Recently received a notification that the lease would not be extended for a third lease. Completed two leases successfully with no late payments, but struggling a bit financially during COVID season. Landlords seemed worried that they would not receive payments on time if I remain a tenant. It is a reasonable concern since businesses deserve to make money. Not a big deal to leave (there are other places to rent), but I wouldnt want to do business again here.

Absolutely loved living here. It is small but very comfortable, it feels like a home, and it is a great price. I wish I lived there now!
