We have had our taxes prepared by the same H&R Block representative for years now! He is so kind, caring, and professional each time tax season returns. He is extremely knowledgeable. and we really appreciate how he has our best interest at heart. The tax scheduling representative was quick to respond to our call, and always looks for appointment times that best work for us. We definitely will return next year!

When a customer call and the receptionist picked up and finish answering questions is best not to slammed the phone on the customers ear before the customer have the chance to say thanks, please allow the customer(s) to say thanks and hang up before the receptionist hang up, that’s what will call phone courtesy.I have experienced this numerous times, even just this morning when I called, that’s very unprofessional, and I hope the management address this problem. I will keep the five star for now but if this happens again then I have to change the stars Thanks

They were only doing drop offs, I understand, but when I picked up I didnt receive an explanation, breakdown, anything. I had to ask what my refund was going to be and how I was going to be getting it
