So grateful to everyone at Carousel for their patience, creativity, care, thoroughness, and understanding. We bring our 3 year old to Dr. Kyle and although the 3 year old rarely wants to cooperate, everyone is SO NICE and patient. Cant recommend Carousel enough!

I took my 2 children age 7 and 3 to get their routine check ups. You could tell as soon as you walked in what a clean and child friendly place this is. From the reception to the hygienist to the doctor. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. Everything was explained thoroughly to me. My kids were at ease and so was I. I love this place and my kids do too! Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at Carousel. It was clean, quiet, welcoming, safe, and thorough dental care. We never felt rushed and the dentist explained things thoroughly. The Covid procedures were great and we felt very safe. My kids loved the TVs on the ceiling.

Dr. Katie, Jen and Tonya were great with my daughter on her first appointment. The environment is very welcoming for children and their rooms are decorated nicely. My daughter has a fear of dentists and they made her feel really comfortable. They are not pushy.

We recently moved back to the area, after being up in St. Cloud for many years. My son has always been apprehensive about going to the dentist, and heard of Carousel through my older sister. I cannot say enough amazing things about this place! Every single staff member, from the front desk, hygienists and assistants are nice, kind and patient. Dr. Kyle is the most caring, patient and awesome dentist, who takes his time and explains everything to you. He even checked in with me later the same day by text after my son got some dental work done, to see if I had any questions or concerns - I think that is amazing, and shows he really cares about his patients. My son left there after his first appointment saying I love this place! There is a reason why you have five stars. The whole experience for both my son and I were amazing. I was VERY impressed, and would highly recommend Carousel to anyone with children :)

There is a reason you see so many 5 star reviews. This is truly a dental office where everyone enjoys their work and is happy to be there & it shows. My son is eight years old and severely autistic. He does not like doctors or dentist or haircuts or anything Where someone he doesn’t know is touching him. I have tried several clinics that say they specialize with special needs kids and do sedation, only to be told let’s just hold him down.We have had a very traumatic trips to the dentist that build up more anxiety and of course he fights so much you can never truly get everything done. From the beginning Dr. Kyle was understanding And reassured me that I as his parent knew what was best. We want to head and scheduled an office anesthesia. The office is very open and welcoming . Every person we interacted with was friendly and caring . The anesthesia doctor and nurse were great . I was kept informed the whole way. Dr Katie visited with me to give me advice on how to care for his teeth since braces will never be an option for this kiddo . Everything went smooth . I also left with a solid treatment plan to ensure the best outcome for my child’s teeth and comfort level. Going to the dentist is scary for kids. The Place you select can ensure the experience can be as pleasant as possible. I’m glad I found these guys, and you will be too!

My two boys had not seen the dentist for a long time, & they were anxious, but this team made my boys feel very at ease & comfortable. I rarely, review businesses unless they made an exceptional impression, & this team went above & beyond! We were first greeted by a smiling & welcoming smile in the reception & my boys were all smiles! Then once we met our hygienist wish I could remember their names but they were very gentle & kind to my boys. This team even out of their way to make my boys feel most welcome by writing their names & new kids names on the hallway with a big welcome sign! Now that’s what I call exceptional! As a mom of 5, we have tried several pediatric dentists through the years and Carousel has by far been our best experience ever! From the first phone call the office staff were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. Not every office can handle a large family all at once yet Carousel was amazing; we never felt rushed. The hygienists and Dr. Katie went out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and took their time to explain everything along the way to both the kids and to me. One hygienist even sat down to color with my 2 year old in order to give me the opportunity to discuss treatment options with the dentist. The whole team went above and beyond! I am amazed and will definitely be recommending them to all of our friends. We are so thrilled to have found them!

What a gem of a place. I brought my three daughters for dental appointments having not gone to a pediatric dentist in several years due to our insurance not having one in network. I had a four-year old, seven-year-old and 10-year-old. My four-year-old had not yet had a dental check up and my 10-year-old had braces. All were handled with kindness and compassion. We had a wonderful experience. So happy to have found this place

Wonderful experience for my daughter with special needs! I am a dental hygienist with 21 years dental experience and the doctor I work with made the referral for my daughter because she is confident in the quality of care, professionalism, and ability of Dr. Kyle and Dr. Katie. We met with Dr. Kyle and assistant Candace. They both rock! Jeannine is pleasant and personable and great at what she does. Thanks to a great team for such a great experience for my daughter and me. I feel entirely informed and confident going in for my daughter’s restorative care next month.

