Living here has been a great experience. In the world of Ann Arbor apartment slumlords, the CMB group really does a nice job of making sure residents are happy with their apartment. I had very quick responses for any maintenance concerns. The free laundry and TV/internet are great. The staff is always exceptionally friendly, courteous and responsive.The apartments themselves are limited by when they were built, but they seem to do a great job of keeping things updated as much as possible. After living in different apartments in Ann Arbor for 7 years, this has definitely been the best experience from a management/landlord perspective.
