For a laundromat I was try it was very nice and clean in there. And the lady working was very kind and nice. While I was there. The owner lady add stop in. And she was very nice and business like with a good sense of humor.

Dive! Over priced and no staff. Restrooms locked and wifi non existent. When first opened was the best but as time goes by and owner becomes less interested the place went down down down👎!!!

I like the fact there is shopping on either side but watch the clock... There are only do many washers. When I have to wait because someone left... Not cool. Not fair. Set the alarm on your phone... Whatever it takes. Dont be a wash hog stealing my time that I cant get back. Im old and dont have that much left so dont steal it. Pretty clean. Bright and inviting. Friendly staff.

Great place to do your laundry. The staff is very friendly and never try to rush you out if their even if its close to closing. They always greet everyone and ask how your doing. They keep the place very clean and do a detail cleaning of the place every night. Never had to wait for a washer or dryer.

Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh this place has 9 loads of washing machines it goes from two roads and four loads five seven and nine logs and they have more dryers than expected I did all my washing and only all together I only had six and a half so I put all of my clothes into the 7 lb machine washer and I added my own mixed detergent which I got it off of tiktok the best and I mean the best you should look it up and the outcome of it its phenomenal I mean just one place for the dryer dont need to add anymore your clothes comes out perfectly dry and just start you know folding right away from the dryer and putting it into the car its as easy as that and the place is neat and I mean very sanitized from the ceiling to the floor even the area for the kids and I can sit there and play games and watch TV very sanitized and they even have vending machines for the laundry stuff and also sodas and tip and tips thats amazing but the outside of this place amazing it is clean from one end of the other of the parking lot

Love this place! The night attendant is so sweet! I drive all the way from Chandler to wash here because it is always clean, and prices are reasonable. Machines are almost always all in working order. Nice to do my laundry at a place that doesnt have a bunch of non customers hanging around. I dont feel like I have to guard my stuff for dear life. I love that this place is located next to a dollar tree, thrift store, jack in the box, n Starbucks. Most importantly I love that its open till midnight. Prices are pretty good. They have good free wifi connection.only thing I have to really complain about is that they havent had restrooms open due to covid.

Usually I love this place and the employees. Unfortunately heard a younger guy tell a customer she needed to cover up or go someplace else while nursing her baby. Guess he isnt aware that nursing can be done anywhere.

Along with this place being SUPER convenient and close to my home, i had an amazing experience while visiting. I got off work around 5:30 and was ready to go home but had to do laundry. A lady there named Daisy, went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great! She helped me fold my laundry and even helped me take it to my car! (as i was alone and had a huge load) As i was doing my laundry i did notice a little bit of a mess but Daisy cleaned it up and after a customer would leave a washer/dryer she would clean it right away leaving it spotless. Super pleased with my first experience here, i WILL be back! Thanks for the help Daisy!

Best Laundrymat in the area. Clean and well lit, the machines are in good working order. The extended hours(till midnight)are helpful to working folks and families. Nice staff, helpful and dedicated to clean room at all times.

Good but needed a bit of repair of some machines

Got here and every single machine was in use so had to wait. Finally got to use a machine then put items in dryer for 49 minutes and when it stopped items were cold and wet. Had to pay more. Apparently Covid is so bad in this place they closed the individual bathrooms so you cant practice good hygiene and wash your hands after touching all the machines that havent been sanitized. Been here over 2 hours havent seen an attendant yet. Homeless man sitting (in) there asking everyone who walks by if he can use their phone. I neither recommend this place nor advise against it but I will not be returning with so many other options in the area.

The location is ok. There are a lot of homeless people that come in to charge their phones and use the bathrooms in the morning but since the bathrooms have been closed to the customers it hasn’t been as bad. Recently the a.c. Has not been on during the day. It’s set to off and reads 90 degrees in the building. It’s 94 outside. It’s summer in Arizona right now so go figure.Also...some of the washers have a sewer odor coming from them. Be careful which washers you select.As far as staff goes. I’ve been doing laundry here for well over 3 months and have NEVER seen anyone working at this facility. So I can’t let anyone know of the odor.

