Got my taxes done today and was very glad to have Justin Luu do them. He took the time to go over everything with me and was willing and kind to answer any questions i had. Thank you Justin for being such a blessing.

They need need more employees! We had so many interruptions by the phone and walk inMy agent had to get up at least 4 times to greet people coming into drop off stuff and asking g questions plus answering a ring phone that would not stop. Then I had to pay $165 . How dare you do that to me. Hire help!

I got fantastic one-on-one guidance from my tax pro. She had been doing this for a long time and her experience in the field helped me as much as she could.

Did not have to wait when I got there and they were fast just had to come in a week later to do my sign in my papers

I have been with yall since 2002, I have always recieved great service.

Im currently sitting at H&R Block.... for a half hour now, and was just informed it will be another 15 minutes.... thats a 45 minute wait when I had prescheduled a 3:00pm appointment. It is very discourteous to not even acknowledge a potential client sitting in your waiting area as you carry on personal conversation, not even bothering to check with tax preparer that her client has been sitting and waiting for a half hour already.... Hmmm really horrible customer service. I am just here for a 2nd look... but looks like I might just be walking right out the door instead to another company who can provide better customer service.
