We wanted support someone local vs. a big company to service our AC. We called first thing this morning and Scott was able to get us in basically right away. He got to our place promptly by 10 am and was done in about an hour and half. He was professional, friendly and honest and very fair with his price. I called Sun Air services to come to a Business. Our AC Unit in our lobby was not working, we had our normal company come out to look at the unit two days prior, they told us we needed a repair that cost 11,000. I called sun air for another quote. He was here less than a hour after my call. He also did the repair which cost $739. Scott was very nice, and our AC is working great! Definitely recommend sun air services!

This is a factual posting with supporting data. The A/C went down during Labor Day weekend while a family of 3 young children suffered through the heat and humidity for 4 days. The original A/C company sent by Select Home Warranty, xxxxxxxx Refrigeration, dismissed it as a thermostat setting problem and collected the deductible and service charge and left. When called back the next day because the unit failed to perform, the same service guy refused to fix unless further paid an additional $475 for the part/service he failed to provide the first time. He just left.After multiple discussions with Select Home Warranty, their constant responses was evident that they wanted to avoid fixing this A/C. The consistent reply from two representatives was that it required prior approval which would take the next 48 hrs, resulting in a total of six days and the young children enduring Phoenix summer heat.Total time wasted of calling, waiting and debating between the two companies to get proper repairs was hours between multiple days. So frustrating.I finally contacted Scott at Sun Air Services at 1:29 pm. He was courteous and sincerely concerned about the kids and heat. He arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem by 2:05 pm as a circuit board. Scott completed all the work by 2:55 pm with the unit further inspected, fully charged and still running efficiently as of this writing. He left by 3:03 pm.Total time spent = 1 hour. Total cost = approx. 28% of the price the original A/C company would have collected for the two service visits and final repair ... and, actually less than half of the Select Home Warranty I am uselessly paying for yearly.I sincerely thank Scott for his courtesy, timely response and, most of all, honest and straightforward work. It is getting more difficult to find decent professional help like Scott. I cannot recommend him highly enough for what he did for me and the young kids.

Scott was prompt in arriving at our home today to take a look at the problem with the new mini split we had installed. It was a simple leak that required his expertise in repairing as well as clearing the lines and refilling with freone. In about 2 hours he was finished and on his way and our new unit is running again! When we install the second mini split, we will be sure to call him ahead of time to prevent this problem! We highly recommend Scott and his company.
