Even though he was already helping someone when I approached him, he was still very courteous, and politely asked me to please wait until he was done with his customer. His attitude was cool from the start and he never lost his happy demeanor. Thank you so much Daniel!
I love my home improvement store! Im always working on something from refurbishing furniture to fix a fence. I can never leave without spending at least $300!!
Employees were huddled chatting away and I waited 25 minutes for assistance and no one ever came. I was passed off and left. The customer Service at the Lowes I went to SUCKS BIG TIME. The lack of professionalism doesnt exist. That store used 2b really good, but it has slowly been going down. The aisles were fill of boxes everywhere. Metal Stairs and carts filled with tools in the way of the view of the customer (me).Thankfully, Home Depot is close by. I went in and a customer service representative took care of me in less than 5 minutes. I bought what I needed and was on my way quickly.
Had the best service. This place is like the Chick-fil-A of home improvement stores. No up sale and work hard to get your business. Yeah they sell the same items as the other guys but they do it with style and flair
We frequent this location. Great for quick home repairs and gardening. Wheel chair accessible bathroom on site and close to eateries and general shopping.
Great experience with Lowes appliance sales department; however, HORRIBLE experience with promised delivery of refrigerator. Didnt show up at all the day promised, didnt show up during the following days rescheduled time. I called both times AFTER appointed times, only to be told Lowes has no control over delivery. Meanwhile frozen/refrigerated food is ruined.

Worst customer service ever. I wanted to see an item that happen to be on the top shelf. First employee gave me directions to the wrong area. Second employee I asked ran around the aisle and disappeared after I said it was on the shelf. I asked a third employee and he page for me to get help. I waited for 15 minutes and no one showed up. What a waste of time. Thanks Lowes for not doing your job.
I diddnt find what i was looking for and just before i was about to leave, the worker named Gerald asked me if i was finding everything okay, i told him what i was looking for and he found it right away. Great customer service very professional!
When we pay for items at the cash register, you collect the information so that its easier for when we want to purchase it again (ie paint color) you can get us the right colors. At least thats what you people keep telling me everytime I purchase merchandise from you, so I want to know why when I called customer service today, Jocelyn was not the least bit nor did she make an attempt to help me today. Guess I will need to change my hardware store to a place that shows a lot more respect and concern for their customers.

I particularly enjoy their outdoor nursery. It has a wide range of Genesis and the scenery is soothing. Staff has always been polite and price is fair considering the durability of the merchandise sold.

To mention a few go to staff that helped me for past months: Manir, Rainfall, Steve- so much better than Home Depot and easy choice.Good product variety, long opening hours 7 days a week and easy returns and refunds when product does not fit or does not perform to expectation.Only short coming here is lack of self checkout cashiers. Lines can get long sometimes.
For the hood this place isnt bad. You could get mugged at any moment in the parking lot! I try to park as close to the entrance as possible. By the way theres plenty of parking!Usually its a ghost town in here but today was pretty busy. Customer service was on point! One employee actually walked me to the correct isle and another asked if I needed help. In this store thats a rarity. Usually the employees are sitting around talking because theres no one to help.I was looking at floor tile and the have a huge variety. Very trendy and very inexpensive.The store is always clean and in order. Ive never seen it any other way.Regardless of the customer service I would still come to this store its convenient for me and I think Im a tuff girl!
This is my go to home improvement store. They always have what I need in stock. Which is more then I can say for the other home improvement store in the area.
Customer service need touch improving but theyre lumber not like home depo. Well lite clean store lots plants but there phone service and calling and canceling del should be #1 priority you confirm my order then dont call me . Maybe have rental trucks.

Ordered something online for pickup, got the email that it was ready, and show up just to wait for 45+ minutes for them to get it. Im fine waiting, but getting notified that its ready implies that its available to retrieve.

I went to pick up a water filter they page for customer service 4 times. I ask the mem if that was the right one he said yes, when l got home it was wrong. I guess we were disterving him while he was seating behind the desk.
When you want to return something that you purchase with an ATM card and have your receipt you will have to go through some BS.
They do NOT RENT TRUCKS here, the website lies. Its not the employees fault, but do not go in thinking you can rent a truck from this location.

