If I could leave less than one star, I would! You absolutely suck. You claim youre open until 10, its 9PM and the doors are locked. The contact number you have is the company that supplies and services the machine. There are currently 4 dryers and 6 washers that do not function and nothing has been fixed since you had a fire. I gave you the benefit of the doubt because you are the closest laundromat to my house, but there is no way I will ever return to your facility. You might as well close since you cant be bothered to run a business.

Cheap and the machines work, however the dryers often start on fire. Theres also a lady who frequents the place that likes to take clothes, so you have to watch your stuff like a hawk. Overall, its got great prices, but you need to watch your stuff closely, or else it might be stolen or burned.

This place used to be amazing, now its just a joke... Doors lock early and at seemingly random times, multiple washers and dryers have been needing repairs for months, and the number plastered all over this place for service? Yep, that is for some answering service that provides the equipment and servicing. This same number is also listed on their webpage. They tried to look up the owners information for me, and they couldnt find it either. This place has gone so far downhill it may never rise again.Just close permanently already, you clearly dont seem to want to be in business.If I could rate you zero I would. Take a pity star instead.

They locked the doors with my clothes inside at 7 pm even though posted hours are until 10 pm every day. Will not ever be coming back and do not recommend coming here! Have had issues with washers not working in the past as well as it can be quite dirty. Not okay and not good business for sure.

Washers with ID numbers that I used are WBV448, WBV452, WBV454 are filthy, looks like mold in the detergent dispenser along being clogged and prior peoples detergents and softeners. Also washer ID WBV452 at super cycle gave me less time in it than it should which is 44 and I got 38 and looks like no soap when in and by taking pictures it was clogged. It’s Christmas and I need laundry done and customer service said I’ll get my refund in 4-6 weeks when I need my laundry done now! Said they have no one to come to the location to give refund and look at the machines. So I will more than likely have to go somewhere else and spend more money and time away from my children on this day. Highly recommend NOT going here or to the other coin laundry spots. Go somewhere else!

Horrible will never come to another one again hours say on the door 6am-10pm get there at 915pm doors are locked and we cant get r stuff out of the dryer that we need tonight will not be back again

Floor dirty and looks like it is cleaned once a week!, lock on restroom does not work! Machines worked okay though.

Both change machines were out of order, dont waste your time coming to this place.
