Four Seasons is an amazing heating and cooling company. The owner and his son are such nice, kind people. I have interacted with this company on multiple occasions and each time the customer service has been above and beyond. Their prices are the best in Ann Arbor by far. They are honest and trustworthy. They are extremely responsive and went out of their way to help me, even when they were already very busy. I cant say enough good things about them. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing an AC or furnace.

These folks are truly quality. Last Nov they did a tricky repair on a 40 year old boiler to keep it limping along a bit longer. They then replaced both boilers last month. Theyre now doing some follow-up work free of charge, even without knowing whether their install caused the issues.Theyre courteous, wear masks and enter via the back door (even in deep snow) to keep our high-risk daughter safe, they communicate well, and theyre timely. Highly recommended.

I have used 4 Seasons for several years to maintain my AC unit and have been happy with the services provided and the fair price charged. I recently requested quotes from several local HVAC companies to replace my aging furnace and AC unit. The 4 Seasons quote was very competitive and the term of warranty on the Trane equipment was twice as long as those from other vendors. The technicians who installed the equipment were fantastic and finished the job in the timeframe promised. I am very pleased with my decision to purchase from 4 Seasons.

Amazing service and SUPER easy scheduling. Other AC companies take note!We lost our AC about a week back and had to deal with 85+ degree temps in the house. Called around and around, asked friends and family. After attempting to get a call back from multiple companies we found Four Seasons and their super easy scheduling system. Honestly, we were a little skeptical that using such a feature would work out but lo and behold the next morning they stopped by on schedule and on time. Amazing.I was at work but my wife gave me the play by play on what was happening. He was super friendly and prompt, didnt try to up sell my wife and identified the issue quickly. Bad capacitor & fried wires. He made the fix and with all costs it was less than $500 for the fix, repair and inspection. Such a great experience. My air conditioner wasnt working and I was able to easily get an appointment on line which is so nice. Ben came out and was so nice and seemed to be an honest guy. Four Seasons is awesome. They (Ben) quickly got out to my friends house yesterday and restored her AC for a super reasonable price. Oddly enough my own AC then went out late yesterday afternoon, and though I opted to fix it myself, I was able to get the exact part I needed from them this morning. Our furnace wasnt functioning properly. We tried to fix it ourselves to save some money but it became clear that we would need some assistance. We called Four Seasons because of the positive reviews (30/30 on Google), repeatedly stating that the company recommended cheaper courses of action than other services. From the start, Randy was responsive and helpful; Ben came out within a day and advised us our fan motor was bad. He ordered the part for us over the weekend and offered to provide assistance so that we could install it ourselves if we wished. Ben installed the fan for us in a timely manner and the cost for two trips, including assessment, ordering and picking up the fan, and installation, was under $200. Highly recommended. My A/C mysteriously stopped working one day, and based on what I had read online I was worried that I would need a new compressor. After contacting Four Seasons they scheduled an appointment quickly, and saved me money by showing me that it was a much easier fix than I had feared. Randy and Ben made the entire experience quick, easy and painless. Its great to see a company in this industry run with integrity and would highly recommend them to anyone in the Ann Arbor area.

Damien just left and I have to say we were impressed by him. My heat went out this morning. I scheduled using Four Seasons on-line system (which I preferred over calling because you can see the available windows each tech has), and my appointment was for 11:30 AM. The three other places I called this morning couldnt come out until tomorrow at the earliest. Rough when you have no heat and its 25 degrees out. Damien sent a text when he was on his way, and pulled into my driveway right at 11:30. The fix turned out to be a fairly simple one, and he had our heat going again in about 10 minutes. Very pleased with his work and professionalism. I would highly recommend these guys and will use them again.

Best service I could ask for! Even came back out to tighten things up and fixed a small gas leak without charge! Amazing work and great friendly service! Randy is the man and I recommend them to anyone in need of heating and cooling repairs or replacement real honest folks.

Randy, Damian and Ben are wonderful. Randy is compassionate and beyond fair with his pricing and I felt absolutely, positively comfortable having them in my home when we werent there. My psycho pup hates all male strangers and within minutes of Damian being in the house chatting with me, she was bringing her toys to him. When the pets tell you people are totally cool- trust in that! I wholeheartedly recommend these guys. 1000%.

Been loyal to these guys for years and its no surprise why. Randy and his son (Ben) are so prompt and polite, never seeming to mind if you riddle them with inane questions while they work. I went with Four Seasons because of the other excellent reviews here. I can confirm they do a great job, and are honest. Just needed some screws tightened on the alternator fan, that was it, was very affordable. Now when I do eventually need a new furnace, Ill know who to talk to.

Theres no way were getting rid of our older furnace - not worth it. Its in the lower 90% efficiency, and getting a upper 90s would be much much more. This is the second time Four Seasons helped us out, and weve decided that our furnace is in good hands. Excellent service.

I know the timing was luckily just perfect, but I called during lunch and left a message. I got a return call less than 5 minutes later. I sent them a text with my address and got a return text right back. Another text from them said they were leaving Ann Arbor and would be at my house in about 1/2 hour. They were there in less than that. I showed Damien the A/C unit, described what it was doing. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. From the time I first called and when they were leaving my house was 1 hr 5 min. Very professional, friendly and quick. I would use them again.

What a scorcher this summer has been. My AC wasnt working very well and Ben came out the next day and assessed the situation. Randy followed up later to make sure every thing had gone well.The previous year Randy had come out to replace the fan motor and stayed to finish the job even though it was late in the evening.Awesome prompt and friendly service. !!

I called 4-Seasons because of the glowing reviews on Google. I wasnt disappointed! With 102 degrees outside and an air conditioner that wasnt working, I was desperate to get it fixed.I called at 4:45 pm expecting there was a good chance that I would have to wait until at least the next day because it was so late. The owner sent out a technician and now I have cold air!I would recommend 4-Seasons to anyone!!!