We recently moved and needed to find a dentist. My 6 year old is not a fan of the dentist, especially since she has a couple loose teeth. From the moment we walked in the office everyone was so nice and worked with my daughter to make her less nervous. Unfortunately she had 2 small cavities and Dr. Kyle gave me the options for taking care of them. Again the staff really worked with my daughter in calming her nerves at her next appointment to treat her cavities. After we left today my daughter said to me I really like how the dentist tells me everything he is going to do before he does it. I would highly recommend this dental office. So happy that we found them!

Everyone was fantastic!!! I was worried that my 3 year old would be non cooperative, but everyone there made it such a fun experience for him that it went really well. From the moment we walked through the door we were welcomed and guided through each step of the process. All of the staff was so patient and made sure all of our questions were answered, and we felt comfortable with the plan. It was such a fun experience for my 3 year old. He can’t wait to go back for his next cleaning!

My daughter just had her 18 month exam and fluoride treatment here with Dr. Katie. It couldn’t have gone better! I didn’t have high hopes for how a small toddler would do at the dentist, but the Carousel team made it so fun for my daughter (zero tears and lots of laughs and smiles!). Dr Kyle and the whole Carousel staff were wonderful! Tonya was so helpful figuring out our insurance, the assistant did a great job cleaning my son’s teeth and Dr Kyle was so nice and thorough. The office is bright and clean, and they have tv’s on the ceiling to distract the kiddos! So glad we found this place!

We just had our sons first dentist appointment and the staff made it a great experience for him! They talked to him and tried to make him comfortable in a new environment and he had a blast. The doctors and nurses made sure to ask if we had any questions or concerns and even had helpful tips for brushing at home. We really appreciate everyone there and are so happy we found them!

Carousel was wonderful. My son had his first dentist visit and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone made him feel so comfortable and even excited about his experience, especially since they played his favorite show during his exam. They engaged with him and frequently told him how great he was doing which really helped him (and me) stay comfortable. It’s rare to give a 5 star rating but this place deserves it 100%. My 10 year old son needed an unexpected tooth extraction due to decay under his filling. This was our first visit to Carousel Pediatric and everyone there was so nice and made my son feel at ease. Dr. Kyle explained our options and we went with extraction and everything went great. I was in the room the entire time and I honestly don’t think my son would have cared if I wasn’t! Dr. Kyle and his assistant interacted with him explaining what they were doing and he got through it no problem! Later on Dr. Kyle sent a text to check up on him which to me is going above and beyond. I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a pediatric dentist!

Dr. Kyle and the entire staff at Carousel goes above and beyond! They are patient and so so good with kids. Thanks to covid and life being busy.. it had been well over a year since my kids had been to the dentist. My 5 year old son needed some work done and they were so great about all of it. Not one bit judgmental about how long we had gone between visits and very helpful in getting everything fixed quickly. I called as a new patient and they got me in right away for my son’s sore tooth and fixed it all up the same day. My oldest daughter has anxiety about dentists from a previous bad experience and they were so positive and compassionate with her. They showed her the tools and everything they were going to do before doing it. They were so patient and went at the pace she was comfortable with and it all went so well. The office staff helped work with us to get the best deal with our insurance plan that they could. The office is new and a fun environment for kids. Highly recommend Dr. Kyle and the whole team at Carousel!

We had a great experience here with my 4 year old who had a cavity. We came for a second opinion because the other place wanted to put my daughter under general anesthesia for the procedure. Carousel was able to help us for a fraction of the cost, no anesthesia needed, and most importantly kept my daughter comfortable the entire time. Thank you!

Loved the whole experience. My baby went there at 1 year, everything looked neat. Loved the fact that we could sign everything electronically so we didnt have to touch anything there. The Dr listened to our issues well and gave us solutions. Everybody, from the lady who scheduled (Tonya), the nurse and the Dr Kyle were very friendly with the baby so she was comfortable than we expected. That was my very first requirement as babies dont like Dentals much. Looking forward for the next visit

I took my son for his first dental visit at 1 year old and everyone was so great! Even before we made it in to the office, whenever I called they were so pleasant and helpful. Im excited this is who Ive chosen to provide dental care for our son and would highly recommend their office to anyone.

