Blake was great from the start! Very knowledgeable on all products we’re working with! Having a bathroom shower conversion being put in. From the sales side of things he’s been wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend him to others!

We had 4 windows installed. Very happy with the quality and look of them. The installer did a fantastic job. However, I was not pleased with the front office. We paid cash, 1/2 upfront (received a receipt for the amount paid) and 1/2 after the job was completed. Once installation was completed we were informed our original payment was $50 short. Then after we had paid for the 2nd half the office called again and told us we were $200 short! I am happy with the final product, but don’t recommend this company strictly because of the lack of communication and professionalism of the office.

Jennifer is sooo knowledgeable about bathtub/shower remodels and installs. Her recommendations based on what we needed were spot-on! My 88 year old dad fell and broke his pelvis. We needed to remove the bathtub that came with the house when it was built in 1992 and replace it with a walk-in shower.I wasnt sold on the shower surround instead of tile. I thought it might look like a travel trailer bathroom. But I was limited in time because of my dads release date from the hospital.My concern was unfounded. It looks fabulous. And it is soooo easy to clean :)Working with YHIC was the best. Superior customer service. Excellent communication. Quality workmanship. Sincere people. They are the whole package.You wont be disappointed.

Wonderful experience with Your Home Improvement. Blake was a great start! He came to my home respectful, polite and professional! Blakes knowledge of product and services were outstanding. After seeing other contractors prior to Blake’s visit we signed with him the evening he came to my house. I’ve never done that before! Blake suggested the style and fixtures I went with. I couldn’t be Happier. The day of the install was painless and all done in one day! My water was only off for about an hour! Wayne installed my tub and shower. Wayne was great too! Look at the workmanship! I’d give them 10 stars!

I was quoting from several remodeling companies for a bathroom reflooring, shower update, and toilet replacement. Taylor came out to our place and we talked and he took some measurements. Then he asked about timeline and we said we were planning to sell soon. He cut right to the chase and gave us really honest and straightforward advice that we should cut our scope back to get much better bang for our buck. I really appreciated the straight-talk, and will definitely be calling Taylor again for future remodeling needs! Saved me thousands of dollars in less than a half hour!

Had the displeasure of having them over twice for an estimate. First time for siding and windows, Selling rebranded Alside siding for exorbitant prices. But they sell it under their own brand and claim it’s theirs. Go through some long rant about why they’re better than everyone else. When they’re slinging the same stuff everyone else is. Never would have called them ever again, but they showed up when I was expecting a quote from Home Depot for a tub install. They quoted me about 15k just to install a basic tub. Again trying to convince me that they’re slinging some revolutionary products. And it’s nothing special at all. They will never step foot into my house ever again. Don’t trust their shady sales tactics. Do your research.

We contacted Your Home Improvement for our bathroom remodel, Jennifer our sales consultant was very informative and answered all our questions. It was super convenient, they worked with our schedule and they were in and out in one day. We did a full bathtub, walls and ceiling replacement and were very satisfied with the end result! I would highly recommend the for any home improvement projects.

I had Jennifer Myers as my sales rep out of Apple Valley and she was the best. She talked through everything, showed me different options and explained to the fullest of what to expect. Kevin and Zach were my installers and I dont have enough praises for these two. Very professional and friendly. They patiently answered any questions I had for them. I would highly recommend this team, they took all the steps to protect my carpets, and cleaned up superbly when it was all done.

Installation of new shower stall. Trey was excellent at installing. However I’m not pleased with Bath Planet as Trey was missing part of the shower stall. To my knowledge it had to be reordered as it was not shipped originally and it took another three weeks to finish.

Steven, the installer, did a fabulous job of getting the old shower out and the new acrylic shower in and all in 1 day!And a shout-out to CJ as well, as she was awesome to work with getting the install date all setup and answering questions was always helpful and pleasant on the phone!Very pleased with the overall experience and professionalism of the whole team involved from start to finish!Am very happy with the new shower and would highly recommend!

I never knew there were so many choices to make in order to replace our tub and surround, and on our own it would have been very overwhelming. Jennifer led us through the process step by step, letting us know upfront which options cost more and which were the same price. She never pushed us or used scare tactics to edge us toward more expensive options. The best part was at the end when she uploaded our various selections into a program that showed what they would look like all put together. Im excited for installation day.

