Worth the drive past 3 closer laundromats. Clean machines, brand new and card operated. Washers are super fast and efficient, clothes are wonderfully clean. It was a busy place but there were plenty of machines and places to sit comfortably and cool, it is well air conditioned! Lots of staff to keep the floor swept, help with machines, etc. I dont love the smell of my clothes after a gas dryer, but thats just a personal preference. This place is great!

Great, mgr there was very helpful as I never used their laundry business before. My washer machine at home finally quit and had wet clothes inside, so had to rewash them. Grateful for the help

Love this spot! Ive used this laundromat plenty over the years! Its always clean & the ppl working are always super helpful & nice-- always! Sometimes i have just one load, sometimes i have a lot more! But always manage to get in & out no matter how busy! Machines are clean & work well!

Being forced to buy a card. I like to have control over my own money at all times. But I do have to say the place was big, clean and bright and open. It was expensive though. But I guess to pay for all those new machines that take debit cards instead of coins.. got to pay for that technology man.

My washer died. Ive been going to this place for almost two years. The staff is great. They work hard to keep the facility clean and their customers happy. I will still use them after I purchase a new washer for my comforter. I love the fact that I can wash and dry my clothes in just over an hour. There are plenty of washers and dryers so you dont have to wait (even when the visitors are here). Thank you for being open and available!

In 7 months of being on the road this has to be the best laundromat Ive been to. Loads of space and loads of machines. The pre-load card system works great. The woman on duty was super attentive, friendly and helpful and had a knack for answering my questions just before I asked them. The whole place was immaculately clean. All machines, dryers and the floor and restroom were spotless and sparkling. Even the TVs and vending machines were without a blemish on them. The waiting area rivals the kinds of spaces Ive hung out in expensive outdoor bars. Lovely solid wood benches and chairs with good WiFi and plenty of washing carts.

These are the coolest women in town who work here! Veronica is super fun, and they are all amazing at making the dang cards work on the machines. Thanks for making laundry available to all us poor folk without washers at home! Love yall, God bless you!

I love this place, they always have someone on site to help you and very courteous. TVs. Snack machines. Huge washers and dryers. They keep a clean place. Highly recommended.

Clean, easy to use. The woman who works days is helpful and very nice.

Dont go on Thursdays, especially if you have kids. On Friday, the attendant is great. The big machines are great when I need them.

Want to get covid? This is the place to be! After dozens of studies proven that masks help protect the population from this pandemic as well as city-wide mandates, neither the workers nor most of the customers wear masks OR socially distance. Not going here again. Get a grip on reality and save some lives please.

Very unhappy. This laundromat would be great BUT, everytime I come here I use less than a teaspoon of soap per wash, and everytime the rinse water is soapy as heck like wash water.

I only use this laundry mat to clean bulky sleeping bags & comforters but it is always very clean, organized, helpful staff, plenty of seating, laundry carts, folding tables, tvs on at a reasonable volume, restroom & vending machines...I drive past at least 3 other laundry mats to go to this one!!!

This is a good laundromat. Its clean with plenty of carts and tables for folding çlothes. There are vending machines with laundry supplies, drinks and snacks. An attendant is on duty at all times and I think they may even do your laundry for you. 😁

Very clean, and a nice attendant helped me with my questions. From someone whose parents owned 2 successful laundromats, this is a great place.

Good place to wash clothes but the workers didn’t wear masks and many of the customers didn’t either. I won’t be back.

Superstition Express laundromat is very clean with plenty of various size washing machines. The attendant was very welcoming to me and even took the time to demonstrate how to properly use the different machines (e.g. coin dispenser, washer, dryer, etc). My clothes came out sparkling clean 🙂

When I lived in my old apartment, I didnt have access to a washer and dryer so I was forced to use a laundry mat. This was my first choice since it was super close and honestly Im so glad Ive never had to experience any other laundry mat because it is so clean and the workers are always walking around helping out where they can. Even years later, I live in a different apartment further away and while Im waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered, I still use the laundry mat because I trust it.

Winning one time to use the laundromat at this place. It was 6:45 p.m. when I got there they closed at 8 p.m. according to their schedule on the doors as I loaded a load of my laundry into the washer and got ready to start it lady comes up waving your arms screaming at me I cant have you using my washers I just cleaned them all were closing in a little over an hour and I have to have everyone out of here. Worst experience a customer service Ive ever had very disrespectful very rude. According to another person using the laundromat its the norm for that place

Best cleanest most well run laundry in town

I dont need laundromats often but when I do I am coming back here. I have been to a few and this was by far the best. I live in STV . This is about the nearest laundromat 30 mins away. If theres a way to have a good experience at a laundromat then its here. Staff was very very helpful. Awesome. The machines use prepaid cards. So bring cash to load up the card but there is an ATM on site. The assistant helped me right away as this was a different way of running machines. The place was clean and cool. Free water and coffee is a plus. Seating area to watch some TV. Keep up the good work! I will be back. Not a bad view from the parking lot either heheh.

