I took my Moms car to get an oil change because I wasnt sure if it was due or not. We were sitting in the waiting room when one of the guys came in and said that it wasnt needed. He topped off the fluids and sent us on our way; no charge! We appreciated his honesty and recommend this Jiffy Lube.

I have to honestly say that over the last few years The Jiffy Lubes I’ve been to haven’t been very Jiffy at all. I take my fleet vehicle there and usually plan on waiting an hour and a half to 2 hours even when there are not busy. But I was thoroughly impressed with the Jiffy Live Staff in Apache Junction. The assistant manager was very nice, very professional, and so was the rest of the team! I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location every service because they seem to know the urgency it takes to get me in and out. I was a General Manager for Jiffy Lube for about 10 years here in the valley and these guys are what Jiffy Lube is about!! Again I was thoroughly impressed!

I was greeted warmly and given immediate attention. The men worked quickly and efficiently. When they finished with the car, they explained everything that was done. Everyone was friendly and acted in a professional manner.

First time Ive ever been to a Jiffy Lube they were very courteous prompt good and efficient

Usually have my oil changed at the Wal-Mart store down the street, but saw their bays at the Jiffy Lube were empty and thought the price shouldnt be much higher than what I usually pay. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was a little surprised when I was told what I owed though. $114 and some change. I do use synthetic oil but still, that was a little over $35 more than I am used to. A little too high to get me to be a steady customer.

Went for convenience and not to my usual garage - big mistake. Was offered $30 in filters for $100. I went .6 miles down the road to ORileys and bought the filters to put in myself. Was told fluids were topped off. Got home and was suddenly missing two caps on tires stems and thought hmmmm, maybe I should check this over priced oil change received. I get in and see my coolant is just below the LOW line and windshield fluid is low too. I situate those. Then go to replace air and cabin filters, find a NEST! Which I know the man at JL saw, because he needed to MOVE IT to show me my filters before trying to swindle another $100 out of me. And clearly then needed to put it BACK after - WTAF? Will not go back. Would recommend a sign to customers to check the work done if they are in a pinch and need to use Jiffy Lube - I wouldnt categorize them as trustworthy.

Extremely nice guys work was fast and efficient the man even took the time to politely explain what he did and why it was a Simple oil change and overall check nothing big the whole thing took about 15 minutes cant beat that

The staff was very rude, I have never paid such an outragious amount for an oil change, I even had to go and purchase my own oil filter. The cost was over $32 for that, and I received a $3 credit.

I usually do my services on my own but was going out of town last minute and needed it done they had me in and out and did a great job thank you guys highly recommend also would like to add that my oil changes doing them myself usaully cost about 60 to 70 bucks depending on filters i use so if you dont want to pay 86 dollars on an oil change do it yourself jiffy lube will take care of you though shops cost more and they do have a lot of extras they do with there oil changes

I am a repeat customer at this location. I like to make sure that I use local businesses whenever I can. The staff has always been respectful and I can get an oil change done here in 20 minutes. They also check my coolant, top off windshield fluid, check tire pressure and clean my windows. I know I might pay less somewhere else but I am willing to pay a little extra for the convenience and speed at which the work is done. This location also accepts many coupons so check those out! I saved $20.00 the last time I was in.

The staff was very professional. I’ve been scammed at other car service businesses. It was horrible, but here at this location I was happy with the service. All my questions were answered. They didn’t do the work and then charge me .. they let me know what I needed done and asked if I wanted to proceed. They offered coupons and they were friendly. Management was awesome!!

I used a coupon from that Clipper Magazine and I got $56 off my oil change woohoo. Plus they told me I needed a battery and it was under warranty at Costco so they gave me a printout to prove out that it need a replacement. Excellent service including vacuuming my front seat which was super dirty

The guys there were very friendly and helpful they cleaned the windows and vacumed the front of the car, which was unexpected. They asked if I minded waiting to get the air filter I needed for my car while they had it delivered from napa up the street. It only took 15 minutes to get which was excellent timing on their part. I really appreciated how quick they were, my only complaint which is small would be how fast the young man talked when he went over all they had done. I could keep up but we live in Apache Junction and the median age is closer to 68. It would be a bit nicer to have them explain a little slower or print out the statement first then go over the charges from there. But all things considered everything was excellent, clean and well done.

I recently went to this location for an oil change and afterwards they told me they topped off all my fluids! They lied! My coolant/ antifreeze reservoir was almost completely empty and they said they topped off my window washer fluid which is empty as well! Being a female who is A bit naïve to care care almost cost me more than the $50 something I spent to get an oil change. Thankfully I made it back home when my car started overheating.

Wow, scamming the elderly is really pathetic!! If I could give a -5 star rating I would!! $128 for an oil change and air filter is RIDICULOUS!! Avoid this place at all costs!! The extra drive somewhere else could easily save you +$100!! Maybe when this place loses all of its business they will think about what they’ve done when they lose their jobs 🤷🏻‍♀️ I honestly think we all should report them to the BBB to close this business quicker!

Thought Id also leave a review, although I havent been to this location I dont plan on coming anytime soon after what I heard. Apparently they took advantage of an elderly person and decided to charge 130 for a simple oil change that ranges from 40 to 70 dollars at most. They also said they dont care when confronted about this issue. Please take your business elsewhere.

This location needs to learn some more customer service, especially from the manager of this location. There are dishonest doings going on here, everyone check your receipts and double check that the work they said was done, ACTUALLY got done!

Service was quick with no wait. Little expensive for an oil change. Dont get cabin air filter changed here. They charged 40$ for a 15$ part and 25$ for the engine air filter, an 8 dollar part. Both take at most 5 minutes to change. I will not be going back.Update:I decided to change my own oil the next time it was required and I found that they used some sort of blue sealent on the oil drain plug. I have to buy a new gasket and Im hoping I dont have to get a new oil pan due to the threads being stripped

Apparently the 77 yr old lady Mr Johnson ripped off today isnt the first elderly person hes charged ridiculous prices for oil changes. Be aware.

I came here a few months ago since it was close to my house and paid over $80 for pennzoil. Needless to say I felt ripped off and will never go back here again. Next time I need an oil change Im going back to express lube where they dont seem confused as to the kind of oil I use which is 5w30 valvoline high mileage and they greet you with a smile and charge you almost half the price for way better oil.

The owner of this place needs to learn how to make an HONEST living. Scamming old people just to stay in business.... Stay far away from here!