Had furnace problems on one of the coldest nights and was able to get an appointment that morning (called several and there was a 1 - 2 week wait). Scott was awesome and explained everything. He fixed the problem and the price was reasonable. If I have another issue will different call 4 Seasons.

Randy has been indespensible in installing our system at a competitive rate and just yesterday replacing a part buried deep in our now aging combi with impressive efficiency. Having witnessed such competence in this considerate professional with dexterity and brawn has been a great treat. If youre buying a unit, get it from Randy. I also highly recommend Randy at 4 Seasons. He provided excellent service on our Reznor Unit Heater in our big garage. I had estimated the total repair cost before he arrived based on the part that I thought needed to be replaced. Randy came in and expertly isolated the issue to the same part and instead of replacing the part he refurbished it on the spot and saved me about $100.00. Between his experience and his fair prices I paid much less than half of what I expected the repair to cost. The unit works better than in has in years. He is also a very nice guy and it was a pleasure to have him work on the heater. We will also be a future customer.

My air conditioning unit stopped functioning late on a Saturday during a weekend where we were experiencing some high temperatures. I have infant twins with a nursery on the second floor, so this was a problem that needed fixing urgently.I found Four Seasons on Google Sunday morning and gave Randy a call. He was extremely polite, and offered to come out that same day, which wasnt something I was expecting. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair very quickly. All of this at a great rate.Ill be sure to call on Randy again the next time I experience any heating or cooling problems in my home.

Four Seasons took care of us and our new AC installation, after multiple attempts/ideas on repairing the old unit first. They didnt just try to sell us a new piece of equipment from the start, as Josh spent an entire wknd afternoon working on options for repair to save us money overall. Unfortunately, the repair ideas were not successful because our equipment had literally rusted/fell apart, but not for their lack of effort. Randy set us up w/ a very reasonable quote and they quickly installed the new one, late into the evening a few days later. I really appreciated their honest approach, taking time to physically show us the issues and not automatically defaulting to pushing a big ticket sale. I would highly recommend Four Seasons for your HVAC needs.

I cant recommend Four Seasons highly enough. Our air conditioner stopped working on Thursday a couple weeks ago, and it was *hot* - the kids and wife were miserable all night, and in the morning I called Four Seasons.Ben said he could juggle his schedule and get out to me that day, later in the afternoon. A little later he called and said hed arranged to be in my neighborhood earlier, and he arrived shortly thereafter. He spent a solid hour narrowing down the problem, which in our case was a bad compressor. It meant we needed an entire new unit, unfortunately.Initially Ben thought he could install the unit early the following week, but after making some calls to other folks on his crew, he got the remainder of his jobs for the day covered by others and went to pick up our new unit immediately. He was back in short order, getting everything ready to install. Then his dad, Randy, came over and helped. You couldnt ask for two friendlier, knowledgeable folks, and I was highly impressed with both of them and their work all the way around.Bottom line: new air conditioner that same day, at a hyper-competitive price. And the earlier work Ben did? Free of charge, as I ended up needing an entire new unit. A different company likely wouldve charged for both visits.That night, I had a happy (and cool) wife and kids. Huge thanks to Ben and Randy.Second bottom line: I cant recommend these guys enough. Randy fit me in same day I called for emergency furnace repair. Replaced the bad blower motor with a brand new one, took him approx 30 min. Total cost $355. Furnace works great.

My furnace went out overnight in mid-winter. I called several other repair places; all were booked thru the next day. I found 4 Seasons online, and got an 11:30am appointment. Ben, their tech, showed up right on time, diagnosed the problem (a defunct exhaust fan motor) in about a minute, went out and found a replacement in about an hour (not easy because parts for my furnace can be hard to find), had it up and running again about 10 minutes after that, did a few more bits of maintenance gratis, and taught me a couple of do-it-yourself maintenance tips. It doesnt get any better than this.I paid $185 for labor and $200 for the replacement motor. I dont know how that compares to others prices, but to me its well worth the money.

Randy and his team have been awesome Last fall he replaced our furnace. The old one was 30+ years old. He recommended a new furnace that met our budget. The new furnance and installation were very competetive in price. The new furnance has worked great and is way more efficient than our old one. This spring our air conditioner didnt kick on. Despite being really busy, Randy came right out to our house on the Friday before Memorial Day weekend and fixed it for no charge.

My water heater was leaking slightly and after extensive research online I concluded I wanted to buy a Rheem or Rheem manufactured replacement (trust me, you want this manufacturer not the other two big ones that make all the rest of the products out there). The Rheem website listed Four Seasons, which I had never heard of. After researching Four Seasons I left a voicemail on Sunday expecting a call back on Monday and was pleasantly surprised that not only did Randy call me back on Sunday (on what I later learned was his vacation!), he scheduled the installation for the next day. Damien and Ben did the install - they were courteous and knowledgable, and they were tolerant of my standing around to watch and talk with them - it was enjoyable to talk to them, and I also got a good feel for their experience just from chatting. The unit has only been in a couple of days but the water heats much more quickly than our previous 13 year old AO Smith unit. Im fairly scrupulous about work done on my house when people other than me do the work, and feel like I have a good nose for honesty, integrity, service, and workmanship. Im confident in Four Seasons and would use them again.

After reading reviews online, I thought this was the place to go to...I doubt any reviews here are legit. Randy setup 2 appointments with me and both times I had to contact him to find out what was going on and where they were at. The second time I received a firm time from Randy and took time off of work to be at home when he came...the problem being, Randy never showed. I called and texted him, he has yet to respond back. DO NOT USE.