Windows seemed to be a little overpriced. Representative was knowledgeable and gave a good presentation. Was a little hard sell at the end. Originally told him I wanted to look at 3 to 5 different offers. Did a lot of research about brands of windows and read reviews

We had half of our windows replaced in our home. This was the first big remodeling project we have hired out. We were very apprehensive at first as we had had multiple estimates and many seemed very pushy for our taste. Travis stopped out and explained everything in detail and at the end gave us our options for pricing. At no point did he tell us we had to do it like everybody else was doing. We of course decided to go with this company as the price was in the middle but had the best warranties. Everything is now completed as of a couple weeks and the process from start to finish met our expectations. We want to thank your home improvement company for making our first remodel project as easy as possible. Yes, the windows are fantastic! We will be back for the last half next year!!

Jennifer from Apple Valley was an absolute joy to work with. Our 90 minute appointment turned into such a fun experience as she got to know us and our needs for our new shower installation. Both my wife and I were so impressed with Jennifers sales presentation and knowledge of her product, and we have total confidence that the installation will go perfectly. Our 30 year-old neo-angle shower will be replaced with a larger square shower stall - and we cant wait for the work to be done! What an improvement this will be.

The company performed a tub to shower conversion today. Wayne, the installer, was on time, very communicative, very clean, and finished faster than I anticipated. Jen, the salesperson, was thorough and informative and was not high-pressure. The plumber the company used was equally good. Note that, since I cannot use the shower for 24 hours, this review does not comment on anything beyond installation and appearance. Appearance is good, but I was surprised at how much narrower the shower is with doors versus my old tub with a shower curtain. That stands to reason, but I wasnt expecting it. I will have to turn sideways to wash my hair, as I cant have my hands in my hair with my elbows extended without hitting the wall and shower doors. My shower actually feels a whole lot smaller now, which is troubling. I also encountered an issue with my plumbing (unforeseen until the old tub was removed) that required a 30 shower pan rather than a 32 that contributes to that problem. Im not happy with that at all, but that is not the fault of the company. They adjusted quickly and were able to complete the installation on the same day despite the problem. I would recommend the company and would use it again.

Kenzie Brooks was my installer. He was very professional. As well as very good quality. The only issue, is that there was two different color of flooring. Not his fault but it will be fixed asap. He even put it in the paperwork I signed. I would recommend Kenzie and Bath Planet to anyone.

Travis helped me select and install a new picture window and two side windows, as well as a sliding glass door. He understood that my priorities are 1) good quality and 2) affordable price. No BS up-sales and perfect follow through. Im now using them to put a new shower in my bathroom. Most contractors give me a serious ick factor - not these guys.

Still waiting for my windows...its been nearly 11 weeks since the measurements. This is for two large windows to replace 4 smaller ones, not what I would consider a complex job. Contacted the company a week ago and they really didnt seem to have any solid details on when I can expect the installation. Not impressed so far. For the price I expected better.

I have had numerous remodeling projects over the years. This company has by far been the most impressive and accommodating. They did an amazing remodel on my upstairs bathroom. It might seem strange to leave a review for a company that I technically havent done business with yet, but Im so impressed with them that I just have to! The ONLY reason Im not getting windows through them immediately is that with new home ownership expenses and medical debt, Im just not able to right this moment. I wish I could! I was thinking I was just getting the jump on getting window quotes for when I was financially ready in a year or two, but I accidentally found the right company right off. Lucky me, I guess :) I sincerely hope that I can get to a place soon to be able to do business with them, not just learn lots from them (and I did learn a TON about windows from them).Serious, Adam, Travis and Blake, all of you are awesome. You put up with my messy home and crazy dog like champs and all while trying to educate me and get me a great deal. I appreciate your patience, information and amazing quote. We had windows installed on our upper level by Your Home Improvement Company back in 2016. We really liked the product, quality of construction, and level of service provided by the company.We are now having them back out to install the windows on our lower level.The windows on our upper level cut our Winter heating bills by about 25% a well.Hopefully the lower level window replacements will cut the bill even lower.

From start to finish everybody was great and personable. Window installers cleaned up and hauled away everything. I run an in home daycare and that was very important. Worked around my ten daycare kids. Barley knew they where here. No condensation on these windows or ice like my previous windows had. Great company and wonderful process. Thanks for a job well done!

This is Dave Duncan. And the last six seven years Ive had got hold of my Home Improvement. Through a patio door bow window and this spring they did a the whole entrance door screen and everything and my electric bill for the summer was down to $128 and I have insurance through Excel so thats like 25 $ $30. So far this winter my highest bill is 165 dollars. Before I had all this work done my bill was in the 250 to 300 its just me there. I I like Home Improvement that all there is to it they do very good work they clean up they have good Carpenters good sales people.Youre welcome thank that youre paying too much. with the experience that Ive had. Ive almost paid off everything that Ive had installed. I have four other windows that have been installed buy Home Improvement. I am going to see what they charge to put insulation in my attic I own a townhouse. Thank you

We are very happy with our new windows. The man who installed them was prompt and proficient. And he cleaned up everything very nicely after the windows were installed. He did a custom window in my kitchen that I love. The company is friendly and is great at follow-up calls to make sure we are satisfied with the windows and the installation.

