Wow! Im still delirious from the heat and Erica turning me into a pretzel! What an amazing class! Im not a big yoga fan but this is different. Fast paced and hot! I definitely felt rewarded when I left. Erica has a great bubbly personality and it shows when she teaches! I love that. My mind tends to wander while sitting in poses but she keep me interested and tormented at the same time! Im sure tomorrow I will be feeling the benefits of this amazing class.Lets talk about the studio. Its small but it works. I like a small class vs 25 people. You get one on one attention and get to know your neighbor. They also have a childrens area and teach classes. They have lockers for personal items and a sink to rinse your face off!I had to take advantage of the Yelp offer and purchase a $10 Bliss T and a screaming deal on some yoga pants. They have some unique styles to choose from.Theyre offering really great deals on Groupon and Yelp to get in shape for virtually nothing!Take a class! First one is free!

I love this studio! The instructors are fantastic... not only do they know their stuff, but they take the time to break down and explain the movements, often showing common pitfalls and how to avoid them. Every class I have been to feels tailor made since the instructors take the time to check in with the class participants before starting to gauge the mood and energy level of the class. Supportive environment. Especially love instructor/co-owner Patricia Stalteri. She’s phenomenal! If you are thinking about taking yoga classes... I cannot recommend this place enough!

Incredible experience! Welcoming staff and great yoga all at an affordable price! Truly deserve 5 stars!

Let me start by saying the staff and patrons are incredibly kind and the mats and towels are provided free of charge. However that’s where the good ends. I just finished a class where it was obvious the teacher was NOT trained to teach. This was called an all levels vinyasa class. It was absolutely a beginners class If that. I can’t believe I just wasted $20 and an hour of my time. Earlier in the week I attended the advanced class. It was better, the teacher knew what she was doing, but still not good enough to give it another go. I’m not sure where all these five star reviews came from...

Excellent staff. Rosie is the best instructor around. I highly recommend this studio for anyone at any skill level!

The Zen here is phenomenal... You really can get into your practice here...
