Budget seems pretty worthless in general. Good prices, but no vehicles available, can’t tow with a 12’ box truck. No customer service even on line. At 6:30am on a Friday. And not a single rental in Phoenix has a truck that can tow available.

I called 5 times and only get a Canadian answering service asking for the number I called.

WE HAVE RENTED FROM HERE 3 TIMES NOW THEY ARE ALWAYS GREAT AND VERY FRIENDLY. THEY RENT LOTS OF OTHER STUFF TO LIKE TOOLS AND MACHINERY. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.

Booked a week in advance of rental and on the morning of the pick-up I called in advance to ensure it was available. It was not. No one had the courtesy to call and let me know. Luckily Penske down the street was able to help me.The WORST part is they had the audacity to charge me a no show of $50 on my credit card! Needless to say I will be doing a chargeback, but very unprofessional overall. Would not recommend.

Went out of their way to be accommodating but it took ALOT more time then the estimate.