Very happy with my window project. Put our order in beginning of March and windows where installed end of May. Install crew was very nice and cleaned everything up great. Experience with your home improvement company was great and very easy. Had all the windows in my house done at the end of June. I live on a busy road and the noise is substantially less.I can barely hear the traffic anymore. Travis was very nice to deal with in the beginning and helped me through the process of which windows best fit my needs. I had 5 quotes. They where right in the middle and from what I saw had the most superior window. Jeremy and the crew installed them perfectly and picked everything up around the house. Initially great experience, sales rep talked a good game and helped cut costs on some of the project by saying he would help me install the vanity without charge and the toilet. He told me it would be a 8 week lead time to have the product for the shower made and was pretty accurate on that timing, it took about 7 weeks. Install day came and the Vince the guy who did the install all by himself was amazing did an awesome job on everything and took him two days to complete. Next day I realized the shower door was installed backwards and not everything was sealed properly so I called the office to see if they could come out and fix it but no answer phone just rang and rang. So I called the sales rep told him what had happened and asked to see when he would be out to help with the vanity and he said sometime this week and ended up never showing up and I had to install the vanity myself with a friend. Still the shower door is all messed up and not sealed properly so I called the office again and finally got ahold of someone who transferred me to someone else and got a voicemail.... no call back so now I’m wondering if and when my shower will be fixed. If I end up doing it myself I’ll be going after for some money back on services incomplete they got their money and now I’m stuck with a half a job and can’t get ahold of anybody to fix this problem.

We had a great experience with Bath Planet. The initial sales meeting was quick and informative and Tom listened to our needs and made great suggestions. The install took about 6 hours and everything was clean and perfect when they left...and no new shower smell. We have barely needed to clean it in the last 3 months

Had my windows and siding completed in November. Job when above my expectations. From the show I went to all the way through install everybody was very pleasant to work with. After install the crews cleaned up so well we couldn’t even tell they where there. I was referred to this company and will be passing their info on in the future.

I contracted 1 patio door, entry door, and 9 windows. Purchased them in November and they got installed early January. I have had the windows only 2 weeks but the amount my furnace runs is far less then before and the noise reduction is far more then my expectations. Your home improvement won me over when they found severe rotting below one of my windows and rather then charging me a bunch of money the installers just handled it and kept on moving. I have contracted a lot of work in the last 30 years and it is no question that this company has been the most fair efficient company I have dealt with. The windows are exceeding my expectations. I had YHIC install all my windows and a front door. Everything looks beautiful! The install team was very friendly and professional! I am a 100% believer that you get what you pay for now every room in my house is the exact same temperature no more freezing in my living room. We put these windows and doors to the test. Our furnace went out and we had no heat in our house for over 30 hours. The temperature in our house only dropped 6 degrees over all and it was below 25 degrees outside the whole time. I will for sure be using them in the future! 5 stars!!!

I met with Travis Hempel tonight with a follow up about my windows. I love the that my heating bill when down. I love the fact if there is any warranty issues they are here immediately taking care of me. I would recommend preservation windows. We worked with Jennifer to update the plumbing and look of our shower. We appreciated her open and honest communication style. Once the project began, and we had any questions, Jennifer & Adam were quick to respond. Our shower and new deep soaking tub is great! We love it! The crew was kind, cleaned up after the work and even came out to fix a small problem we had with our shower handle. All in all we had no problems with Jennifer and YHIC and even decided to do more business with them by getting abnew door installed. After having worked with several contractors and remodeling companies that were just plain horrible, I trust YHIC and the work they’ve done so far.

I had my bathtub and surround replaced. My installer was Blake. He was very professional, courteous, and personable. It was a two day project. On the first day he did all the tear-down, pulled the old tub, and got the new one installed. The second day was inspection of the plumbing and then installing the surround and the hardware. I thought he did a great job. What a difference! Its so bright and clean and new looking. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. Not only at the end of the project, but at the end of the first day. All the drop cloths were removed, the tools were gathered up and stored in a corner of the bathroom and the floor was swept. Great job, Blake!

