I had an appointment at the same time as my wife. Got a call that my therapist wasnt available for my appointment so I reluctantly agreed to change it to earlier in the day than my wifes appointment because appointments are notoriously difficult to get. Long story short Im stuck at the mechanics at the time of my new appointment, I ask to reschedule and they tell me they have to charge me for half the cost of my appointment. I didnt get a reminder call the day before, no app notification reminding me of my new appointment time at all. But the big annoyance for me is that I was willing to work with them when they needed me to change my time but when I need to do the exact same thing they charge me.

Let me say that they are good massuase. But issue is not the main service. Issue is with how they handle customers. I wanted to cancel the membership. They were closed and I reached out to corporate. They were supposed to reach out to me. No one did the I reached out to corporate again and there is no response. I decided to leave a voicemail and they reached out. They refunded the money and then they charged again for next month. As they were closed they expect I send out the paperwork right away. Non understanding people. Thanks for ruining all massage experience I had.

This is no way a reflection on my massage therapist.I have been a member since 2015. At first, I thought it couldnt get any better. However, through the years, they have changed their policies regarding late appointments and sending someone in your place. What is frustrating is that they do not inform you of these policy changes until you inquire (and usually it is too late). For example, I was sick and could not make my appointment. I sent my sister instead. They charged her $160 for an hour and half massage. I had credits to use, but because I didnt call to them it wouldnt count. I had lost my voice and was unable to call to inform them. However, what makes me the most mad is that they did not tell her she was paying an outrageous price when she checked in.I just went to cancel my membership because I think it is ridiculous. I also just learned now there is a form to fill out or they cant cancel your payment, and they have to approve your cancellation.*update: I had reached out to them on the same I posted this initially. I am attaching their response so that others can be informed since they do not tell you this when you book. They neglected to include in their response me that if I were to transfer my credits to another person to use, it would be a $10 charge.I asked if they received my cancellation form via email and to confirm I completed it correctly, I never got a response from them.

Hard to get someone to pick up the phone, but when they do they are really friendly. Appointments are far out so if your looking for immediate apt this place is not the one to go to.

Make an appointment to get relaxed, you deserve it.

Always leave here feeling 100x better than when I entered. Massage therapists are professional and awesome... Never a bad experience.

They have the WORST customer service! They never answer the phone when you call. When I cancelled my membership I received confirmation via email that they received my cancellation forms and the account was closed. They then charged my account 2 months later AFTER I cancelled while they were closed due to Covid!

Great place. Very clean and well staffed. I have gotten a facial and a massage here on different occasions. Both ladies that helped were great.

Went to use a gift card I got for my birthday. Im not sure what its all cracked up to be. Definitely have had better massages at other places. And then the massage therapist lied about what parts she actually massaged. It was clean and everyone was very nice. But not worth what they ask for.

Scheduled a couples massage for some much needed relaxation time for my wife and I just to have our appointment cancelled 20 minutes before we were supposed to show up. To make things worse, the staff could not have been more unapologetic. If I cancel an appointment less than 24 hours in advance they still charge me. As far as I’m concerned Massage Envy owes me some money. We have been long time members at this location, but we will both be cancelling our memberships this week. So disappointed.

I received a gift card to massage envy for Christmas. I had a 9 AM appointment, and I woke up with a cold. I contacted them and asked What they’d like me to do?I would wear a mask or would they rather I reschedule? I was told I could not come in and if they could not fill my 9:00 AM appointment they were going to charge me any way. Are you kidding me??? I was kind enough to let them know I had a cold and you could hear in my voice that I have a cold and they still want to charge me?!! I went round and round with the girl on the other end and she finally said we won’t charge you this time but if this happens again we will charge you. After I use my gift card there won’t be a next time I will not be going back to this facility again!!!

This location is the worst I’d rather drive two hours to Vegas rather than go to this location as they were so unprofessional and kept canceling my appointments multiple times they might as well shut this location down

I visited this location around May of 2016. The facility is nice and very well kept. Staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The massage therapist that I saw (Jared) was so great. I felt very comfortable with him and he was nothing but professional. The massage itself was amazing but the prices they charge are outrageous. That is why I will not go back. I would have given 5 stars because I feel the service given is great quality but for me, the price is too high.

