This store was apparently in the change over process. Aisles were crowded with merchandise boxes and sometimes hard to maneuver with a cart. On a better note, Halloween merchandise was out and plentiful. Christmas items are also stocked.

If you are ordering online pay the extra money and have shipped to you. Having shipped to store is a nightmare. I have had three orders shipped to store trying to give them benefit of doubt that it was just that day. But I waited in excess of 15 minutes each time to get someone to help me that was after standing checkout line each time trying not to jump line. Most employees don’t seem to know anything about items being shipped to store so they just tell you to wait and never acknowledge you again. I know the times are bad for all people in retail but there should be a better process

Great place to shop they have almost everything you can think of. $1.00 is a great price too. Less crowded than Walmart. You wont regret coming and giving Dollar Tree a try.

Always a great selections and great service....they need a restroom though.

Ok.I💝 Dollar Tree.Now l have moved so . . .l walk into this one and BAM! What a mess. . .now I grew up around a whole family that had Old Country stores then l worked for the biggest grocery in USA. . .so l said oh my youre having a RESET and two people that were walking out turned around and Left with a bag full . . .the staff was trying to keep the customer happy & the bosses happy. So l try to smile & help. The bosses should maybe have a sign @ up front excuse our mess. By the way the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Yesterday I went into dollar tree in lenlock and they had new stuff goodness pillows towels t-shirts big containers of laundry soap laundry baskets so they are now selling stuff 3 to 5 dollars too its called the plus isles anyway the items were great great idea .keep up the great work. Make half the store 3-5 dolllars and the other half $1 side

All I can say is its just a dollar store. Was in line to check out about 20 mins ( AT A DOLLAR STORE! ) till they opened a second register. And they just need to take that Dollar store Plus sign off. Its just a dollar store.....

This store really has improved it was very nice the changes they are making is awesome

This is now a Dollar Tree Plus with some items $3 or $5.

This is one of my favorite Dollar Trees in this area. Everything was neat and in its place. They didnt have tons of boxes from shipments to put up like many of the other locations. The ladies working were very friendly and helped me when I had a question about the location of an item. I enjoy shopping at this store! They have tons of cute inventory as well. Much nicer things than I have ever seen at a Dollar Tree before. Thanks for a great experience!

The name of the store has been changed to Dollar tree plus. Price are from a $1 dollar to 6 dollars. This store price has gotten worse.

Good variety of just about anything. They need to hire more cashiers. The manager will not run a register regardless of the fact that theres a line all the way back into the isle. Besides that its a great store, they got everything and their always polite.

Low on inventory but appeared to be trying to put new inventory out. Not enough hands to work on everything. Did not have what I wanted but I found a suitable alternative.

The older lady has been so rude to me multiple times. there were a couple items I decided on not getting literally like a few and she told me to go put that stuff back. like who are u!? lady Ive worked in retail 15 years long enough to know you dont tell anyone that ! lol who does thar

The store itself is clean and well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. I was disgusted when I went in the bathroom. I KNOW that they dont HAVE to provide a bathroom, which is a courtesy. I have medical issues and I to HAVE to have access to the a restroom to be able to leave the house. The store sells everything needed to keep this bathroom clean.

Went in to pick up some cleaning supplies and was able to get in and out without any problems. I love that.

Shelves was empty stock was sitting in the way in the isles .no one putting stock up. One cashier working .items in store was mixed up on different shelves. Looked like a tornado hit this dollar tree store. Store was nice and cool. Only seen the one employee on the floor.that was the cashier.

I was at McClellan store on Sunday and as usual the store looked like a cyclone hit it. The stock of items I went for was little and somethings they were completely out of. The cashier told me they would get a truck on Wednesday and apologised that I had such a problem not being able to get the items I needed. Sunday is a bad day to shop here. They are very busy on Fri & Sat, but they still have stuff but you may not find all the things on your list

I love this store it is convenient to many apartments and local businesses including Fort McClellan I have been shopping there for sometimes and I always have a wonderful customer service experience and also is located next to the Walmart in lenlock

This place is nasty. Needs to be deep cleaned. It has rats
