Chuck has been servicing my machines for many years. He is the best. He knows his stuff, does a great job, and treats his customers right.

I had high hopes for Chuck, but after two six hour trips to apache junction from northern Arizona, I was left with one machine that still sewed incorrectly, and another that didnt have the repairs I asked for, and I was out $200 and gas and time. Very disappointed.

I had Chuck adjust the hook on my 226 after fixing it some months back. When I picked it up he told me there was no charge. I understand good business and this one of them.
