Was referred to these guys by another surveyor who determined Bay Engineering had done a survey in the past with the previous owner of my home, and should be able to provide me the boundary markings for a fraction of the cost as most of the work had already been done. B.E.stated they did not do an actual survey and they quoted me 30% higher than the other surveyor. Went with the other surveyor and he found boundary markings put in by Bay Engineering as he suspected! Rather than come out and re-mark (uncover) the pins they already installed, they quoted me almost $3,000!

I had the pleasure of working with Mike Gillespie on the grading and site plan for my new home. Mike was knowledgeable, responsive and diligent throughout the process. In addition, he was always positive and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend him and Bay Engineering.
