My Valvoline Express care experience went well. The guys were nice and helpful. I like how they explained the services and it did not take long for them to change my oil. I recommend this place and will be back for further services for my car.

No matter what I’m coming in for, they help me out and are up front and honest. Jeff seems like he lives there and has been the guy to help me out every single time I’ve gone in. They go above and beyond to help me out, and admit when something is not within their limits and refer me to someone who can help. The staff as a whole is professional and clearly works very hard. I’ve been to many places across the country and I’ve not encountered this kind of honesty or customer service anywhere else. I will be a customer as long as I live in the area.

Oil spill at the freeway after Valvoline EXPRESS Service Hilcrest, Antioch, California. It happened November 6, 2020 @ 3 PM.Techinicians has no idwa what they are doing. They forgot to put washer on oil plug, it makes me run without oil in my engine on 2015 Toyota Prius. Second, review they erased my firat review that I wrote yesterday.DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!!!!!

I absolutely love this place, this is one stop for your car. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Prices are reasonable you can also make an appointment or you can just drive in without long waits. I recommend this location to everyone. They have nice lobby for customers to wait with TV and delicious coffee.

Best place for a fast smog check. Jeff is very nice and I have been taking our cars here for years without any issues. they also have a nice and clean wait area with cold water and fresh coffee also free WiFi to keep you busy while you wAit.

Great customer service there always friendly whenever I go in. The manager Tony is awesome. He its very informative and explains things so us people who dont know much about cars can understand. Just his upbeat personality makes the experience that more enjoyable. Will continue to do business with them.

My daughter & son in-law, went in for a oil change, and cause not believe what fast service. Noticing how well the employees worked great together, in getting the job done. They were surprised they could stay in the Van and was able to visually see what all was happening. We were given the 18 point service, everything was explained and suggestions were made. We highly recommend the Antioch Valoline, to anyone who is in need of a oil change.

Its reassuring to know you can trust the mechanics there to be looking out for your own interests. Highly recommend!

Great place! Glad I went in. As soon as I was out of the car I was greeted by a friendly staff member who got me checked in. I went for a basic oil change, got exactly what I needed. The owner, Scott was there and he was really friendly and capable. I was worried I wouldnt be able to find a good shop close by since I just recently moved to antioch, but Ill be taking my car back here for anything else it needs. And they have free coffee in the waiting room haha!

I had to change my alternator and their price wasnt the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. They are quick and have great customer service. The gave me a courtesy ride home and to the store for pickup.

Had a great experience when I when I had to take a long trip out of town, and went in without an appointment for an oil change. Not only was I accommodated and in and out within minutes, but they also accepted a $ off coupon from a competitor.

Customer service here is amazing ! Needed Emmy car looked at during my lunch and he offered to take be back to work instead of uber. Michael followed up with me on my car and saved me from a really bad accident . Great customer service !!!

I was shocked by the prices here, about twice what I would have expected. I paid $112 for a full synthetic oil change for my minivan and that was with a $10 coupon.

Horrible customer service and completely incompetent workers. Took my jeep in for smog and the guy doing smog was clueless when looking under my hood for visual inspection. Asked if he needed help with something do to the fact that Im a mechanic and know the procedure and told me well you have tape wrapped around that hose thats a fail than why are you still standing there like you have no idea what you are doing instead of informing me theres a problem. And they wanted me to pay them $65 because they popped my hood and looked at it with a flashlight. Horrible customer service.. they told me not to come back because I told them that what a joke this all was. If you can figure out within the first 5 seconds its already a fail based on visual why are you still going to do the full test. Sounds like a scam and down right dirty buisness.
