Faith In fitness is exactly what it says in the name! I started my journey with Faith and Fitness about 2 years ago and it was truly the best decision I made! I have done a lot of fitness routines before but for me this truly worked! My family and friends noticed a difference in my appearance and strength! With that said that is not all Faith In Fitness has done! I have also grown spiritually! Alana is an amazing trainer with a big heart for the Lord! Her and her husband Geo are truly walking out their vision for the Gym with helping others and helping their community! Truly blessed to have Faith In Fitness in my life!

I have 2 Seven year old daughters who have been going for a little over a month now. They absolutely LOVE IT! Gio is a One of Kind Couch/Instructor he really takes the time to teach the young ones, but still have time for the adults. The intensity in the gym is Phenomenal. Also very welcoming. I love the fact that their is no contract. It’s come as you go. If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would.

I struggled with my weight for years after having a major surgery, but came to Faith in Fitness and this changed. Alanna listened to me, modified exercises that I could not do, and then she pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of doing. I lost 29 pounds, toned, and healthy. It’s not just a gym but it’s community. We push and support each other. I highly recommend Faith in Fitness. You won’t regret !

This, by far, is the best place to learn Muay Thai and get a great workout. The family is very graceful and down to earth. They are very welcoming and make you feel at home. This place is a must try.