We recently had a new bathroom complete by this company. We’re very pleased with the process and end result. The project was completed on time and at the quoted price.The tub side of bathroom was taken down to the studs and sub floor. The old iron tub and plumbing was removed and replaced. New drywall and a subway tile surround were installed. The functional and visual results are stunning.

I have always had a great experience working with Bath Planet. They have done work previously for me and I have always been delighted with the results. I started with all new windows, a new front door through Great Lakes Window and Siding Co, and now created three new bathroom remodels, all using Bath Planet.This last remodel took them one week to complete. I was very impressed how they managed to keep the house clean during all the demolition work. They left the house immaculate when they were finished for the day; I sometimes forgot they had been working in my home. The men who came into my home were very professional. Everyday the arrived promptly, were very pleasant, and extremely helpful. They have done a fantastic job!I love my new bathrooms!

Customer Service and follow up after the installation is poor. No followup if everything is OK and if we had any concerns. I had to contact the rep myself with questions.Installation should include a stud added for a shower door if existing home does not have one in place for a more secure installation of the shower door.

She gave us a great price with some discount which was awesome. We also met Norbert Plender for windows today and he also did a great job with awesome prices.Overall we are getting our shower remodel and 9 windows replace through Your Home Improvement Co. with awesome prices, plus its lifetime warranty. They helped us through all the paperworks and helped us find the best financing for it. I will give them another review once they finish with the shower and windows, but I would recommend them.

YHIC replaced our 35 year old double pane windows with their triple pane product this January. During the 20 below season, there was absolute zero indication through the window temperature of the cold weather outside. Love the transferable lifetime warranty. (Also they replacement roof was installed in the fall. Very efficient process by the installation team over 4 days. They assisted with the requirements of the Leafguard gutter installers by removing the old gutters and also with the flashing requirements provided by the Radon system company. Again, love the transferable lifetime warranty. )

I have contracted for work on 3 separate occasions with Your Home Improvement Company. EACH time I have been totally pleased with their service. I am a senior citizen who retired recently and have been limited in my use of the master bathroom. I need to use a walker to get around and could not get into that bathroom. They remedied that quite readily and installed my walk-in tub. I was amazed by how convenient my master bath turned out. I also had them level my bathroom floor (the previous owner had remodelled but left the floor two different levels) and replace the tiled sink surround with solid quartzite panels. The last job I had them do was to retile the kitchen, dining room and other bathroom flooring so it matched what I had them put into the master bath. The technicians that did the installation were VERY skilled and Id certainly recommend them to any who asks. They were ALSO attentive and put stuff back where I wanted it - even if it hadnt been in that position originally. They even found my stock of light bulbs and replaced the one burned out one in the entryway. I love the work that Your Home Improvement Company did and would use their service for any additional work I might want them to do.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with a company. It took 8 months for them to finally instal my windows and brought the wrong windows the first time they tried so I had to wait another 6 weeks. They were impossible to get a hold of during this process. I would NOT recommend.

We had all three of our bathrooms done and are extremely happy with the end result. Gary Grazcyk, the sales person, was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable, was always on time, got back to me quickly when needed. We love our new bathrooms and would recommend Bath Planet and Gary whenever we can. All three bathrooms were done the same week and we always had one bathroom to use during the week.

Jennifer was lovely. She was punctual and thorough. She respected our home and our budget. We look forward to becoming clients and getting 2 new bathrooms.

I knew I wanted a new shower, but didnt really know what I was looking for. After looking at my bathroom, they helped me pick out colors and styles that would fit well with what I already had in place. After the initial quote by a sales rep, a 2nd measure was taken later by a plumber specifically to double check and make sure everything would work as planned. This is such a good idea! It turned out the pan that I wanted would have required moving my drain. Normally not a big issue, but I had crossbeams in the way. Once this was discovered, we quickly reviewed options and I found another type of pan that I have ended up liking even more. The work was done faster than I had expected it to be, and the workers were very glad to have me around to be able to quickly answer questions and get feedback (I was able to work from home for a few days). Overall an extremely positive experience.

The Installer did a great job, and the windows look great and we now can see out of them as there is no frost on them as our old ones did. Keep up the good work.

I just had my bathtub and surround installed a couple weeks ago using Onyx and it looks great. The installation was done very professionally and timely.However, I discovered afterwards that the new tub/shower valve does not have same water volume flow control that my old valve provided. The new valve really only offers Full Blast On or Full Off. I wished I would have been informed about that change before the installation. I expected the same functionality and would have requested like-for-like volume control functionality. Im not happy about it.

Our new shower looks amazing. Installers were knowledgeable and friendly. They took great care to clean up their work site and stopped to answer any questions while in progress.
