This company do not uphold there verbal agreements over the phone. I was told that I’ll be charged a low price than the quote price over the phone. Themaids came and did an excellent job.They cleaned the house except for two rooms.which I told them not to do. So the following day I get call from maid-pro saying I will be charged full price “because the girls stayed a little longer “which I don’t see how if they didn’t have to do two rooms?!?!! The MAN told me it’s not in his control,but he’s the one that I made the agreement with over the phone. BAD BUSINESS COMPANY.I would not recommend this company to no one. I don’t usually write reviews but this one needs to be heard to the public.

We are extremely pleased with the timely service, professional work, great attitudes of employees, willingness to tackle anything and quality cleaning. Always happy when cleaning day comes. Highly recommend this company.. Our favorite employee and the one responsible for our clean home is Natalee Hull. We also appreciate Megan. Together a cooperative team, no fear of dogs (our dogs love them) and their positive attitudes are always a joy. We have a clean and happy house.

This was my initial cleaning and theyre a well run company. Scheduling was uncomplicated as was the quote. Very fairly priced. Megan and Melina were fantastic; both efficient and friendly. Im now scheduled for once a week.

I was desperate for a deep cleaning for my daughter’s college graduation party and the person I hired canceled on me a week before. I called all the major companies, but the only one willing to fit me in their schedule was MaidPro. I am grateful to Anzit for moving things around on the schedule to fit me in.The ladies were very nice and professional. I was especially impressed by Mahanz. She did an amazing job in the kitchen. She cleaned the refrigerator, oven, microwave, stove, and sink until they looked like new!

Natalee and Megan did a great job as they always do!! Friendly, courteous, respectful. And the home always sparkles after they leave!

I was looking for a company that would come out on a Saturday evening for a party on Sunday and I sure did call the right place. The girls showed up on time and went straight to work. They were professional, careful and pleasant. They moved all the nic-nacs, dusted them and put them back. They even did the kitchen window were things has splattered. The floors were all clean all the way into the corners. Thank you MaidPro Antioch!!

They sent me a great cleaning team that did a great job. I intend to request the same team every time they come in the future.

Maid pro is just what their name says...pros. I have been extremely happy with the care of my belongings and my home. It’s hard to let someone come into your home when you don’t know them, but Stephanie and Lisa are 2 stellar young women who clean like maniacs. They are honest, kindhearted & take my direction for projects well. 👌🏻Now just because I’m giving them a good review doesn’t mean you can steal them away from me. But really!!... everyone I have worked with so far has been great.

Erika did a REMARKABLE job making my complete bathroom SHINE! Additionally, Erika did a VERY thorough job of vacuuming my entire home & cleaning my bedroom, too. Maria did an OUTSTANDING cleaning in the kitchen. The kitchen floor was polished, the stove area was sanitized, & my stainless steel refrigerator & dishwasher were wiped streak-free clean. Maria also did a considerable amount of dusting, along with Erika, & paid special attention to thoroughly dusting my leather sofa. Both ladies had especially GREAT ATTITUDES!! My entire home looked absolutely BEAUTIFUL when the ladies said their Good-byes. Thank you, Erika and Maria! And Thank You, MaidPro!!!

I used Maidpro for the first time yesterday and was very happy with not only their work but all three ladies that came out were very interested in my little requests and were extremely friendly. Not only did they do a good job cleaning, they put up with my little dog. She gets so excited when people come by, she can’t help jumping up onto visitors. It takes a few minutes for her to calm down, but until then she’s all over the place. All three women were lovely about it. I plan on having them come regularly!!! Oh, and the BEST thing about Maidpro is they are VERY reasonably priced!!!Thank you Maidpro for being affordable so I can afford to have you out regularly!