Lady named Melody was very rude yelling at me in front of other customers well my eight-year-old daughter was standing next to me violent body movement as if she was going to get physically violent. All of this because I asked why she my took my clotheos from the washing machine. I never gave an attitude or raise my voice I was simply just confused Ive been coming here since 2011 and never had any issues remotely close to this all of the other laundry staff was friendly polite but this was ridiculous . Melody claimed I had left but I did not I was simply directly in front of the laundromat sitting in my van do to my bad back I could not sit in the chairs provided. I always keep a timer on my phone to make sure I get my laundry out of the machine and into the dryer as quick as possible because I dont like sitting here wasting my time I have things to do. Melody if youre reading this or confronted by my review I forgive you maybe you had a bad day maybe you had issues going on Im not sure but you really should not customers that way especially when there no call for it or reason .

They also let you combine coupon and special, so you can get $50.00 worth of laundry for $35.00 that rocks!

Very clean and super friendly staff!! We had not been to a laundromat in over 20 years. Things have changed. But the 2 ladies there were ready to help us. You can use your debit card or cash to get a card that goes into the washers and dryers. We loved the large capacity washer. Took us less time to wash 6 loads. Would highly recommend!

We have been coming here for three seasons. Clean, efficient and friendly. I would give 5 stars, but for some reason this year the FREE coffee, a very nice perk of years past, seem to always be empty, with the pot behind a closed window. When asked last time i was here, the attendant said she only made a new pot based on the number of people there. It was busy, but not swamped.Seems like when the pot is empty a new one should be made. It was 6 pm tonight when I arrived, pot cleaned and shut behind the window, last time it was 1030 AM, pot was empty when I arrived, still empty when I left.Obviously not a deal killer, but it is a disappointment.

Bring cash! Even though they except debt and CC they will not sell you a laundry card if you are paying with a card. Instead they expect you to use their ATM machine that charges a fee on top of any fee your bank may charge as well. So your $50 for $40 just became a $43 for $40.

Clean facility with plenty of machines to accommodate even busy days. Attendants on hand are helpful and always have a smile on their faces.

The place is great but their card readers need replacing because it can take up to thirty inserts just to get it out read your card when starting a machine. Other than that the place is well kept and the machines are in great working order and the customer service is friendly.

The card readers are a joke. I put $5 on it and when I went to use it the machine said I had low funds. I went to check the balance and it said there was no money. I asked the girl working there if there are problems with the cards and she said no. I told her my issue and she looked at me as if I was lying or crazy. There was a guy next to me having issues with the card reader too and he says that they had supposedly fixed the problem with the cards. Ugh, this is why I dont do laundry mats. Thank goodness I dont have to wash my sleeping bags often. Never going back there. Good luck to those that do.

Unbelievably rude, angry, almost violent lady manager! You will see by my video that everyone in it was smiling and waving. She said customers were complaining. I was just filming to show my wife what a nice looking laundry.

I arrived at this laundry in a state of discombobulation. when I needed something out of my van I ran out to get it- I came back in and sitting right where I had left them, were my pocket wallet with $$$, my ID, my phone....thank you customers in AJ superstition laundry that day, I appreciate you! laundry was clean, machines in good working order, sinks clean and the assistant was polite and helpful to us newbies!

I have used many laundromats, and Superstition Laundry is my favorite hands down. It is well kept and clean, they are polite and have no problems helping you make change. Most of the machines were in good working order, and it was never an uncomfortable temperature, which I know can be difficult to achieve with so many dryers. Wish I couldve stuck with them, but had to move.

This place is nice always kept clean and not too many people in the way machines always seem to work the only downfall is you have to have a card that can only be used at this location and theres no way to tell how much of a balance you have left.. other than that this is a place I choose to go to... just had a hit and run at this location Im kind of upset because theres no cameras that point out to the parking lot nor does Little Caesars so basically Im out of luck not sure what the outcome is going to be from this but I hope that these places have outside cameras installed for incidents such as this not blaming Express laundry but still upset that these companies wont invest in a little more for situations like this

Machines and dryers are always half on vacation meaning not working right, even ones without signs on them dont work right but your told its ok it just fills with less water on this one. Customer service by attendant is almost non existent, very impatient and rude, she literally took a laundry card with 5$ on it because she wouldnt let me finish explaining I had by accident put the money on it, then pushed the red botton, then tried again and did same thing before I tried asking for help so when I said I had an extra she just snatched it from my hands and ran off. Other questions are literally ignored or have a snide response.

This is one of the cleanest laundromats I’ve been too! Kudos to the staff there!! They keep the machines very clean, no caked-up mess or spills in the soap/softener dispensers! Most of their machines are front-load and they don’t smell like mildew. Operated with money cards, no quarters to deal with. WiFi available, lots of seating, TVs, and a kids play area and FREE coffee.
