuck!

Horrible shellac French ... peeled off the same day. My nails were not even filed evenly. Terrible job on my pedicure color. My nail tech kept texting while doing my nails and I believe he was the owner. The experience was awful and I wont ever go back.

Service was rude and charged me FULL PRICE even though I didnt get nail color. Dont go.

During a pedicure, the stylist accidentally cut my cuticle. After several attempts to get it to stop bleeding, I politely suggested that I would come back tomorrow to have the service finished when the toe was healed. She insisted that it would be OK to apply the polish even though I was concerned of an infection. When I refused to have polish applied, she demanded full payment for the service. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not there since it was a Sunday. Then, two other male stylist came over. Rather than making things right, they threatened to call the police if I didnt pay. After another 10min, we finally agreed on a reduced payment of $20. Needless to say, Ill never go back to Nails Envy and Spa.

Asked for ombré for my wedding, was told he could do it and all I got was pink painted nails with nicked cuticles

I had to come back twice within the first week. They do not use a base coat therefore your nails will just chip right away.

They are extremely rude and dont listen to what you say you tell them what you want and they just do what ever they want .....I asked them to paint my daughters nails and they went ahead and gave her a manicure in which she had one already a week before .... I did tell them twice no just a polish ... Yet they went ahead and tried to charge me for it .....then I tell him that my nails were lifting and to make sure that he sands down the areas that are lifting so they dont start lifting again ...and he just kept saying I cant give you a new set its to late were closing ... And I tried to explain I a numerous amount of times .... and then they start rudely laughing and talking about us its not my fault he cant listen ....I also told him not to cut my nails to short and he does anyways .....WORST PLACE EVER THEY DONT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ASK FOR ....RUDEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO ....DO NOT GO HERE !!!!SIGNEDVERY DISAPPOINTED
