I was trying to get a price for a friend of mine whos kitchen is in a mess. She just got out of the hospital about a month ago and suffers from depression behind her major surgery on her: Therefore things need to be tidied up some. I called Molly Maids of East Contra Costa County to find out how much they would charge to clean a kitchen, but all I got was hold on I was on hold for almost 10 minutes! I dont know how the other Molly Maids in the Bay Area are doing but this one that is located and Contra Costa County gave me a very bad impression being that it was my first time calling there. As for customer service, the telephone conversation that really never took place, this business gets only one star. 1 * only because someone at least answered the phone.

Molly Maid was a fantastic service; the ladies were on time and more importantly, they took the time & care I remember my mother using when she too had a small business called Daisy Fresh and I know she provided impeccable care to other peoples homes and cherished items of memories on walls similarly to what I experienced last week in 2021. My grandmother utilized a an individuals expertise in the day but that was my only knowledge. So, during CoronaV, I needed a company on top of the current daly changes needed to keep up with the reality of this virus.My two gals were very kind & during CoronaV, they really did that same impeccable job I knew of my moms company and went above and beyond job here with their time. If you havent considered Molly Maid of East CC and Solano County for your business think again. I have used franchise cleaning services before but usually for my home and was left underwhelmed. I decided to try Molly Maid for my office and am very impressed. Ive had the same ladies come both times and they do a great job. I have a medical skincare office and we are very particular especially now with the sanitizing and cleaning of our space. From the treatment rooms to the break room and reception area the ladies attention to detail is so apparent and thats saying something because we wipe down every surface multiple times a day. I now know it makes a difference who owns the franchise and how they treat and train their employees. Its obvious this is a well run business! From one business owner to another Great Job!

Molly Maid was amazing! I am a very clean person by nature but have gotten very busy with work. I didnt know my house could get this clean! The windows are so clean it looks like we dont even have window in our house. I cant wait to have them back again!

This is the second (and last) cleaning company that Ive used and I recommend them to everyone. My team is so sweet, careful, meticulous, and consistent. I 100% trust them in my home and around my delicate things. They always do a wonderful job and the only time I contact the company is to provide praise. Absolutely worth it.We have two large dogs that shed like CRAZY and my husband and I both work so its difficult to keep a tidy house and they have given me so much of my time back.There a two small things that you should consider: 1.) they dont do electronic billing (like you cant set up recurring payments from your credit card) BUT you can use bill pay through your bank. It just gets a little tricky with timing. 2.) theres no set time that they come. But this is because theres no time limit - they clean til the house is clean, not til a timer is up...so while it can be a little tricky with planning, you know theyll take as long as necessary to do everything right.I wanted to add that my team, Team #1 (Marta and Nena) are the absolute best. I cannot recommend them enough!!

Since January 2017 Molly Maids has cleaned our house every two weeks. The ladies (team) are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy. It takes a big burden off of me since I work everyday. Before I had started with Molly Maids, much of my weekends were spent cleaning house. So they have helped me to improve quality of life. A few weeks back we had a mis-hap and an heirloom wall clock was disturbed during the cleaning process. It fell, incurred some damage along with knocking out a light switch. Steve (Owner/Manager) came out the next day to survey the damage. He quickly arranged for a repairman to come out, pick up the clock and had it repaired. The man he hired brought the clock back and he did a fine job and you would never know that anything had happen to it. Steve fixed the light switch himself. All is well! Excellent Customer Service!!Another point I would like to make is most recently we had an extended vacation. I was struggling with whom could take care of our cat while we were away. It was too long a time period to ask a neighbor to do it. I was looking at pet sitters, but I thought someone else (new) having to come into the house. Then it came to me, could Molly Maids come by an extra day or two to just give the cat water and make sure he had food? I called the office, spoke with Kathy Gallegos. She documented all of the details and asked her manager. We got the green light. But heres the good part! Kathy took it upon herself to come over after her shift, on her own time, to check on our cat and make sure he was OK. She even picked up our mail for us! I just cant say enough how pleased and grateful I am to Kathy and Molly Maids for this. They truly step up to please the customer in any way they can! Reliable, Friendly, Dependable, Trustworthy and Customer Focused! Thanks Kathy, Thanks Steve, Thanks to our team of ladies that cleans our house! You are all the best!

I appreciate that they have been able to schedule me every other week on the same day within a 2 hour arrival window. Past services I have used have not been on time, or cancelled at the last minute. Not so with Molly Maids. They are very fast, but efficient, drive a marked car, and bring their own supplies that seem to be less smelly and toxic than past cleaners have used (I hope theyre environmentally friendly, but I should ask).

The girls arrived right on time and got right to business! I had them clean our large rental for our move out and they did amazing! They were very quick and thorough. The shower door looked amazing I dont know what they used but I hadhadnbeen able to get it to look like that! The floors were immaculate and the appliances looked brand new! Ty!!

We love Polly and Elva from team #5. They are very professional. Today is the 5th time theyve been here. We switched to Molly Maid because the previous cleaners took 4 hours. I was not very happy with my experience. I had two lady’s come and clean my 2 bed 2 bath apartment, which is not very big nor was it very dirty. One of them was very nice the other was not so friendly. I did not like that both lady’s worked together cleaning everything that they did. Instead of being more efficient by one doing one room while the other did something else. I ended up paying $200 for a full apartment cleaning and the only thing that got done was both bathrooms, one bedroom window, my sliding glass door and my kitchen cleaned. Not worth the money . There wasn’t even time to vacuum the floors, or get to the second bedroom even touched . Not only that, the lady’s left about 10 mins short of the 2 hour services that I paid for. After showing up about 30 mins late claiming that they could not find my location,. One of the ladies had the nerve to mention to me that because they got to me late, that they had to hurry to get to their next cleaning location. The company never reached out to me to see if I was satisfied with the services I received, so instead of being difficult. My husband and I decided to just never ever use their services again. Totally not worth the money.

If there is ever an issue ( only small ever) they are always willing to listen to what I have to say and give me what I ask.They are both super friendly and chat when ever we speak to them. Go to Yelp, dont trust these google reviews. Two people couldnt clean a 1100 sqft mobile home in three hours (clutter free, needed dusting and floors cleaned). VERY expensive for no guaranteed service, they tried to charge me for a fourth hour. Feel very taken advantage of (or better yet they took advantage of my 93 year old grandfather).
