I always get my oil changed and light mechanical done here! The staff is honest, professional and knowledgeable. I needed a tune up (plugs & wires) on my 01 Silverado. John told me to get the parts and quoted me a price for labor. He was done in less time than he estimated and he honored his bargain. She runs like new. I cant gush enough about them. These guys are great!

Price was good for a full synthetic oil change. Multiple signs indicating masks must be worn, however none of the employees wore masks. Chairs were set for waiting customers in the bay area; ironically very near the sign which read, no customers in bay area, citing insurance policy. Bad customer customer service, employees seemed misogynistic. Perhaps they were too busy to acknowledge and speak with the 5 females in their business. Although 2 out of 2 male employees had time to speak with the one male customer for the majority of our overlapping visits. Shop is dirty, cluttered, and disorganized... I hope they performed the oil change with high mileage full synthetic I requested. Recommended I come back in 3,000 miles! A full synthetic lasts twice that! Next time Ill pay more for customes service and piece of mind.

1 pulled out and replaced a air conditioner filter inside my car and I gauss without knowledge of how to put cover back on and just left it .laying there .after spending 90$ u would think to at least ask me how.

Most expensive oil change of my life. Took them ten minutes and somehow that warrants a 21 dollar service fee. Sorry but from where I’m from there is no service fee unless the service takes close to an hour. Look elsewhere for a more reasonable price.

Been going here for several cars now. 1st was a VW GTI, 2nd was a VW CC, now taking my Moms Altima.Drive up service was fast, I was in-n-out in about 17 minutes. They changed my oil, air filter, AC filter, wiper blades, topped off the coolant and washer fluid and aired up my tires.Price was very comparable.My husband always insisted that I go here, he and his father have used them for a long time.

Needed an oil change quickly. They used synthetic oil without confirming it with and therefore charged me double what it shouldve cost. When I questioned it, he said Oh, sorry.

I took my van in about two months ago and they topped off the fluids. I was on vacation with my family and my breaks failed. Has another shop fix enough so I could get home. I brought the quote to get this fixed in to the shop owner and his words were, it is not our problem, we do not do anything with breaks. Further, He said that his mechanics dont make mistakes. I only asked him to do what was right. He chose not to. I am very disappointed that this shop damaged my vehicle breaks system with over $1200 dollars worth of damage and all he said it could not have been their mistake. I asked if he was willing to take the risk of my family had got into an accident and he had no comment. I have served over 22 years and still serving in our AZ Army National Guard as a Chaplain, what any reason would I have to just blame someone for a mistake that they made. They were the only ones who has changed my oil in the 11 months that we have lived here in Mesa. Please chose wisely before having them touch your vehicle. It is not worth the damage that now I am stuck paying on my own.

When I came in for an oil change, they broke my dipstick, which is a Volvo and hard to replace. The worst was then breaking my hood latch. Im constantly in and out of my hood because theres something draining my battery and I have to unplug it when I turn the engine off. I noticed it right away so i called my technician, who tool me to bring it in. I went to them a couple days later with my receipt for another dipstick and some JBWeld to repair my hood latch. They not only denied any wrongdoing, they proceeded to show me a video of the work, which was clear the technician was struggling with the latch. The manager refused to zoom in on the video, passed me off as a woman who thought I was nutty, and refused to fix it. Now I have to keep my grill off to unlatch my hood, which I have to do multiple times a day. I just dont understand how they can do business like this. The $30 for the oil change turned out to cost me $58 for a new hood latch and $24 for a dipstick. Im not recommending Express Lube at all!!

Have gone to Johnny & the guys for years with many vehicles & have always been pleased with the results & price. Johnny has also given me good recommendations when I have needed more than simple maintenance. Headed now for another oil change & fuel flush (always improve gas mileage)

Is this a real company? Who changes oil on cars and does not provid records? I have a car that was serviced there several times and now my motor has sludge in it and they can not provide a signal invoice from when the car was in there. The person answering the phone had 0 customer service skills. I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS OR ANY PLACE LIKE THIS TO SERVICE YOU VEHICLE. PLEASE BE SMART A GO TO REAL REPAIR FACILITY.

Went here for an oil change prices are kind of high. Waiting room is what it is for the oil shop. Dont expect a bougie place to sit. Oil change was fast staff was friendly. $$$

Reasonable price oil change,scam artist technician,tries to sell you his snakeoil for fuel system,also upcharges you for fuel filter from original quote...be wary...

I went for an oil change and specifically said only oil. While waiting in the waiting are the technician approached me with my air filter stating how I should do it. I told him again that I didnt ask him to check it. Soon checking my air filter that next day I found more than a handful of dirt in my air box which I know wasnt there prior. I vacuum it out regularly being a 4x4 vehicle. DONT Trust this place. They will stoop to messing with your vehicle.

Typical bait and switch place. Big sign out front that says $19.99. When you are done it is $33. I asked about the difference and was told the $19.99 was the basic. If you want them to lube and check fluids, it is $33. I would not complain if they were honest up front.

Ill start by saying, I always bring my own cartridge Oil filter because no one seems to stock the right ones for Volvos. I also bring the oil too .I Always leave this place with a mess. They pulled the Air Filter trick before when I didnt need one. I imagine because they cant up sell me in that I know my car, bring my own stuff, so they sabotage my vehicle by pouring oil all over my engine.Now, I checked why there was smoke coming from under the hood. . . They didnt screw the filler cap on properly, and left the dip stick hanging out of position. I was low on oil and my lifters were clicking like a horse and buggy. *When I went back* They claimed there was no way they didnt get the filler cap back on properly, and that, Um, well, . . .if you dont service your PCV all the time theres no place for the engine pressure to go. *N S Sherlock!!* And upon telling me that, grabbed at a tube saying theres probably a PCV under here, AND BROKE OFF THE TUBE. See? its all corroded, it just crumbled in my hand ??!! W T F!!!??All day long, s-hole places like this talk in circles when you catch them, but in the end theres absolutely NOTHING you can do. Your word vs. them. STAY AWAY. Find a good mechanic that cares about their reputation in building a good business.

Used them three times for oil changes. This last time my engine light came on about 5 miles after the service. Took the car to my mechanic and he told me that the boot above where the air filter is was damaged and had a leak, probably due to a quick, clumsy effort to check the air filter. That will cost me about $60 to replace. That will be my last visit there.
