This store doesn’t follow amazon policy for packaging and returning packages. They are inept and argumentative- refusing to follow protocol & insist people spend $$ there or they won’t ship amazon “free”returns per policy. Both counter staff & manager refuse to honor Amazon regulations.

This store is absolutely amazing. The beautiful Hispanic woman that did my fingerprints yesterday is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. All the workers that work here are friendly and provide excellent service. 5 Stars.

I dont know the mans name at the front but he has tattoos on his arms, neck and a chip on his shoulder.A little bit of customer service goes a long way and the tapping was unnecessary.If you want a better experience, the drive to highway 18 UPS will be worth it.This location runs rampant with rude employees. SMH.

I come in quite frequently to ship out packages for my company and the place is always so clean and the people are always so positive no matter the situation! even though they can’t control the set UPS prices the employees always try to do what they can to make sure I really get the bang for my buck, once they insisted to cut down one of my packages for me and it saved me 10 bucks on my shipment. Very. Very helpful and will be returning to my go-to ups store!!!

In response to your FYI.FYI, the first time I told you all about this problem it was because mail was hanging out. I know because I handed it back to your employee. Not to mention the fact that I have had you all get small packages out of the same location to give to me personally. So please dont try to make your customers out to be lying just to cover you and your employees back sides.

WORST customer service ever. Went to drop off an Amazon return and the boy in the front tired to charge $20 for a box even though the return was already in the box it came in. Then a old lady with black hair that I assume was a manager got involved and was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Ended up having to tape the boxes together myself and was later told by the boy that he could have taped them for $1. This store just wants to make money and has no intention to help their customers. Amazon needs to start using a different shipping service ASAP. The miserable old lady with the black hair needs to retire because she is doing absolutely no good here.GO TO THE UPS STORE ON HIGHWAY 18 INSTEAD.

I would have given it five stars but the guy working at this location didnt greet me, didnt respond when I greeted him, and was just plain rude. He should not be working in a customer service position.

Hello, I have a major complaint with this UPS store. I had an important covid test package( tracking 1Z712A85Y069136255) that needed to be overnighted to a lab in order to fly to Hawaii. I delivered the package exactly when it opened at 8:03AM on Friday with the Understanding it would make it Saturday. Me and my family spent thousands of dollars to get this Hawaii trip and all we needed was the package to be over nighted and not only did it not go out Friday, it didn’t go out Sat and is still at this Apple Valley store as of today. How can this be acceptable? Guys if you have anything important do not go to this store. As of today, any overnighted packages are still at this store. You guys need to know to use other stores. I don’t know what the owner will say but anything less then a reimbursement will be unacceptable.UpdateAfter talking to the owner- it turns out this was a shipping error on UPS and I was misinformed.

I have been a box owner and customer for 3+ years. I can not understand the negative and the sub5 star ratings for this place. I have NEVER had a negative experience in this location. Everyone is greeted, treated with respect and as family. If Google allowed it, I would give them 100 stars. Thank you for the great service and for an excellent staff!

We went to return our charter equipment through UPS as instructed. My husband waited in a line that went out the door only to find out that the service couldnt be provided that day because the system was down. Its 105 degrees, they couldnt have put a sign up or said something when they saw the charter equipment in his hand? Terrible service!

Weve ALWAYS been treated well at this store. The folks running the store do not make-up the rules as they go along. Weve never had anything get lost, Im surprised to see a negative. The employees work really hard and have ALWAYS been courteous. There are those customers who walk in the front door and they have a big black cloud over their heads. One, most likely, they put it there. Its better to face life with a positive attitude and most like itll be contageous. Oh, which reminds, Ive got about 4 packages I need to ship today. They close at 5pm, cool.

I used to like this location, but I went in and they want to charge $2.25 just to print a return label. And an additional $1.00 just to tape the label on the box! Other UPS stores I have gone to do not do that!

Lady wanted to charge me $42. for one box. I told her that the price was not correct but she insisted it was. I wonder if she would pay $100 for a roasted chicken at the grocery store? I wasted a trip for a box. They tried to tell me I couldnt ship a moving box. I have been shipping moving boxes for 40 years.

Been to this location many times, but this is the last. Cant drop of mail even though they have mailboxes for rent. And they ARE NOT A FULL SERVICE CENTER. You can ship using a UPS account number. Ridiculous whats the point. I miss full service postal centers.

Was just there waiting for about 20 minutes to get a live scan, very impatient lady medium weight with dark hair helped me out but she was rude with elderly people as well.. Regardless, waited in line telling her Im there for a live scan and she says okay were your application, so I pull up an email and she said yeah that one so I ask her what I do with it and she laughs (sorry I was unaware I was the only one who hadnt done this before) so I left. Im almost sure she couldve offered a desktop for me to print out one sheet of paper which I wouldve gladly paid for.

I have gone to this location twice for notary service. Samuel has been the one to notarize my documents. He has been very efficient and friendly. I definetely recommend this location.

Very rude. Not helpful. I called to get live scan wasnt told that I had to pay cash until I drove down and was immediately dismissed when I didnt. Ups store in apple valley much nicer

Never ship large items from this store! Go to the one in Phelan itll be a $150 difference. (Sep 10 19) what a coincidence my package is now missing says: UPS personnel...... Will you do a price-match if I show you the receipts?

I called to inform them that I was expecting a package but I dont have a mail box number. They said it was ok and that theyd keep a look out for it and call me when it arrives. A few days go by, I check the status using the tracking number and it turns out they refused it and sent it back sender.Im sure it was an honest mistake and hope it doesnt happen again.

Horrible customer! Specializing in passport photos passport photo came out too dark refused to refund the money until I got a letter from the Apple Valley Civic Center, stating that it was too dark. They gave me the run around for approximately two days I will never go back there. If anyone needs a passport photo taken Walmart does an excellent job so does Costco for approximately $5 less.

I dont want to report badly about the store in general because Ive never experienced a problem with other staff, but this elderly Hispanic man who works there. I have issue with him. He gave me issues with getting a copy of my livescan application. He argued with me practically telling me what do you want me to do? You lost it and all I was asking of him was to recieve a copy. Second, when I got my fingerprints taken, my pinkys were marked with an X and I addressed my concern about possibly being denied, he told me it was fine. And 3 months later I was denied because of this! Now my application for nursing is going to be delayed because of him and I made an effort to get everything done in advance! I am so pissed. Now I have to go back and ask for it to be done again free of charge, Im not paying for his error

Waited in line 10 mins young man look at me walked away to help owner put up rack didnt acknowledge me or anyone else for that matter other lady walk in get help I pointed out the fact that I was next goes off at me owner goes off dont have serve u kid mumble what happened to the customer always right not these days that right u dont have to serve me because u wont get a chance to u just lost me a customer keep losing customer u lose ur business Will pass it on to all that u the owner is rude just like her employees