My husband bought me membership for my birthday and I love going there once a month! I like that if you cant make it one month you still get to keep that months massage as a credit and use it at a later time or gift it! The customer service is great. They are always very friendly and accommodating when I come in or if I need to change my appointment.

Ive had decent services here. Its always clean and almost always a good massage. Im giving it a 2 because their front desk staff is awful. They NEVER answer the phone. I tried calling at different times for 3 days in a row and it would ring three times and go to voicemail. Also, when I signed up for a 3 month membership, the girl at the front desk failed to mention that it automatically goes month to month after the 3 months are over.

I love this place. Ive been coming here for almost 3 years and ive had nothing but amazing massages and facials. You really have to find the right massage therapists.

Ellie is my personal massage therapist. She is really knowledgeable and a hard worker. she has a genuine passion for what she does. I always feel better after a session with her. Shes AMAZING. If Ellie is not there, I wont go. Shes that good.

Had the dual done today and it was AMAZING! Both the therapist & facialist were on time, kind & constantly checking my comfort! Ill definitely be going back and perhaps try a hot stone session next time too 😉👍👍

I first visited this location 2 weeks ago after learning that my regular massage therapist was going to be out of commission for a while. I ended up seeing Kayla for that 90 minute session and she was great. I would have booked with her for my session today, however she didnt have availability for another 90 minute session today, but the front desk staff informed me that Nathaniel did, so I booked with him.I was told I would get both a reminder call and a reminder email to remind me of my appointment and give me the opportunity to cancel or reschedule with at least the 24 hours required. I received a reminder call yesterday morning, however, the automated reminder call simply said Hello and then disconnected. I knew I had an appointment for this afternoon...I had written 4:30pm on my calendar. I received a call at 4:05pm asking me if I was still able to make it for my appointment and was then informed I had written the wrong time down and that my appointment was at 4pm. I arrived and Nathaniel did amazing work with what time he had. It was during this time when I learned that the front desk staff had scheduled me for a 60 minute, not the 90 minute they had told me I was being scheduled for. Oh, and the reminder email I was told I would get to remind me of my appointment...It came as I was getting back in my car AFTER my appointment was over.Very disappointed in my experience this second time around. Nathaniel was great, but it was very upsetting to learn that your front desk staff booked me for a shorter massage than I get every two weeks for pain management combined with the lack of appropriate reminders beforehand. I honestly dont want to return to Massage Envy because of poor customer service.

Horrible they have been charging my card 70-140 a month when they are not even open!!! Crooks and I cant believe at a time like this they are using my card info to line their pockets! I WILL NEVER USE MASSAGE ENVY AGAIN!!!!

This place is absolutely ridiculous when it comes to customer service, customer service here suckBoth the supervisor Michaela and the manager Ashly were both very unprofessional, they do not listen to the customer, they talked over me, when I was trying to explain the situation, why did I receive mail addressed with my ex boyfriends name to my house because he didnt pay hes membership when I dont even have an account at massage envyI went there as a guest. When I called and tried to explain the situation they were very rude very mean very disrespectful and unprofessional.I went there one time as a guest and their services as far as massages were great however the customer service when you do have an issue or a concern was very unprofessional and today I was not pleased at all with this place.This place seriously needs a customer service training for these ladies that work at this place, they need to understand that the customer always comes first and they need to understand that they need to be polite nice and make the customer feel they are being a listened too, be more understanding when it comes to a concern or issue. Its sad that I had to be treated this way.

I had a membership here and the staff was always very kind and professional. The only reason I cancelled was due to moving out of the country. I had one billing issue that I noticed while overseas and called this location up and it was resolved so quickly! When I return back to the states I will definitely reinstate a membership with Massage Envy!

