I have dealt with other temp agencies before and like most they hire you and then thats about it, no follow up phone calls or emails asking you how the job is going, showing really that you are just a number to them.My experience with Remedy Staffing has been very much the opposite and honestly Im completely blown away about it all. I just moved to Wisconsin about two months ago and though before I did I made sure that I had lined up plenty of job interviews, Remedy and Ms. Jenna had me hired within two days after I moved which I couldnt be more grateful for. I was a bit worried that it was gonna take a few weeks or longer for me to get hired on anywhere but I had the interview on Monday and on Wednesday I was starting at my new job at Trilliant.Being hired so quickly was great, but what Ms. Jenna has and continues to do on a weekly basis for me is what has me completely sold with RIS. She calls and/or calls me to ask me how everything is going and reports to me that Im always impressing the ones I work for. She is what I wish everyone was like, caring, good natured and very professional, making me feel like Im apart of something.I would recommend coming here to anyone if they were looking for an easy way to get hired for a job, and though I have only directly interacted with Ms. Jenna exclusively, everyone at RIS deserves credit for how well their business is conducted. I cant thank them enough for what theyve done and continue to do for me.

I had an appointment for 12:00 PM on Friday, August 7th at the Appleton Remedy office. I was there on time for my meeting, but the person I was scheduled to interview with did not show up. According to the receptionist, they were out to lunch. By the time I left, this individual was 40 minutes late for my appointment, and 10 minutes late for the person who came in to meet with them after me (presumably for a 12:30 appointment). I dont know if there was an accident or emergency of some sort (hopefully not), but Ive never worked at a job where I had 40 minutes for lunch. I certainly never took my lunch when I had a job to do. Very unprofessional.
