Ive been working with Dan from Argus. I find him personable and professional. This is a staffing agency that takes time to look into your background to find the best fit for yourself and the companies they represent. If you are sick of scripted questions and companies that need you to start tomorrow, I recommend Argus.

I, in all regards do not recommend Argus at all. The company can barely keep an employee in a workplace for more than 3 days. Even some of the companies that they work, being with no interview and come in and work. The interview is sort of a vital part on the employees end as it is just for the employer to gauge the employee theyre bringing in, not getting an idea of where youre going into or how the workspace is like can be almost regretful. If you dont care where you work at and long as you can get a buck at the short term, Argus is your place to head to, otherwise, there are far better alternatives for temp agencies that will land you a job.

There was a young girl who interviewed me and was going to start my employment search on a Thursday. She started flriting with me a lot after hours over text. She never found me a job but a week later a police officer called me telling me I need to stop contacting her because she feels harassed. I told the officer that indeed was talking to her about work. I told him i would never contact her again. The officer stated her boy friend and her where very upset and it would be best if i find a job else where. Apparently her boyfriend found out how she was speaking to me and her only option in her head was to call the police. I never knew she was seeing someone and i never pushed the flirting just played along. I honestly just cared about getting a job. I contacted the president of the company and told him we can let the courts decide who did what. Never heard from any of them again. Zero stars

Nathan Kayden was my contact at Argus. He stated during the required face-to-face interview that Argus only dealt with direct hire positions. After the initial job posting he presented to me, the other jobs offered were either contract or temp-to-hire. In the phone contacts we had, I found his conduct to be unprofessional on many levels. He rarely identified himself, was constantly shuffling through papers or placing his hand over the phone to speak with someone else at the office. He had little to no respect for my time, and although I know were all in it for the money, I wouldnt waste my time earning him an income.

Nate, who unfortunately is no longer with Argus, found me a great position, even if it is temporary. I have suggested to friends and family Argus Technical Services and I will continue to do so.Thank you Argus and thank you Nate!