This place has great therapists and terrible sales tactics. I bought a gift card for my wife for $120. She used it for her first message $60 and gave a $15 tip. Immediately she was pressured to buy a $70 a month membership in order to receive $60 massages. She only had $55 left, so in order to get another massage she either has to join for $70 a month or use the remaining balance plus $45. If I would have known their intent was to get her to sign up for a membership I would have never purchased the gift card there. I regret this purchased...I want to make sure the massage therapists were very good, but the sales tactics are questionable..

I recently scheduled an appointment at this facility I needed a massage done because I’ve had major surgery requested from my doctor to have this massage done I called around and massage envy made my appointment not only did I speak with them the day before my appointment but they called to verify that I’m going to come to my appointment and I told them yes, up until an hour and a half before my appointment they decide to call and cancel because they said I needed a doctors note. The way that the manager Ashley handled things is inappropriate and unprofessional I wasn’t cursing at her, I was telling her what she was doing was not handled in a professional manner and she decided to hang up on me saying she’s done with our conversation, this is how they conduct business if they don’t want to do your massage or maybe they don’t know how they can call and cancel an hour and a half before it but they’ll charge you if you don’t cancel within 24 hour timeframe what kind of business is this. They need new management stay away from this place bad business

Great price for your first massage, but after that it’s expensive and they really push you to become a member. The actual massage therapists are wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable however I received major attitude from the front office girls. They were talking about me while I was sitting only feet away and I felt very uncomfortable. Other than that, the place is clean, nice, there is plenty of parking and overall it’s a great experience after you get taken back and before you check out…

So glad I signed up for this. Dont know why I waited so long. The massages help my mobility.

My appt was scheduled for 3:45. I arrived at 3:30 to fill out forms. Finally called at 4:05, massage started at 4:10 and ended at 4:50. Paid $100 for this shortened massage. The massage was OK

The therapists are amazing, I am giving 1 star for the reception staff, specifically Mikayla. I have never encountered a person so rude in my life. I had a membership here and cancelled it 4 months ago. I let them know that I was cancelling the membership. Today I came in because I had a family member gift me a credit. When I spoke with Mikayla she was very unprofessional. She raised her voice at me, refused to transfer the credit so I could receive my services, and tried to say I owe Massage Envy $300 for four months of membership. I have never been treated so disrespectfully in my life. Unbelievable!! I will never spend another cent in this place, and I will make sure everyone else I know cancels their memberships immediately! I would suggest anyone reading this review either cancel their membership or demand better customer service, and that Mikayla be terminated!!!

Got a gift certificate for my birthday. Had a massage by Tim, I can hardly move today, feels like I have bruises all over. I thought massages were suppose to be relaxing? Will never go back

My son and I purchased an introductary package for his girlfriend that included a one hour hot stone massage and a facial. When she called to make her appointments, she was scheduled for a 90 minute massage, and now cannot have her facial because she was given the incorrect massage. When we called to explain the mistake we were basically told that it was her fault, and that she would not be able to have her facial unless we paid more. We will never go back there again, and would not recommend that anyone else do so either.

Gave my wife a facial for her birthday. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The staff were friendly and helpful. The esthetician who did the facial, Jina, did an excellent job. She commented on how much softer her skin was afterwards and that it stayed that way all day, something unusual with our very dry climate. We already purchased some of the products Jina recommended and plan on buying others soon.

Ginny is awesome. She reaches the pain and Im relieved. Better than pain meds.

For the value I expect better customer service, the therapists are great but the receptionist need lessons on how to talk to other employees. Utterly flabbergasted how Megan talks to therapists.

I used to love this place and the staff but recently they have had different ladies working in the front not as friendly as the other staff another thing that really was upsetting is that I woke up with a high fever very sick but because I didnt cancel 24 hrs ahead they said they were going to still charge me seriously do they not care about there staff or other customers they were fine with me coming in with a fever of 104.4 that is very troubling Im trying to be curious and not get others sick I will not be renewing my subscription with Massage Envy they lost me as a customer.

After over a week after booking my appointment less than an hour before they call and cancel. yet have already charged my card. totally bs.
