If you enjoy excessive property damage and refusal to acknowledge responsibility, then this is the dumpster service for you! Seriously though, dumpster was delivered the day after it was promised (when no one was home). Manager acknowledged that this wouldnt have happened to our front yard if someone had been there, but not that it was the companys responsibility to (a) deliver it on the day it was scheduled or (b) protect the lawn if they had to drive on it. To be fair, the driver did call my wife and ask if it was ok if his tires went off the driveway, and the folks who answer the phones were very polite, but after the first conversation I couldnt get anyone to call me back. Unfortunately ended up being one of the worst customer service experiences Ive had in a long time. Call someone else...

The website says the Apex location buys scrap metal. But they do not.

Doing 40+ MPH in our 20 MPH neighborhood during hours in which many children would be out playing. Community member was given the middle finger when he took a picture of the truck to notify management. If youre going to tout safety as one of your key qualities on your webpage, please observe the safety of our children and homeowners when youre a guest in our neighborhood (Woodcreek).

I recently found Elite Waste Services online when I needed a dumpster for one of my jobs. They are locally owned and operated. They had good pricing and helped me figure out jurisdictional issues regarding putting a dumpster on the street into of in the yard. I was very pleased with their quick service, pricing and the ease of the entire process of delivery and pickup. I highly recommend them if you need a dumpster.

I get my mulch, and crushed stone from these folks.They are prompt, courteous and priced right.We are doing some remodeling this summer and will have them drop off a dumpster as well.

My neighbor used this company and one of their trucks accidentally backed into my yard. The general manager Rob was extremely helpful in rectifying the situation. He even came out to my house to fix the problem himself by putting out grass seed. He went above and beyond by bringing by a hanging basket and card. Because of his professionalism Im completely satisfied with how this issue played out.

Elite waste is wonderful and great I most definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs those services. My apartment complex used elite waste and I honestly can always say they always were on time with picking up the dumpsters it was never full . I’ve had pasted experience with other companies and it was horrible but I most definitely will always recommend and use elite waste .

The people in the office are great to work with, and they have great customer service.One of the problems I have is their website says their prices are competitive, but I paid $550 for a dumpster delivery (which is outrageous, usually only pay $50-$100). So that is very misleading and not competitive at all. And also got told that if you had an account, the only reason they needed a credit card on file was if you didn’t pay the bill on time, they would charge your credit card. I got a charge on my credit card the next day for the delivery fee. I called and talked with accounting and she told me my account didn’t have Net 30 days. So the person who told was either misinformed or trying to get me off the phone quickly. I will now be using waste industries from now on if I’m in the raleigh-Durham area.The reason this company is getting 3 stars in because of the customer service, but everything else was not good at all, and would advise calling another company.

One of your trucks cut me off on my commute to work this morning (12.22.2017 / 7:35am) going down rt 55 in Apex, right by the Harris Teeter. Luckily I was driving in the right lane and had sidewalk to drive on. This could have been a serious accident, and it is unfortunate that this seems to be a common occurrence since there is another review stating the same thing. I hope there isnt any damage to my tires, I couldnt see the truck license plate once it passed me, but I took a picture of them at the next light. Please have your drivers be more careful!!

Rented a dumpster from Elite Waste Services. Everyone Ive talked to and the gentleman (James) couldnt have been any nicer. I will definitely give them a call the next time I rent a dumpster.

Currently trying to find out if damages caused to property are going to be taken care of, its been over a month to get any answers, it took over three weeks to get Dustin the fiield manager to come to the home to review damages they made and currently still dont have a resolution . Waiting to see if Elite Waste Service will pay for damages they caused as any responsible business will do in Raleigh NC. I will keep this up to date with the resolution and what the out come shall be. Photos coming

2/19/19 I have to start this review off by stating that we did not have work done by this company, but our neighbor did. One of their trucks spun out and came onto our property and did a bunch of damage to our grass. The manager, Dustin, was not only responsive but he gave me his personal cell phone number and made sure to contact me daily with progress reports until it was fixed. again I did not have any work completed by this company, but I was very impressed that they contacted me so quickly to fix my yard and to make it right.Update: 3/24/19We are still waiting for this company to remove the dumpster that has been placed in front of our driveway after damaging our yard. We were told it would be removed by 2/20 or 2/22. We are currently working with Dustin to have it removed. I will update this once it has been moved.

Possibly the worst port a John service ever. you have to call them several times a month for them to come out and empty/service their port a johns. Over the summer they didnt come out and empty or clean it, full to the rim and no toilet paper. Would like them to do their job without having to call every week for them to service their own port a johns! Youll pay every month and maybe get serviced once every 30 - 60 days! DO NOT use this company if youre looking for reliability!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. Werent on time, didnt bring the right size dumpster, couldnt put it where I needed it, and didnt move the dumpster when they said. All due to lost paper work. Pay a little more money if you have to. This company is as garbage as the things in their dumpster!

I needed a dumpster for a job I was doing in the Raleigh-Durham area and the Elite Waste team was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to others.

Hands down the best service in the Raleigh market. Fair pricing for toilets, hand wash stations, and waste service.