I love this place. My washer & dryer recently broke. Never really enjoyed laundry mats in the pastpast but, Ive been here a couple times now & actually dIdnt hate the experience, at all. Has always been clean when, Ive been there. Accepts card or, change which, is very convenient. Staff is nice and, helpful. Enjoyable to be around, even. They have drinks & snacks in the vending machine which I super helpful when you have a child/children with you. The boy working on the weekends was helpful, he answered all my questions that, I had, he allowed me to stay late to finish folding my laundry, & he even gave my son a snack from the machine. Great place to wash clothes. Ill definitely continue to come here until, my new washer & dryer arrives.!

The woman working there, really changed my previous experience with ALL other laundry mats in the past... made me and my toddler feel welcome. Which is nice. Rare these days to find such a well kept, clean business. And affordable.. im sure i wont be disappointed taking more laundry and money and smiles in the morning... hope every customer continues to respect this place so we all can keep it around for along time. I used to go out of my way just to use The Laundry Place because of the clean, friendly and accommodating hours/environment. Then I ended up moving around the corner and not as far now. Never had any issues and still dont. I do have a huge compliment to an employee, Mack. He puts the extra effort in to make sure your experience is a pleasant one. He even offered to help carry my stuff, a true gentleman to the tee. And he went beyond with the change, he actually covered me until I got home and grabbed the funds to give back. I wouldve had to wait to finish my clothes until next day if not for him. He kept the store spotless continuously with tidying up, pleasant conversation and a willingness to be helpful to the customer as much as he could. Lets face it, thats a rariety nowadays.Thanks Mack foraking my day and The Laundry Place will always be where I do laundry!!!

This place is a turn key operation. This place runs its self. The machines are huge. It costed so much less than going to another laundromat. This place is state of the art. Free wifi, nice bathrooms, cheap coin machines, state of the art new machines. They practically load themselves. Wow. Ill bring my laundry here everytime. They have my mark.

Pretty nice laundromat. Not very big though, and it’s busy unless you go very early in the morning or really late in the evening. Could use a few more carts to move clothes from washer to dryer. People hoard them even when they aren’t currently using them. Always clean, and the coin machine is always working/doesn’t run out. Plus, Ion Television is my fav.

Love doing laundry here. Always pretty clean. Has wifi and, t.v. the staff is very nice. The young man working on the weekends is always so helpful. He even carried my laundry out for me and, has done so for others, i noticed. Great lajndry mat!

Clean and quiet! I love that it has cartoons on the TV in the back for when I bring my kids with me. Usually only a few people in there when I have gone. All around a good experience. Machines seem to be taking care of never had a problem. ATM, change machine, and I believe the machines take bank cards as well.

Great place to do laundry.

This was my first time using a laundromat in several years. It was very clean here and the AC ran cold which is great in the summer! Clean bathrooms, lots of space, drink machines, places to sit and tvs running. Great experience!

Nice laundry, clean, some large washers. Not enough folding tables and some patrons ise them as their personal work or storage tables but is just humans not the. fault of the laundry. Highly recommended

This lay dry mat is by far the best i have been too EVER! from the awesome machines that do a fantastic job at nit ripping you off by either not washing your clothes properly or taking a few different to!es before the dryers get your clothes dry, i stead this place is all about its customer from helping their customers fix any problem that they have while they are in there! Any time I have ever been in there there has been a friendly employee ready to greet us and ask if we needed help with anything. The machines and the facilities are always clean they are maintained very well the staff morning and night!!! Last night i was there and the manager went above and beyond to help us and the owner even wanted to make sure his customers were taken care of when the change machines broke and the stores all around wouldnt give change to us the owner made sure we were able to get our laundry done and for the inconvenience. He had the manager start the machines remotely free of charge. Another thing they are wonderful about is helping recover stolen property of their customers when it gets stolen from their business. I had my phone stolen last night and thanks to the app of the owner who was on top of reviewing the camera footage and was able to pin point the person the stole it to the management that had the professionalism and the courtesy to help look for it she let me use her phone to call police secretly so the man did not leave before they got there! When they got there she was full cooperative with them in helping them with the footage of him stealing it and provided myself with reassurance and calmed me down before i did anything stupid!!!! Thank you to the owners and staff of the laundry place I can never repay u for help and quick thinking as well jumping into action your truly no 5 stars your 10

Hey this place runs its self. These guys have all the deluxe washer and driers. Also the big washers that you can put in 80 lbs. of laundry in one load. Did I say 80 lbs, ya I said. This place is clean and it closes at 12:00 midnight. Best laundrymat Ive ever been to.

