Tom is just amazing. Our family was on a tight budget and he helped us to make the right choices within the budget that we were hoping for. We had gotten several quotes and estimates from about 7-9 different places, but Showcase Design was the best for the quality and the price. Our home project had started in June, and everyone followed the safety precautions. I highly recommend them. Jill was also very helpful.

Jill and Frank were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout our kitchen renovation. Jill helped us make the best decisions on paint color, tile, granite, etc, and was in daily contact with us throughout the project. If an issue came up, she was quick to respond and make it right. Her contractors were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again for future projects.

My husband and I contacted this company multiple times for a quote. No one ever answered the phone or returned our messages. I sent them a message on Facebook which they read and didn’t reply to until 2-3 days later. Today I came to eat at a food truck and the owner of showcase design came into the lot kicking up dirt with his truck BERATING the workers and yelled at me telling me he was going to call the police on me for trespassing. Taking my remodel to Kitchen & Bath Galleries. So glad I witnessed this disgusting behavior to confirm they weren’t the correct company to overhaul my home.

We have loved working with Showcase design! I cannot say enough great things about them. Jill and her team have made the process of remodeling our kitchen an enjoyable experience. They always had time for us and were always quick to respond. It was truly full service; helping us with decision making on so many parts of the process. They truly know design and how to put it all together with ease. We were not great at visually putting counter, cabinets, and backsplash together and seeing the bigger picture and Jill’s advice was spot on. Also, during the install process, decisions had to be made and Jill stepped in when I was not available and oversaw the project, having to make some decisions for us. Her response was “I made some decisions, I just did what I would want done in my home”. This is where they exceed expectations, we truly felt valued and loved being treated like family!

Showcase remodeled our 30-year old hall and master baths last fall (2018). The process took a bit longer than we had expected, but the results were fantastic and turned out exactly like what we were looking for! Jill, Frank and Brittani were great to work with on the planning and selections, and their crew was excellent (especially Mark, their tile craftsman). Highly recommended!

We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of service and expertise Showcase Design provided us for our kitchen remodeling. I am not the type who shops around for the best deal. I knew from the beginning that Jill and her team were the professionals best suited for our project regardless of the cost. I believe their rates are reasonable. But whats more important is the fact that the project was finished in a reasonable amount of time and with minimal headache. Plus, the end result was way more beautiful than I had expected. I will definitely use them again.

We just moved into our new home, and we KNEW we needed to spruce up our KITCHEN! But we did not want to spend 25 thousand dollars or more, which was what someone quoted us!! So we ‘shopped around’ and not only came up with a FAR MORE REASONABLE PRICE, but we also found about the nicest people on the planet!! The owners were great, the cabinet people were great, the tile, the countertop installers, the plumbers... and on and on. They listened carefully to my ideas, and added a few of their own, keeping our budget in mind. Our kitchen could be in a magazine!!! And THEY coordinated it all... as I hate calling plumbers, electricians, and so forth. They did it all. HALLELUJAH!! Beautiful work!

We had Showcase Design supply the Granite and Quartz for our new house. Jill and Frank were great. Frank went out of his way to get our tops installed. He had his crew out working past dark to meet our tight deadline. Prices were very reasonable and the service was outstanding. We are pleased with our beautiful tops. I would recommend them to anyone!

Showcase Design did an amazing job remodeling our master bathroom shower. They were easy to work with and very professional. They took out all of the tile around our shower and bathtub and replaced it with cultured marble! It looks so much better now! I would highly recommend them to anyone asking to do a bathroom or kitchen remodel.

We had Showcase Design replace our kitchen counters with granite, tile on the walls and new sink and faucet. They did an amazing job, the tile is beautiful and everything was beautifully done. Everyone was very helpful and nice to work with, we would recommend them highly.

I have a background in kitchen and bath design so I know my way around in that regard and I also knew well what to expect. I had three different quotes and Showcase came in at budget which sort of scared me because they were even less than Lowes, and the process at Lowes was such a mess that I wasnt going to touch that even if they had come in on budget.Jill was great to work with and very amenable to what I was looking for. The project wasnt without hiccups but this is my field and I can tell you that there are always going to be hiccups and sick days and a wrong part that got ordered. It comes with the job so just accept it and move on. Also Id like to mention that there were days Id notice a thing or two wrong or a bit off but they were usually taken care of before I even had to ask Jill about it, she was very on top of things.The end result was fantastic, I couldnt be more happy with how my kitchen and bath came out. I dont believe for a minute that the other higher priced contractors I had looked into could have done a better job or paid more attention to detail. I would highly recommend Showcase to anyone.

Bought granite countertop with installation here, and the experience was great start to finish. Its a family business; they really know what they are talking about, and they did a perfect job at installation time. The result is top-notch, and the total cost was less than what Home Depot wanted for the same job. Their tile selection looks great too, wish I had come here last time I needed tile.

Very happy with all aspects of Showcaae Design Kitchen & Bath. We just completed 2 bath remodels.....the upstairs full bath and downstairs master bath. Their crews are professional and pleasant. The jobs didnt go without several unexpexted glitches but SDKBR always put customer service above anything and found a way to resolve whatever the issue was. The end results are amazing and we will use them again for any other projects we want to do....

Jill, Frank and Brittani helped us pick the stone and backsplash, kitchen faucets and sink and the result is a most beautiful kitchen with Summer Hill Cambria quartz. Tom( carpenter), Jamie and Mark ( backsplash installers) and the two installers of quartz top all did a great job!!! After finalizing the plan the material came in 2 weeks and they did the kitchen in 4 days!!I’m very pleased with their professionalism and attention to details. I would use them again and strongly recommend them to family and friends.
