Renita was extremely helpful and her place provided us a safety net of a storage location during the limbo uncertain times of our move. Without the flexibility provided by Public Storage, our move would have been way more stressful than it already was. I highly recommend this location for its ease of access and friendly staff.

She takes care to remember all of her customers names. When an issue arose in my unit, Keisha showed genuine concern and helped me at every step of the process to address the issue. And was very thorough as to how to use the lock on the storage door to stating how to get in with a code and when to use the storage area by. I will be using Public Storage in the future for sure. I wanted to leave a quick review of the extremely positive experience I have had with this Public Storage location. Keisha and her team are very professional and wonderful to work with. They helped me out with storage and great service in a couple of emergency situations. They went above and beyond and that is hard to find these days!

Although I didnt end up needing a storage unit after all Keisha the Property Manager was amazing. She had all the answers to the questions I had. I ended up moving to Miami, Florida and Keisha was able to give me great tips on packing my things up for the move. She also helped me get a one way truck to Miami. With the information she provided with me with as far as packing my things I was able to get a smaller truck to make my move with which saved me hundreds of dollars, I never would of thought of the ideas she gave me on how to break things down such as my dining room table I would never have thought to take the legs off of it. She told me packing a truck was like playing tetris and she was so right on that one. I was able to use every inch in the truck that I rented. She was also very helpful in saving me money on the packing supplies I needed. If I ever do return to VA and need a unit she would be the only person I would go to. She is very professional and will answer all and any questions you have. I hope you know what a great manager you have at this facility. She is definitely an asset to your company. Ive been a client for about 10 months, and every interaction Ive had with Keisha, the property manager (and there have been several), has been wonderful and extremely helpful. She is obviously beyond knowledgable about the products and services, as shes worked here for several years. What is truly unexpected, is that although shes been with this company for so long, she is not the least bit complacent.She is proactively helpful, which I found very surprising. She is also very personable and oftentimes greets you when you are there to just get in and out of your unit. I was going to get an additional unit when my 10x10 was no longer sufficient, but she stopped me and explained that I should just get a 10x30, as it was so much more cost-efficient. She didnt have to do that, but she did. I really appreciated it.If its a convenient location for your storage needs, I highly recommend renting here.