A nice set up for kids, dental hygienists were great and put them ease. Dr. Kyle was nice and gave good advice and interacted well with the kids. My kids are super shy, my super shy daughter was talking and interacting (which is unusual for people she doesnt know well).

I recently took my 3 year old to Carousel for his first dentist appointment. My son was a little anxious upon arrival, but that almost immediately went away after being greeted by the fun, bright, lobby (and Mickey Mouse on the tv😉), and the kind staff. Dr Kyle and his assistant were so fun, and kind, explaining every step of the cleaning process in a “cute” way for my son. The whole appointment went as good as you could imagine! Our five year old had the best time at his appointment today! The office is beautiful and Dr Kyle is incredibly caring and thorough. My son exclaimed upon returning to the car - “I really love that guy [Dr. Kyle]!”. I highly recommend this office and look forward to being able to have his orthodontic needs addressed in the same location in the future.

My older son had been to the dentist a couple times but we decided to switch him to a pediatric dentist due to him being special needs. So we took both my 2 and 4 year old here and had a great experience!

My 6 and 4 year old were both really nervous to go to the dentist but the entire staff was great at talking the kids through everything. The kids were able to watch something during their visit and even got a prize at the end. Even when I called to make the appointment, they told me all sorts of strategies to help ease their anxiety so I was able to prepare my daughter who likes to know everything before it happens. Both Dentists are fantastic. We will be back in 6 months!

I brought my son here for his first dental appointment with Dr Kyle and was very impressed. I did hours of googling trying to decide where to bring him and decided on carousel pediatric dentistry. The office itself is beautiful. There are tv screens on the ceiling to distract kids. I anticipated that my son would put up a fight being that he is only 11 months old but he didn’t mind it at all. He had his teeth brushed and Dr Kyle applied the fluoride treatment himself. The front desk staff was very sweet and I wish I would have caught the dental assistant/hygienists name because she was an angel. We are excited to stick with carousel dentistry.

This place is amazing!! The front staff were wonderful and Dr. Kyle was a great dentist. Tonya did such a great job making my daughter feel comfortable during her very first dentist appointment. Everyone there made us feel like we were family. We had such a great experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommended!!

After 4 visits to a different practice, our special needs 6 year old was terrified of the dentist and had yet to achieve an actual cleaning or x-rays yet. The only way to see into her mouth was to do so while she was screaming. I knew something had to change with the environment so that this didnt continue. I am happy to report that our experience at Carousel was a complete win for our daughter. She was allowed time to warm up to the individual room, the tools in there, she was able to be a bit more hands on with what was happening. She opened her mouth willingly, had X-rays, was able to touch the polisher and get familiar with it, sat willingly in the chair, enjoyed the Disney Plus playing above her, and best of all - no screaming! Beforehand, if you mentioned the dentist instant tears and axiety - afterwards she said she loved the dentist.Additionally, from a medical side, Dr. Kyle was very knowledgable about sedation dentistry which we explored collaboratively for the future if ever needed. They are very familiar and understanding of this scenario and will do anything to help these little people they are working with.

Dr. Kyle, the staff and the amenities are great! My 18 month old daughter typically hates going to any doctors office but she did great thanks to Dr. Kyles kind demeanor and patience. Additionally, he did a great job explaining everything we could need to know (e.g. how to effectively brush her teeth, what to expect with incoming teeth, etc.). Would highly recommend to anyone!

6 and 4 year old have had a bit of trouble at any dentists and this is the first place both got over their fears. It was the best experience with both. Plus they are very up front about prices if asked and very willing to help you figure out what the next step is to get teeth healthy!

The staff was amazing a Carousel Dentistry! I brought 3 kids including a very stubborn first timer! The hygienist was able to do a full clean without any resistance. I feel compelled to share this! McKenna and Thomas were both seen by Dr Nordeen at carousel pediatric dentistry in apple valley, and we were just so very impressed. Thomas having to have his two front teeth pulled and McKenna needing in clinic surgery. The whole process was honestly above and beyond. Kyle was so kind and compassionate, having young kids himself he really understood my kids needs and my mom worries. (my MH/WSP peeps, he’s married to dr wilds daughter Katie!) outside of the dental work, the clinic was so clean and they were very careful with their covid precautions. Everyone was so friendly and helpful we are just so grateful to come across them! If you’re looking for pediatric dentistry or maybe looking for something else, this is it!⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
