Waited over an hour and wasted my whole morning and still didnt get an oil change. Funny they say or you should call ahead. Lol maybe you should do a better job at running your business the right way.

Amazing and friendly service. They make you feel like youre at home. The oil change service is very fast and affordable. They check your lights and tires complimentary to your oil change purchase. I will definitely be coming here from now on.

2 bays opened, plenty of staff on duty. 5 cars lined up in each bay, I was out in just under 1 hour. Friendly and professional staff.

The personal very courteous, what it got me by surprise: the girl (receptionist i guess) try to sell to me the over $100.00 oil change, saying that my car is considering a luxury car (2003 cts) with more than 130k miles, and whats the dealer recommended it...i told her the dealership had change the oil many times and never offer me any other oil than the conventional, then she told me : if i put another oil the warranty it will be nule...i think she didnt know most or almost all warranty expired at 100k, then she do the favor of accept my request of puring in my engines vehicle the conventional oil...Im happy i just gonna doing one time: in this location, never again!!1. Not from the area where this location is at.2. I rather to go where i can just get oil change and not being negociate for what i can get almost anywhere, except Valvoline oil change. I usually go to the walnut creek jiffy lube.. for around $50,00, no bargain, plus nice and efficient, courteous guys and clean windows vacuum the interior..

It was okay. Longer than a 30 minute wait n then they have to do 15 minutes on my truck. I wasnt blown away till I saw the total. 😅

When we pulled up there were 4 cars in front of us at 1045 am. There was a truck in the bay. While we were waiting it was 1122am when the same truck was still in the bay. We asked the district manager (Amber) what was taking so long she told us (as she pretended to tap stuff on her tablet) that we have only been waiting 20 mins...when we said we pulled up at 1045 am she started to get an attitude with us!!! On the other hand Jesse who works here was very awesome pat on the back for that dude but he went to lunch and we have been ignored by every employee here that wasnt Jesse!we are still in line and its noon now and we wont be getting out of here until well past that time now....again Jesse was awesome!!! Amber made everyone skip over us.as we were waiting one of the workers bent by ourwindow or near it and said to his co-worker that he hates white people it was very unpleasant being there and we left at 1230 ....

I like this place. Good customer service. Only issue, which isnt the staffs fault, is I have had to wait more than 15 minutes. Couple times Ive been skipped over when getting the pre oil change, stirring off the tires. Otherwise I recommend getting your oil change here.

I had an excellent experience here. The technician who checked me through provided me with a lot of information on things that could be recommended for my car, but there was no hard sell. For some reason my hood got stuck and two people worked on it until they got it working again! It was not their fault that it got stuck but they made sure I went away safe with my hood secure. This is not a cheapy oil change place, you can find coupons online by googling Valvoline oil change.

I was told that it was going to cost me $108 for a basic oil change on my 2017 Chevrolet volt! They told me my car requires synthetic oil, and that was the reason for the higher price. I told them never mind and drove off. I found that winter Chevrolet charges $80 but got it for $70(with coupon), they only use synthetic oil, do all the inspections, and rotate my tires.

Convenient. Just stay inside your vehicle.

Terrible experience. It posted its business hours as 7:30. Got there at 7:00am on a Sunday and left at 8:00 and no employee ever showed up. I also called them to find out if their business hours had changed due to covid. The recording stated the hours on Sunday 7:30 to 7pm. Ill never go there again. My time is valuable, if their hours change they need to post it correctly.

Here at 7:30 am sunday and theyre not open. It is 8 am now and the staff is just sitting in their vehicles talking to each other. Google maps says theyre supposed to open at 7:30. I got up early today to get stuff done, not to play around.

We brought our Audi TTS here, and was the biggest mistake . Below are the issues that properly trained technicians would have done, but were not done here.1. Oil filter gasket put in upside down. This caused 1+ Qt to leak out in my garage, ruining the floor. Their offer, another free oil change to cover the cost2. Skid plate cover was not fully removed when the oil change was first done (when the gasket was put in upside down), but bent to the side. This took about 2 hours (for a 15 minute oil change). The bolts holding it on were discarded partially, so not all were on when we left. A few minutes after leaving the skid plate dropped to the road in the front so we went back and they added zip ties.After 1 and 2, we went back to have them fix it after we noticed over 1 qt of oil leaking into our garage and the skid plate dragging low. The shift manager Marcus took the call and was ready in the bay to fix it when we brought it back.He was able to remove all the bolts and zip ties in less than 5 minutes and immediately saw why over 1 qt of oil had leaked since the night prior. They put the oil gasket in upside down. He apologized and offered a refund (which they cannot give us directly and must come from corporate?) He also replaced the bolts, rather than using zip ties. They refused to provide any compensation for the cost to have someone come to my garage and clean the leaked oil (1 qt) that has now stained my garage in my rental.Fast forward to a few days later. Oil is not leaking (that we see), but the skid plate came off on the freeway at 65+ mph and nearly caused the car to veer into the wall on the freeway. The car is now totally undriveable.I call again, and Marcus apologizes, but refuses to give me the contact info of the Store of District Manager and instead makes more promises. Now, it is that the area manager will be calling me.If you have a high end car, take my advice and go to Audi...BMW...etc directly and do not try and save money going to Valvoline. They have one core business, which they nearly killed us doing.

Guys were courteous and helpful. In and out in about 20 minutes, and they did all the work while you’re in your car. Would go back.