This is a new laundromat and is very clean and air conditioned! The machines accept quarters and credit or debit cards. They have large machines for blankets and comforters. Management is very attentive to the business and customers. This is the best place in the area to do laundry.

Washing machines are a bit expensive compared to other places, but the dryers make up for it. TVs to watch, restrooms, vending machines. Dryers work really well.

It is a laundry place so what are you expecting. There was a person cleaning the whole time we were there. There was many washing machines. And the design is rooming. The old place we when to we getting to expensive so we came here. But there was not alot a space to sit down at. And it os coin and card operated.

When I first started coming to this laundromat a year and a half ago (always late at night because I work odd hours), I often had the place to myself, which was great! But I think word has gotten round that its the nicest (and latest open) laundromat in AJ, because every time Ive gone for the past several months its been crazy crowded. The past two times Ive been there (late at night on various days), there werent ANY washers left at all. There are only eight small washers but ~24 small dryers, which is strange. I hope they can replace some of the giant $6.25 washers with the small $1.50 ones or else move the silver tables and add more small washers along that wall, since most people, myself included, use the small washers.

Machines cost less than others and you can get in and out no problem. Machines always work great too and theres tv and restrooms and snack/drink machines. Bonus that its right next to dollar tree if u need something and across the street from walmart. They take cash and card.

My machine was leaking, I called the number on the machine, the worker came she was very polite and very apologetic. The machines are clean and oder free. The bathroom is always clean and well stocked. The dryers dry efficiently the prices are reasonable. Its a clean environment and makes the wait for your laundry to get an relaxing one in-between loads. I have, and would highly recommend this laundromat to all my friends and any one that asks. If you had to go out to do laundry this would be the place to go, has a Walmart across the street, couple places in walking distance to get something to eat and drink. Really got to try this one....

Clean. $1.50 on up washers. Uses quarters on all machines, but also takes debit card on some washers & the dryers. The dryers have always dried everything in the 25 mins for $1. The only laundromat open until midnight in AJ. Its nice that its next to a Dollar Tree, where you can get emergency /extra little bottles of Tide & Gain for $1(open til 9 I believe). Thanks!

We did like this place. It is usually really clean. I referred a friend of mine, and she went today. It was the most horrific experience. The lady, probably late 30s or early 40s who runs it (not owns it) is very tacky and unprofessional. She was cussing at the kids, about the kids, and even threatened to fight us once the owners were called. The owner did offer free laundry, but no way were we giving information as to our location after we were threatened. I must clarify that the whole dispute was bc the lady was asked to please not cuss in front or at the children. Hopefully they will find a respectful candidate to fill the position.

Four loud televisions make this place too noisy. However, it is clean, has public restrooms, is wheelchair accessible, free parking. takes quarters. Wear earphones.

I come here atleast once a week and its not a bad place when the older lady is here cleaning but Im here now and its completely disgusting the washers are covered in dog hair theres food items on the floor and I do not recommend washing white cloths here I washed a load of whites and it destroyed my cloths it left what look to be big greese stains on my belongings and the one shirt was expensive and brand new 😑 other than that its not a bad place but there should be work cloths washers only so that dont happen

My favorite laundry mat. The staff are always friendly, helpful and do a fantastic job at keeping everything clean and well kept. All of their washer and dryied only a Capt their card which is given to you for free. So if you want coin operated machines this ine Id not for you. They have a large supply of of washers most of which have a three load capacity then they have four super sized washer two of them have a nine load capacity and then the other two can handle even more I believe. The machines are priced reasonably and uou can join their club for free and get special pricing. For example out $80 on your card and they actually give you $100. They have an ATM, vending machines, comfortable seating area with a tv, two large unsex restrooms that are wheelchair accessible and a play area for the kids with padded flooring, toys and a huge gumball machine. I dont know the price but they offer a fluff and fold laundry service. There are only two thing I think they could improve and that would be to get more of the huge super capacity washers and to have longer hours. They close at 8pm so the last call for the washer is 7pm and if your a morning person they open at either 6 or 7 am. In the same there is a Little Caesar pizza, Village Inn, Beales, Dollar store, a bar, hard wear store and a store that fills water bottles and also offers ice cream cones or bowls as well as snowcones so there is plenty to keep you busy in between loads
