We have used Sterling Dry Cleaning for several years. Nice friendly people. They do a great job and we like their delivery service.

Great service in the past. Not so great now. The level of customer service seems to have gone down with the new people who took over the front counter a couple years ago.

I wish the turnaround time would be a little be faster, especially when dropping off early in the morning, but for the price I cannot complain. Previously I had been a customer of Gundersons. However after experiencing some serious sticker shocker, and completely apathetic customer service when dealing with several ruined garments, I switched to Sterling and have been a loyal customer ever since. For the price it cannot be beat.

Nice price but Worst customer services EVER. I brought in 20 shirts, 1 suit, 5 ties and when I picked up my clothes and got home, I noticed one tie have 3 horizontal cuts on the bigger end. I went back and ask them why there are cuts in my tie and there are no notes or no nothing indicating it was cut before or after. The owner told me the tie was old and that it just rip itself. I have worked in Dry Clean before and I know what a rip look like. The tie is a year old from Express. I told the owner if the tie rip vertically along the edge, Id understand probably worn from the crease. But it was not a worn tear, it was like thin cuts horizontal. The owner cannot even give me an answer. He started to sound kind of mad and said So, you came back here and you want me to buy you a new tie? I got mad that instant. I told him, No, I didnt even said I want YOU to buy me a new tie, I said I just want to know how you guys handle my ties that this one is ripped like something cuts in a horizontal way He just said I dont know. So what do you want me to do?! I was even mad then, I just told him, I want my cleaning refunded. He then gave me the refund ($3.50) and tossed my ruined tie to the back counter and walked away on me. I will NEVER go to Sterling Dry Cleaning anymore. Gunderson is more pricy, but the customer services there are exceptional and they apologize right away when something goes wrong and the manager at Gunderson greets and take cares of situations in a pleasant manner. I like the low prices but Id rather pay a higher price for good qualities and good customer services.

They altered the wrong shirt and told me it was my fault- Mr. Lee called me a Liar! I told him I was going to write a review- he said he did not care because he has plenty of customers- Please do not use this cleaner!
