I have seen Dr Pacheco for years. I have always received excellent care. She has recently moved and her new office is great. She has always been an outstanding doctor and her current staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend her for anyone with skin issues.

The one star review below couldnt be more wrong. BOTH Dr. Pacheco and Alex Crosswhite are both the kindest and attentive providers. Whether it be a PA or MD, you are getting the care you deserve. They give you the time and attention needed to address all concerns. The office is a calm environment, that sets up for a great experience. I wouldnt go to anyone else for my concerns. They both take great care of my 2 year old with newly erupted eczema since moving to the East Coast. You will not be disappointed by either when coming to the office!

Ive been seeing Dr. Pacheco for a few years now and I am shocked by those who had negative comments. This woman is a freaking miracle worker. I had been to a few dermatologists before I was referred to her. She is the ONLY doctor who was able to 1) figure out what the problems were, 2) effectively treat the problem and 3) didnt give up until the problem was resolved. She listens to patients and actually gives a flying F which is VERY hard to find anymore.

Dr. Pacheco is a fabulous dermatologist. I have seen her for many years. I have seen her for skin cancer screening and she is very thorough. She has removed skin cancers and precancerous lesions. I have always found her to be kind, and helpful, and I often recommend her to friends.

Love this place.Employees are nice and explain every step. Will continue to drive an hour when I need a dermatologist

I see doctor Pacheco for skin. Unlike some other reviews, which were rather rude in my opinion. From attending this dermatologist, both her AND the other staff members have been very polite and caring. I may not have the best skin but that is not their fault. Nothing but positive things to say about them.

Not sure what happened to my last review now its gone.Just searching for a new Dermatologist I see that my review was missing.I had boils and 2 other skin problems, she prescribed was just quick to tell me to just take one thing and it end up messing me up in many ways.Then the office sends me a second bill after I only had one visit, tried to get me to pay more then one time. No way I was paying that and after not only me having problems but others that recommended her at first started having problems with her and now no one goes to her.

Only cares about money making. Doesn’t care about the patients wishes. Prescriptions and follow ups is all they have done for me so I have to pay co pays for basically a chat every couple of months. Would not research alternatives and didn’t want to listen when I mentioned alternative treatments. Front desk staff is a joke. Quoting HIPPA lies and B.S. so they don’t have to do any work.

Dr. Pacheco gave me possibly the best doctor experience I have ever experienced. She took time to listen to what I had to say, and was very concerned, compassionate, and skilled in her diagnosis and treatment of an incurable skin disease. I wish all doctors displayed her empathy and expertise.

Went in for a rash, after 2 weeks a biopsy and blood test later, I had to hound the office to get the results. The staff couldnt return a phone call to the number left on a voice mail and you cant get a hold of a person by phone. I finally went in to find out the results but only was told I needed another biopsy with no explanation of my condition. I still dont know what the results of the 1st tests were as they were never given to me or mailed to me as promised. Would never go back

You are just a number! Front office is Nasty!!!!! and RUDE!!You are in and out... and then you pay!That is it!Go to another office that cares about the patients!!!

Dr.pancheco is very friendly in make you feel at ease

Very unhappy with my last few visits. Had two spots taken off, one of which continued to bleed for several hours causing me to return to be treated further. Ended up with a staff infection which took 2 rounds of antibiotics to clear up. Just had stitches pulled from one spot and another spot removed. The doctors played a guessing game on how much lidocaine to put into my arm and came to a number by what was in the computer already, rather than what was actually necessary. Did a terrible job stitching up my arm, I will need to see another doctor to get it fixed as I dont trust them after everything that went on with the previous treatment. They also had a casual conversation about weather or not there was epinephrine in the syringes on the counter (im allergic) They didnt use it but I found it very unprofessional to have that conversation in front of me. They are very friendly, but overall my experiences have caused me to find another dermatologist.

Dr Pacheco is a great dermatologist!
