Our 16 year old tankless water heater failed early on March 31, called Hegen Plumbing and Heating and Rob came shortly thereafter to prepare an estimate for a new water heater. We agreed to his proposal, the new unit was shipped to Hagen and installed the next day. The personnel were a pleasure to deal with and provided exemplary service.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Stay away if you want any service down the road. 3 months for a service appointment lol. They have lost all my business.
