Ive taken my vehicles here a few times. Ive always had a positive experience. My vehicles have came out looking amazing. The ladies in the office are always nice and friendly, so is all staff.

(1)My roof moldings werent painted and on top of that rubber seal on them ripped off when it shouldnt have been just painted like the painter said.(2)Took about 2-months to get my car painted I dont know why it took so long but finally have my car back and I wish they would have done a better job on my paint job since they had it such a long time.😑....(3)Also my roof molding started to come off now I have to order these special clips from the dealer because they broke it as well as the roof moldings seals and(4)Door weather strip.(5)Front Bottom bumper spoiler was cracked and wasnt put on as well as (6)My Hood washer sparayers were disconnected and passenger side was hanging off(7) BROKEN AND if they forgot to connect it back on AS WELL BECAUSE MY WIPER WASHER WAS NOT WORKING. INSIDE OF MY Fender jams between Hood got(8)scartch when they put it back the hood they were not careful Enough.😡(9) Qauter panel wich was repaired Also looks like they(10) dented while opening a Door you could defentily tell it was a Ding.(11)Qauter panel looks like they tried Buffing out a Run you could tell theres marks of a buffer machine there.(12) Painted trunk as well. Have another Paint Run by the Mercedes Emblem.The more I look In to it the things I painted the more I find things werent done Correct like they were supposed to.

I live in Walnut Creek and was in Antioch doing an errand when I shut my car door and my window fell off the track and would not go back up. I stopped at two dealerships who didn’t have time to deal with me and as I was starting to drive home I saw Geno’s autobody and thought what the heck let me give it a try. Used Genos Auto for recent hit and run damage to my 2006 Chev truck. Their office very clean in these Covid times of concern, and their staff very friendly and helpful.The repair was done very professionally and prompt, and also very resonalble. Their repair person Jaime Pentoja gave great attention to detail and my truck looked terrific when I picked it up. Any old chevy truck lovers will know how we love our trucks and I was glad to get the old girl back as good as new. Took my car there. Gino spoke about rental covering half of it. Good good things. They kept my car there for the longest like 4 weeks. Finally got my car and Enterprise asking me for like 400.00 more because Gino doesnt remember anything about the rental. Paid 700.00 in rental. If I only knew before I wouldnt go there. All the time my car was in shop Ralph never once called me for updates. I had to call myself at least once a week. BAD BUSINESS

I was hit by another driver in my 2003 ford focus and Geico insurance scheduled me an appt. At Genos auto body and Genos handled all my repairs and arranged a rental for me to use while my car was being repaired and scheduled them to pick me up from the shop so i didnt need to worry about anything from start to finish 5 days later it was repaired and all i had to do was drive the rental to the shop and pick up my car and they took care of the return of the rental and all the paperwork and billing was handled by them and all i had to do was sign a few forms . Thank you to Ralph and all the staff for making an otherwise dreadful experience totally easy and pain free😇

I was rear ended and brought my car to Genos. They did and amazing job and had it done extremely quick. Im very satisfied with the work they did. I Highly recommend Genos auto Body.

Fast reliable, perfect paint matching to my cars color. And the staff is super friendly. The waiting area is super clean and nice with coffee and water. Not your average body shop its upscale.Update* took my car in a year after original post everything was fixed in a timely matter, except this time it seemed they made cut backs on the paint because they re painted my car about 4/5 times because they could not get the color correct. My car is a navy blue and by the last time i picked it up it was purple where it was painted by Genos. I did get a letter in the mail offering to get my paint job fixed at a shop of my choice, I did not accept but sadly will not be taking my cars into this shop again if I ever need a car fixed or painted.

This is my second experience with Genos Auto Body. Once again, we have been completely satisfied with the work performed, which is backed by a lifetime guarantee, as well as the prices. The front office staff is professional and service oriented, which in todays world, is difficult to come by! They were pro-active in advising me of the status of the repair and loaner vehicle was provided as a bonus! I have a 3rd vehicle coming in for work and will not hesitate to use Genos for all my future repairs.

I brought my car in after hitting a wall. They fixed everything and charged me for a windshield replacement. However when I showed up my windshield was never replaced. I had to wait two days for my windshield to get replaced eventhough they already charged me. First and last time I go there.

Excellent service!! They were very helpful from start to finish. Made my challenger look brand new. I will return if my car is ever damaged.

Talk about the best customer care I’ve ever experienced at an auto body place….This is it. I have Geico Insurance and someone hit my car and did some damage. This was the go to place from Geico. I was amazed how easy it was to use their website and they set up a rental car for me and it was all been there on the spot. Super friendly people super fast process with fantastic work! Just an overall very pleasant experience.

Somebody rear ended me, the insurance company went through them and they were amazing!!! I was devistated when my car got hit and they made the whole experiance amazing, they called me every 3 days to give me updates on my car, the car rental experiance was amazing as well. Whole experiance was very easy. Everyone at the front desk were so nice and pleasant. Would very much recomend this place. Most worst service ever. Been there twice. First time thought just mistake then went for the second and last time. They broke my gas tank cover lock and never fixed. Destroyed trunk totally. Had viper keyless entry and trunk open options after market which they damaged. They remove a carpet like part(don’t know name) under the trunk hood. Didn’t had any prove so the owner said “Camry 2014” doesn’t comes with the part. Never go there please, you will regret if you I promise.

New in town and was recommended by a friend of a friend because this place wave the deductible if you are a referral. This place is over promised under delivered. I had them do the paint repair on my 2014 Mecedes, their works did not met the standard of California Bureau of Automotive Repair standard.While my car were in their possession, the winshell crack, and they refused to repair the damage that they did. I had filed the complaint with California Bureau of Automotive Repair thats how I found out that their works did not even met the standard of repair.VERY NICE PEOPLE WHEN GO IN FOR ESTIMATE - OVER PROMISED UNDER DELIVER!!!DO NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

If you have Geico insurance do not come here for an estimate or repars. Their Geico claims adjuster is rude and bias and is only there to look out for Geico not the customer.

My sins car was supposed to be ready on the 20th. The text alerts always stated they were on schedule. My son went to pick up his car and they stated it would be one more day. One days has turned into two days with little communication between Genos, the adjuster, and the car rental. It is now the weekend my son is in the lobby with no one to be found. I will be billed the extra days for the rental because the adjuster had not been updated therefore did not update the rental. This has been a very poor experience so far. We cannot even rate on the quality of the vehicle yet since they do not want to respond! I have left 2 messages and no return call.

Owner is a scam, will get over on your insurance and over charge with unesassary work.... Re uses old parts. all and all shotty work...

They are the worst, I took him for a hit on the front bumper and they ruined everything electronic and to top it off they never call to give you any information, it took more than a month and they still delivered me without some lights on the dashboard and they broke a you think, I really do not recommend this place at all very bad experience
