New owners are a joke. We made a reservation the day before with Dave. He tells us he has 3 trucks available for pick up by 2 today. We call today to see if we can get there earlier and Davr denies ever making a reservation with us regardless of the confirmation number. We made the reservation WITH DAVE on the phone the day before. He flat out LIED and denied speaking to us. Thank you for leaving us high and dry after we are late to move due to closing. The day of moving you do this....place is for sale and Im not surprised...the business is flat out failing.

The young lady who assisted me wasnt horribly rude or anything its just wasnt very knowledgeable I was told pin to get in would be star my phone number without the area code And then pounds wound up being that it wasnt my 9 digit phone number it was actually a 15 digit string of numbers that the computer generates for you so Astor the 1st 30 minutes of trying and trying to get ahold of them I finally was able to get somebody at customer support for the kiosk outside of the building that was able to assist me and give me that pen number that was ridiculously long and when I emailed directly the young lady who assisted me she replied and said that it was my phone number I said really come standing out front of your location in its definitely not my phone number thats working

Best experience. I went to pick up a 4x7 trailer but my trailer lights didnt work. They did everything they could to help me get them to work. They spent an hour with me trying to figure it out and unfortunately, it was a wiring thing. Even though I couldnt get the trailer, the staff was friendly, professional and so helpful that I will definitely go back. Thanks APlus!

This was NOT the fault of the business owner but of U-HAUL. If the location is not open, UHAUL is supposed to easily check you in online. It started out fine but it took about 15-20min. to check my drivers license & info. Then I got to the very end and added my credit card then thesystem crashed. UHAUL said sorry, something went wrong on our end, please try again later.. So I did and it would not work. I was at this location for over an hour trying to get someone from customer service. I was so late for picking up my furniture that I didnt think I would get there in time. Finally got a reservation manager and after about 15 minutes she got me the lock box # and combo and then said she was going to credit me the $50. So today I get my receipt with no credit. Do NOT do their online check-in! Too many glitches!

Great customer service! They helped us soo much with our rental, plus got water & our lottery tickets too!! Will use them every time we rent a UHaul!
