Wow! What can I say. Had a leak under my slab. And my home and family were down without water. Amazing how we take running water for granted!! I first spoke with their office staff. I was really impressed with the response. Then I Spoke with Chad on the phone and he was really helpful and understood my situation with some empathy!! That’s rare these days. Thanks Chad! He sent a employee named Brad to take care of my situation. All I can say about him, is the guy knew his job! And he also was empathetic about my situation. I was quoted $3600 to $3800 for a project. Just received my invoice…..$6300. Had to be a mistake. Nope!!!! I was told material price went up. Couldn’t call and tell me that before doing the job. Need a 0 stars on here.

Well they came out to change out the sewage pitt, and they hit my gas line ... they fixed it supposly. Now today gas company came out apparently cause my usage is not normal. Now have a gas leak that has been leaking for about 2 weeks, had to evacuate my house with my children. Now I have no place to live at now ... thank you so much hitt if you just called the gas company before you start digging up my yard I wouldnt be in this situation. You really should be paying for my hotel room ...

Brad was great throughout the repair. He even offered to teach me! Thats unheard of. The pipe repair was quick and he was up front about the cost.

The worst! It’s been over a month and they haven’t gotten the job done, the guy keeps saying he’ll be back and never comes back. On top of that he is never on time! Horrible work ethic.

My water heater went out and they were at my house in no time. The job was done quickly and efficiently and they were very nice.

Plumber (Sal) came to my home on time (called ahead) and was very straight forward about my plumbing issue. Work was completed sooner than expected. Got the job done fast with no mess at all. Reasonable pricing. Im very satisfied. Will definitely use them again.

My experience was great. I went to their office explained my situation They were out the very next day to install my new water heater. Bradley was the Technician he was he was very professional and informative answered all my questions and concerns, also super neat did not leave a mess.I would recommend them.I also learned that they do more than plumbing they are a one stop shop.

Robert repaired my upstairs shower pan drain and piping underneath to fix a leak. He not only fixed the leak but discovered how the leak occured and put supports under the pipes to make sure it would not happen again. He then tested it by having me stand in the shower to make sure there was no movement in the pipes. Excellent fast and efficient service at a reasonable price. Couldnt have asked for more. This company connected my tub in the garage, replaced a pipe cock and fix a leak on the irrigation system for a whopping $848.10. This is a job that should take no more than 3 hours. He (Robert) charged me for 7 1/2 hours. I brought the tub prior to him coming and set it all up only for him to make the connection. I was shocked when he told me the cost. He used a piece of black tape to cover the hole he made in the wall. When I told him that I was not satisfied with the work he told me that I have to get a person who does dry wall to cover the hole. What a company? I will NEVER use them again not even if Im having a flooding from a broken pipe.Caren

I had them change out a tankless water heater for my customer and they were precise with what we agreed on. Followed up with after the work was complete and were on time.

We use Hitt Plumbing for all our community needs and large contracted CapX projects. I wouldnt use anyone else. These guys are the best in the high desert.

Hitt plumbing employees are ALWAYS parking their work trucks in handicapped or designated no parking areas. Why? Especially the old guy Chris,Im sure hes the owner of Hitt Plumbing too, in the big ford truck. Those parking areas are designated for a reason, not for Hitt Plumbing. Learn how to read its obvious at least one of Hitt Plumbing employees cant read and has no respect for people having to walk around a running smelly diesel truck parked illegally in a NO PARKING ZONE. 6 years or not.

They sent out a plumber the same day, and it was fixed within 90 minutes. And he didnt treat me like an idiot just because Im not a plumber.Ill be contacting these folks again.

I had Hitt Plumbing come to my house to fix my kitchen sink on 12/26/16 the tech showed up replaced the faucet and all hoses under the sink then on 12/28/16 I noticed my Laminate floor buckling up then i noticed there was a leak under the sink I then called Hitt plumbing out and they replaced the valve where it was leaking and told me to get a quote and they would cover the cost of the damaged floor once i recieved the quote I informed Hitt Plumbing and they are covering the Damaged floor I would highly recommend this company to every one I know and will always use them for any of my future plumbing issues that may pop up in the future Great company

Terrible customer service they dont guarantee their work and if you want them to fix the problem again they want $$$ I have use other plumbers for the same problem and never had an issue If there was a -10 that would be my rating