Its a drive thru-thing. So you drive it thru. So it was nice not having the embarrassment of my car being dirty. ......... I did clean it before. But. I hate having to clean it because someone else is driving it yaknow.Guess I should just clean it regularly like regular people.

15 mins is not accurate whatsoever. Not even 30mins a vehicle. They offer a bunch of services that if one or 2 cars ahead of you accept like tire rotation or differential service, you can expect to be trapped in line for over an hour. They preemptively start working on your vehicle like changing the air filter to lock you in so you cant just leave or pull out of line. I waited 1 1/2hrs today being the 3rd in line. If people need all this work done.. then they should offer a specific line or this should be done at a full service automotive shop.. NOT somewhere stating they are putting out cars in 15mins

First time at this particular Valvoline spot, and probably will me my go to now. Service was fast and meticulous good experience, customer service was also friendly.

I would love to sincerely give praise to Pilar. I came in for a battery replacement/oil change on March 2nd. This service I received was over the top wonderful. Kameron too!! Pilar You were so kind to me. I wasn’t having the best day and not only did you cheer me up you went obove and over. You had everything checked, made sure I was taken care of in a timelyManner. You waited patiently and answered allOf my questions happily. You are lucky to have her in your team of employees! 😘

What was quoted today as a 30-minute wait on the phone turned out to be 1.5hrs in line, plus 20-minutes of oil change. Other than the wait, I cant complain. Service was professional and friendly. Minimal upselling.

It was my first time here.Just wanted to give it a try.I usually do my own oil changes but today my wife wanted to go here at Valvoline instant oil changers so I said yes, we are on the way to the supermarket anyway!! To be honest the service was good they work as a team. That Wright there showed me they are on top of their game good job and keep it up.And please if you come here give the newbies a chance to gain experience!

Long wait, be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes before starting the oil change. The oil change itself took way over 15 minutes advertised. Regular oil was not available for my diesel truck, making the oil change a lot more expensive. Teenage staff repeatedly try to upsell services and products which was annoying. I’ll go somewhere else next time.

I was a service manager (for a competitor) for 5 years so here is my professional opinion:Service writing was pretty on par.The upsell portion was annoying but the person performing the routine was good at what he did; reminded me of myself when I was younger and in the game.My tpms light is now on because while I stated my tpms light wasnt on they still proceeded to fill my tires to spec. Its an easy fix but its annoying.As with any oil change, we will see how she looks next time I gotta pull the plug on the pan.

First of all. They were overwhelmed on how busy they were and they were not able to handle the situation, so they were not paying attention to detail. And this happened, they half way took off a cover that had nothing to do with the oil change, Mind you, we need full synthetic oil, she also purchased the windshield wipers and the license plate light. So we spend more than expected there.And when my wife got back to the house I heard a flapping noise. Now its like this. Im very disappointed on the service and whats more frustrating is that this was her first experience there.

OIL SPILLED ON THE FREEWAY AFTER THE CHANGE OIL, TECHNICIANS DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. Do not go come to this place, instead go to the real shop. No mechanics on duty to work on your car, they are like former Mcdonalds employees doesnt know abour car.

More expensive then other places but customer service was very good and the tech were friendly.Time is not the issue your air filter you guys charge 30 dollars while other charge 20,Your brake light cost 15 dollars while most of the other oil change company charges 5 dollars so a big difference

They talked my son into some additional cost and after a visit with them sensors came on May have been due to an air filter being changed and the cover not being secure not sure but the air flow sensor went out.

Wouldnt let me use my own oil for the transmission. Even though it was the same oil they use.

130.00 for air filter and oil change. Only 3000 mi. Till next is due.

I am not at all car savy and they were understanding and very helpful. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I was greeted with great customer service. They changed my oil, so I guess thats a good thing, but everything else was terrible. I was given an estimate of 15-25 minutes; the service took 2 hours. The head guy there kept trying to sell me services I know I didnt need. The guy who put in the new oil filter over tightened it, and its taken me many hours to work it off. Ill never be going here again. I recommend finding a real mechanic or just changing your oil yourself.

Disrespectful to and damaged my car. I have a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution with a skid plate covering the oil compartment in the under carriage. I showed up just before closing time on Sunday and the staff was so eager to finish up and go home that they didnt bother to remove the skid plate. Instead, they pulled on it thinking they could get around it and ended up tearing it off. The only reason I knew was because I could hear a scraping sound when driving. It was part of the skid plate hanging off and dragging on the road. Cost me $120 to replace. Last time I ever go to these guys.***EDIT***I contacted their customer care department and they notified me that theyve since undergone new management, implying that their employees will no longer conduct themselves in a similar fashion. I may revisit them to redeem my free oil change coupon, but I will certainly inform the staff that they are to properly remove the skid plate.

I was quoted a price by the first person that came up to the car. When I pulled in and presented them with a coupon the price somehow was more expensive than the original price that I was told. I complained but they didnt want to adjust the price so I decided to go elsewhere.

Took my perfectly good operating truck to them to have a simple radiator flush done and upon refilling the system the radiator started leaking in multiple places( didn’t leak a drop before), got a call from Maurice the boss and basically tried feeding me a line bs, talked about how his system only puts out out 30 kpa but he didn’t even know what that was, told me he could look it up. I asked to open a claim and he told me right on the phone he would denie it. Real professionals. Only reason I went in the first place is because our entire work fleet goes there for oil changes. Our company may need to rethink that decision.
