Ed is very knowledgeable and understands the project with regards to work that needs to be completed. I would recommend him and also use his services for future projects.

Ok, where to start. 3 months ago I asked them to stop by and give me ideas on how we can remodel and add to our house. They had claimed to be local so we scheduled a time. They didnt show up. Several hours later they called and said they wanted to have a video call without even acknowledging that they missed the appointment. I said no but I would keep them in mind. I contacted several other architects and got lots of ideas. Right before I choose my final contractor, I thought to give them another chance. After contacting Ed, he sent me a client intake form. I filled out and asked him to show up. He said the design team would let me know next week. Nothing happened. 3 weeks later I had signed a contract with another architect that he called. I wouldnt reject his visit, after all new perspectives are beneficial. But he still would not show up and sent me the client intake form again! I told them I did not like their process and that their claim of having the best customer service was wrong. After I left a bad review for them on thumbtack, Ed Bilo threatened me and said dont be a difficult customer and that he knows all the architects in the area and implied he would tell everyone not to work with me. These are mean people. Avoid, avoid avoid.

Ed and his team were hired to design and construct a new tenant fit out for a retail store. They were extremely responsive, thorough and handled everything from the start of my project through the end to complete satisfaction. Things that worried me were the building permits, and meeting all of the necessary deadlines so I could open the business on time. They have exceptional crews that handle the details well and every deadline was met throughout the project. They are worth every penny for this reason.

Signed the contract at the office yesterday. Great crew with good support. Looking forward to have the construction complete and will upload pictures and review them.

Please do your research before working with this company. We hired this company to complete a job and used a third party lender that they use for funding. The company withdrew all of the money before the job was even half way complete. The amount they withdrew included a refund to us which we never received and he is refusing to return. We are owed over $10,000 for work that was not completed. We have tried to settle this several times but the owner refuses to communicate and also has denied to meet with the 3rd party lender. Do not use this company. They will take advantage of you.

We were quoted a thousand dollars for work that they assured us would take all day though that seemed unlikely—indeed, it actually took two men under three hours, and their materials cost $40 (they showed us receipt). But we were still charged just over $1,000. This company do good-quality work but are too expensive.

Best crew I have ever worked with -- cant say enough good things. Professional, thorough, and even did subtle things Id forgotten to mention. This is a terrific company and Ill definitely use them again. They added more value to the property in two days than Id done in a year of renovating!

EBRR was extremely professional. From the beginning of our discussions, their process saved me so much time. I was able to send photos of my project for evaluation instead of waiting for the the usual drill; (...someone will come to your house between 12-noon and 5pm. Who has time for that?) EBRRs contact rep., Ed Bilo was very helpful and extremely responsive...he always returned email and phone calls, sometimes in the same day. His estimates were reasonable and he presented many options with a range of pricing. In my opinion, you cant go wrong with EBRR Services

First off, Ed and his team were amazing to work with. I had them demo/remove my entire porch/concrete patio and shed since we are renovating the backyard. There was always constant communication and I could not have asked for more from Ed and his team. Very professional and highly recommend!

We hired EBRR to do a building/restaurant build and it was a experience that I wish most companies could experience. We are a local restaurant in the area and we have already experienced the difficulty in finding someone reliable. Is the team here the basic most cheapest option- no, that is not what they advertise. They advertise that the responsivness of the team and not to dilly dally around.If you want excellant service with a comparable price from another mid size company than please call them and you wont be disappointed. They service the entire DMV area and are actually going to be a lead Amazon HQ2 sponsor in the Arlington VA area. This is the way that I knew that I was choosing a reputable company that would perform according to the specs, drawings and building management.The project started and it could not have been a better takeoff as it had to be pre planned due to the time sensitive nature of the project. From the start there was constant communication to us the client. We had them do the design aspect of the project and glad we did, since our architect was not able to execute along our schedule.During the work - there was constant communication to us and I thought commercial construction was not going to be like this because I was told of horror stories from other clients. This could have not been further from the truth at my experience with Luis and the team.The end result was amazing and we could not be happier with the result. I am glad we made the original decision by not going with the cheapest builder as that rarely works out to the best choice. 1) this review is for 2018 as EBRR completed a commercial build and it turned out spectacular in every facet. The company matched our timeline and allowed us to be very communicative in the design of the structure.From the start, EBRR were the ultimate team who, at the same time, were very communicativet to our needs. Our project was an office build -reconfiguration. Everything needed to be painted, major MEP work which entailed electrical work, mechanical and plumbing. The entire plumbing scope entailed ripping out all the old plumbing and replacing with new code items.The EBRR team was exceptional in all facets of the construction, there was alot of attention to detail within the building. Our previous contractor had notified us of an issue and then was not able to handle the total project. Thus then we found EBRR on Google and glad we choose them for our project, they came highly recommended from another firm down the street.There were RFIs to the original architect since the arhchitect we hired our CFO found them but did not know that you get what you pay for! We regret using the architect as it did cause delays in addition to the plans being incorrect. EBRR handled this was ease due to their in house design team, which I would have known from the outset of the project.The project was budgeted for 10 weeks and they managed to finish ahead of time due to the fact that they were able to self perform certain aspects of the construction. I could not believe the amount of communication that it required to get a project like this done. There were hundreds of emails that went back and forth but they handled it with ease and it made our firm look good infront of our landlord. I have no doubt that after this project our landlord will be hiring them for future work!