Poor customer service at the paint desk...unable to make samples hard to get help and when he decided to stop talking to a co worker and help me...i got about 60 seconds of attention before he just turned away to talk to another co worker.....i decided to leave and go to homdepot or other lowes location
Lowes was wonderful. The employees are very friendly and helpful all the way thru my purchase, even helped me outside to my car. I definitely will be purchasing things from there again.

No one ever seems to know what they have in this store. The website days they have one thing, but when you get there, no one knows what you are talking about. I had two nice associates assist me, but another two acted as if I was infringing on their day. Time to go back to Tractor Supply and Home Depot.
Wasted my time there waiting for online order they could not find despite ready for pickup status. The whole purpose of this order was to pick up item I needed quickly and get out, and it was defeated by their unprofessionalism. It was faster to pick my staff from the shelf myself with less exposure to the germs .
Got great service from the young man in appliances. The water filter I needed was not on the shelf. He located it in his upper storage. Would have rated higher, but they did not have the light bulb I needed, and only one cashier with the checkout a socially distanced 8 deep.
It was very quiet not too crowded brought a nice kitchen sink under 200 bucks love this place.

If I could give give this no stars, I would. The customer service is awful. If you know youre going to need help or have questions I suggest you dont waste your time and go elsewhere. Nobody is there wanting to help customers. You can be waiting 20 minutes for help while 4 associates walk right past you not even making eye contact. No one greets you when you walk in. And lets not even get started on the lines. Lines 6 to 10 deep with one cashier..absolutely absurd

This location is easy to get to from the highway. It tends to have items in stock that nearby locations have run out of. For online ordering, just keep in mind that there are two stores in Antioch and this is not the South Antioch store.

Store is much smaller than home depot, and not as big a selection of items, but they more than make up for it with their customer service, their willing to help or at least point in the direction of the item your looking for......Home Depot on the other hand, staff will ignore you, or look on the ground as you approach them and walk in the other direction.
Ordered lumber delivered by truck, a delivery service I paid $80 for. It was all bundled together, so I couldnt see there was a problem with the order. One half-sheet of plywood was missing ($32), and two sheets of pegboard were the wrong size. The problem is getting hold of them to resolve anything. After not being able to get through on the phone waiting and disconnecting, I did manage to contact someone on their Facebook page. I responded the same day with the order number and other information they wanted, then never heard back from them. Its just not worth the hassle when customer service is so bad. Simple solution on their end: Hire more help. I guess that cuts into profits, though.

My mother purchased a microwave as a Christmas gift to my wife and I. My mom lost the receipt, item is way to big for the dimensions we need. I asked to return the item for a more expense item and customer service said there is nothing they can do. This store has horrible customer service.

I went in because I placed an order online not knowing that only half the order was there so it kind of set things in motion from there because I thought the whole order was ready apparently they dont tell you that when they text you. The assistant made an attempt to help me as much as possible which I appreciate.
After fifteen minutes with one cashier awaiting the head cashier to change shekels to dollars meanwhile the line backed up to the back wall. In their defense we were all 6 feet apart so there was just the twenty of us. Finally, I excused myself from my new found line mates and exited without my purchase. I hate investing time in shopping there because you never know when you will be forced to abandon your basket because of an untenable line.
The only problem I have with Lowes is trying to get someone to help you.
Three weeks ago, September 28, 2020, I visited the Antioch Lowes store and purchased 11 redwood fence panels, cause they are the only one who has all my 11 in stock so I believe and I paid cash plus delivery fee of almost $100. Almost a week later they delivered only 8 of the 11 and told me I need to call the store for the other 3 remaining. After 3 calls talking to asst manager and another 2 calls to the manager they promised to deliver. I even visited the store again to follow up and the manager was not there at that moment and they promised to give me a call and they never did. All of the calls where always initiated by me. Today October 14, 2020, I just check their inventory online and they have 2 on stock, but Union City branch have 25 on stock. I called the store and they told me somebody is going to call me on Monday, October 19, 2020 and I waited 15 minutes with customer support wanting to talk to the manager only to be dropped at the end of the call. I think I will think twice before buying with Lowes in general especially Lowes Antioch Store in Auto Center Drive.
Found help!!! He assisted with locating item.....got cart...friendly. The others I went to this weekend SUCKED....Couldnt find anybody, once I did, not attentive, caring.....bad experience.

Lowes is my favorite store and the only good thing is that I dont live close to it because I would be doing stuff in my house whether it needed it or not.
This location is great. Friendly staff and clean bathrooms.
