I’ve rented a really cool little apartment from Exceed Realty for almost a year now, and have nothing but kudos for the Exceed Team: Gloria, Nicole, and Dan. My apartment is about 40 years old and has been maintained well by Exceed.A year ago, the apartment I was hoping to get into, managed by Exceed Realty, was already rented to someone else. Exceed Realty went ahead and qualified me anyway as a renter and told me they had another apartment that hadn’t even been listed and that I could rent it if I wanted to.And that’s the apartment I’m in now. I love how clean it is and how easy it is to maintain. I share the apartment building with 3 other renters, all awesome.I recommend Exceed Realty to anyone looking for a quality rental. They care. I feel very fortunate to be renting from them.

I have lived in my apartment for 2 years and exceed emailed me and told me they weren’t going to let me renew my lease ! Even through the pandemic and two rent increases I have still paid my rent every month. I even put two brand new toilets in my unit upon move in because the ones in the unit were old and stained. Exceed is making me and my two small kids move out even though they know I’m not working because of the pandemic . I have no issues paying my rent but moving somewhere so fast and on such short notice, in the middle of a housing crisis and the virus with no job is going to be hard. We may not have always seen eye to eye but I have never missed a payment and I’ve been a good tenant. Stay away from exceed, they don’t care about their renters. I am a single mom of two with no family here in Arizona and now nowhere to live come May 31st.

Ive been renting from exceed Realty in Chandler for the past 5 years love them they leave me alone i pay my rent. Yes in their tone they could come off as little aggressive but slumlords i dont see that thank you for renting to me 5 starts

Calls a plumber out to fix something that should have had fixed long before we move in. Then they do patchwork to try and fix it the whole time, of course that doesnt work so now they need to do something that involves moving our cars. As opposed to giving any notice whatsoever or at least letting us know that we would have to move out cars or else!. Instead we just get met one morning with threats of being towed and a septic truck person banging on out door. No missed calls, not a chirp from them until a call in the middle of the day with a threatening tone telling us to move all of our cars or else. Doesnt seem very professional.

Exceed Realty made it easy in locating our present Apartment Home. My wife & I have no complaints with Exceed. They have always been speedy in any issues that have came up & in a very professional manner. After paying the application fee for 3, total of $105. . I did not get a response on my qualification status even though I am well qualified. Around 13+ years ago I rented from Exceed; Apache Junction and left with a note of good referral. This time I wanted to share an apt with my granddaughter and her fiance. I was really looking forward to the family time together. My income is at least 4 times over the rent cost... For some reason my granddaughter received the phone call saying that she was denied, yet I was the main one dealing with them on this rental transaction fees and applications. Said nothing about her fiance or my status. I did not receive a phone call, or even an email thanking me for my application at least out of common courtesy or professional practice. The whole experience was incomplete and truly felt bias .. Still wondering, was I was denied? Or just my 18 year old granddaughter? Did she not have enough rental background? She is just starting out in life with my support and counsel? This is my family I was choosing to share a space with not just random roommates. I cant shake off the feeling of being discriminated against.. Or was it my granddaughter, they just did not like? ..Too many unanswered questions. Bottom Line... I would never recommend anyone to rent from Exceed in MY opinion they are not very family friendly.

Not a renter with this company, thank God! I applied yes and Nicole was very rude and unprofessional. Dan was nice and helpful, but Nicole is a piece of work! Rude, incorrect, and discriminated big time. Even when you qualify, they cherry pick and deny you. Shame on this company for such unprofessionalism and discrimination. Doesnt look good for a company.. Im just thankful I dont ever have to deal with them again. Dont rent from them!!! Beware of the slumlords

Very organized, very professional. Nicole helped more than any property management company that I have used in the past. Very good at coordinating move-in and move-outs

We had a good experience when an issue with our housing came up. They were accommodating and sympathetic in dealing with it. Would recommend leasing from them.

Very professional and efficient. Delivered an apartment for me to occupy and I couldnt be more pleased. I highly recommend this company.

I would give zero starts if I could. Exceed Realty are the slumlords of Apache Junction. Please take my advice and rent for someone else if you can. Dan is the worst.. Super rude. The people that work at exceed have an attitude for sure. The exceed office and the people in it are Apache Junction trash.. I feel. Oh if your late.. Dan will tell you that you owe more than you do guaranteed every time! Save all your paperwork from these slumlords and youll see what Im talking about.

This place is discriminatory and disrespectful. Do not recommend using this service.Also no record because you discriminate against people who made mistakes like you will be known in aj as the discriminating reality. Your slum lords from what I’ve been told. Your reputation speaks for its self.

Watch out for these slum lords. They are illegally kicking me out of my home after I have complied with every request from dan and Nicole they are saying Im not even on the lease here and kicking me out and letting my roommate keep the place?? It seems they think Im uneducated and the az rental laws were made to help the landlord but they were almost all created to help protect the tenant from being mistreated by bad landlords. I signed a lease in the office and its funny to say that Im not on it... either way Ive discovered this is an illegal eviction and Ill be taking legal action to be refunded my moving costs. But not everyone can afford to do such things so id recommend just avoiding these peoples attitude problems and horrible service so you dont end up screwed over by them too.

I initially spoke with Gloria on my inquiry of my new home I filled out my app everything was verified even over the weekend and I put my deposit to hold dan was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. I very excited to move into my new place next month and the staff made it happen very quickly yhank you Dan nicole and gloria I recommend this bussiness if you need to find something quickly they are rockstars over there.

I spoke with Dan and he was very short with me and rather rude. After speaking with This company during my exhausting hunt for a home it left a horrible taste in my mouth 2 thumbs down. Uncaring and seeming as if not worried about getting you into a home.

Exceed Realty has been very friendly and professional. I have been renting form them since August of 2018
